ordered 6 crunchy tacos with no lettuces, somehow ended up with a taco varietie pack where only one was what I had ordered. I don’t even understand how that happened.

Just placed a small order and got home to find out that I was missing my burrito. When I tried to call back before they closed the phone just rang and rang until it finally went to the fax machine. So now I’m out 4 dollars and can’t even get it corrected. I will be filing my complaint with corporate as well. Just make sure to double check your order because they like to cheat customers.

Customer service was really weak, I ordered only two burritos, and they give to me more than 15 minutes.

This place is very small with limited seating. The tables were filthy, it took a long time to get my food. It just did not seem to be run very professionally. I thought perhaps the manager was off and the employees were slacking off. Personally I hate the combination KFC/Taco Bell locations. I wish this was not the closest Taco Bell to my home, but unfortunately it is.

Customer service wasn’t all that great. When I ordered I didn’t get my receipt. I got 3 tacos supreme(the ones with sour cream) and when I got them, there was no sour cream in them. Took them back and the lady that received them fixed them and gave me an extra taco. Just as I was finishing my 3rd taco, there was a hair on the wrap. I’m 100% positive it wasn’t mine, as it was a different hair color. I didn’t take it back since they got really busy

Great place to eat; clean bathroom, fresh food, excellent serves. Was at first lost though I was in KFC. Taco Bell in same building and I wanted a burrito. We’ll be back.

The receptionist was super rude but the food is super cheap! Don’t buy the quesarito because for 99 cents you can get the frito burrito with the same insides for less! Aside from the customer service food is cheap

Drive thru is always fast. Never had an incorrect order or communication problem even though we’ve had ‘picky’ orders a few times. Never did dine-in here, as we’re always on our way to somewhere else when we stop by. I love that I can junky vegetarian food super quickly and cheap.

This location is tiny! There aren’t enough dining tables of seats for people to enjoy their meals. The parking lot is hard to get in and out of, plus it’s hard to get back onto Miramar Road once you’ve picked up your food. The food is great and reasonably priced but not worth the visit.

This location produces good tasting Taco Bell food, and I have never had an issue at this location. Around lunch time, it can get very busy, line out of the door busy, but otherwise this is a good place to get lunch. Last time I was here I got a meal deal one and two additional Shredded chicken burritos, and got 3 bags Doritos. That made my day

This is by far the worst taco bell in all of san diego. Every single time i have got food from there i have been left unsatisfied and extremely disappointed. My last time going there i ordered a «half pound» cheesy potato burrito. More like a quarter pound. And even having potato in the name quite a stretch. I had a grand total of one potato in mine! The first three bites of said burrito were only flour tortito. I am never going to this location again and i highly suggest no one else does.

By far the worst taco bell or KFC I’ve been to. Staff are always rude. They don’t say anything or look at you when they give/take your order. If I get 3 tacos at least one has meat outside the shell in the wrapper, one is underweight and they all have unfresh ingredients. Q

The two times I’ve been here have resulted in disappointment & anger. The first time I drove through the lady was rude & didn’t even care to give us any time of day. I know it’s Taco Bell so I don’t expect THAT much quality in their customer service but c’mon, the least you can do is crack a smile when someone is nice to you. The second time I went the people completely ignored us & left an automated answer or something on the drive through so we sat there like jackasses giving our order to a woman who apparently wasn’t even there. If someone ask you what you would like to order at a drive through, you expect them to be there. Not just stop responding. On top of that, there were people inside who didn’t even bother to tell us wth was going on. Oh & we weren’t the only ones ignored, a few more cars were as well. Very rude & inconsiderate staff. Never going back, EVER.

Once in a while I do like to indulge in some Taco Bell. My body doesn’t like it, it can’t digest the«meat», but I still come back. This particular location is fusioned up with KFC. Great for those dates where one wants Taco Bell and the other prefers KFC. At Taco Bell I like to get the #3 combo. 3 crunchy taco supremes with a soda. The meals come with a HUGE soda that I never finish(‘Merica). The taco shells have a delightful crunch and is filled with their signature taco«meat»(in quotes because there’s apparently something else in there…) that pairs well with the refreshing tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream. Today I went to KFC and finally got to try their Go Cup. I got the Chicken Little version which came with a small finger food-ish chicken sandwich and some potato wedges. It was enough to satisfy me(probably because of the potato) and I was happy only paying $ 2.50 for it. The people working there are always nice and friendly.

Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to bless this holy union between Taco Bell and KFC. Seriously, whoever thought of putting these two greatest fast food hits together deserves a Nobel Prize for awesomeness. Imagine that you want tacos but you also want biscuits and potato wedges(because who doesn’t)? You got it. Or you want some extra crispy chicken and a carmel apple empanada. BAM! And no matter what you get, you get to sample the sweet, sweet nectar that is Taco Bell-exclusive soft drink, Mountain Dew Baja Blast. Summary: two great tastes that taste great together. /no snark

Its my own fault for going there once in a while. Taco Bell has decided to pay so poorly that their labor pool is just plain terrible. No one stays there so every day you are getting a new server. Do you know how many times they have shorted my meal? It is crazy, you drive up to the window, pay and they hand you the food, they never repeat the order and so I always wait, look through my order and count everything, because about 25% of the time they left something out. This particular location is a joke if there are more than 4 cars in line because of the setup.

I love Taco Bell, I like KFC… This is one of the rare locations that combine both! When I eat here, I always mix and match. No complaints on this occassion, typical fast food, fast drive-thru service. I will be back if I feel like eating both types of food during one meal.
