I would just like to say that these guys suck I come here all the time at night and everytime I come here they always mess up on my order or they forget to give me stuff and when I call to complain they never answer their phone and when I come back in person they always have an attitude and try to blame it on everybody else but themselves if there was more fast food restaurants open I would go later but now I just don’t eat food late at night to avoid having to go here

Drive thru service can be bad sometimes. I come here often and if my food isnt right then they are rude. Make sure to check your food b4 i drive off. Ive been disappointed one too many. I prefer jack over Mc d’s still anyday.

Terrible customer service, went through the drive through ordered about 8 meals. Once we got home, we were missing an entire meal. We decided to call, explained to them that we were missing a burger and fries and all they said was to go back to pick it up. Did not offer a discount for the inconvenience. I know it’s only food but it is very irritating when they mess up so bad when that is all they do all day. That is not the only time that this had happened to us at this particular location. On top of that, they do not attempt to fix the situation. That’s why I have it only one star.

Seem like every time I go here, there’s a 50% chance of them messing up my order. Only reason I go here is because this is the closest one to where I live. They seem to be pretty slow at taking order, and seem to mess your order up at a pretty high rate ESP if you’re going to the drive through.

I never thought I would write a 4 star review for Jack In The Box(yes, I’m a foodie but sometimes have an indulgence for a Jumbo Jack), but this is one of the few places that gets my order right consistently. I really don’t like mayo, so everything I order has no mayo. You would be surprised how many places cannot get this right. Never had a problem at this location. Service is really fast at the drive through; never have to wait more than 7 minutes at a time during a lunch or dinner rush. Staff is friendly and always ask if you need more sauce, etc. Feel bad for the other folks that had bad experiences here, but for me I give a thumbs up.

This jack in the box is ok some times they have great food and some times they dont. The inside is clean on some nights and they keep it clean during the day. But all in all they have some ok food.

Came here 3 nights ago and discovered the drive thru was down… Not a good sign for repeat customers. So I drove to one closer to home. The next night I’m back in the area to see family but I picked up food first which became awesome after discovering the drive thru is in order. Rosario was the night manager working the drive thru and after dropping the knowledge of the drive thru being closed the night before she proceeded to tell me that they’re not allowed to do that while she questioned the other workers in front of me. I could tell they acted dumb to avoid punishment. Anyways I asked about the smoothies because she tells me that they didn’t make any mixture beforehand when she started her shift. I was a little peeved so I jokingly threatened her with a don’t make me get out my car and kick some ass. I’ve been craving a strawberry mango smoothie for days and they were steadily disappointing me. The rest of my experience went like this: she discounted my meal with an employee discount, also didn’t charge me for the extra bacon cheddar potato wedges I added on when I got to the Window. Then after I think I’m not gonna get my smoothie… Again. She hands me my sweet drink saying I had just enough left… All I had to do was give her my number and name for the district manager to call me to verify the drive thru was closed. Now this is how you treat a customer! Definitely will be coming back :) oh and all the while I’m talking with her she’s calling me Mija. Excellent hospitality from her alone ;)

Got a simple order wrong! Came in and ordered a bacon ultimate. Moments later the staff hands me a jumbo jack. The staff here is ever under trained and need to learn the menu. Will not come here again

Ordered onion rings that were not crispy or golden brown. Just doughy and soft… yuk. The chicken fajitas were ok, nothing exciting. A lot of pita, not much inside. Would have been nice if the lettuce was actually put in the pita and not just shoved in the wrapper. Gave this place 2 stars because the drive up cashier was pleasant and working his tail off to get the job done.

Terrible food at this location, nobody ever cooks anything right. The drive thru Is literally a nightmare, there’s always somebody fighting somebody over who’s next to enter the drive through(I’ve actually seen this happen, one man gets out blocking and banging on another man’s car hood while his wife drives his car and cuts in line.) 2 out of 5 stars.

Customer service isn’t bad. Could be better. As soon as I enter, it looks clean but this young couple who are dumber than sh*t are blocking my way. I say excuse me, she say go ahead but does not move. It sucks that this dumber than sh*t couple have a baby. Another dumber than sh*t baby growing up in the hood yo!

I come here for the convenient location and usually order through the drive-thru when I drive back home. However feeling to be green lately(or rather just the sky rocketing price of gas), I’ve been doing all my chores on my bike. That is when the problems start happening. This is one of the first store I’ve been to all month that refuses service to bikers. First the drive through doesn’t allow bikers and refuse to sell you things, and when you try to take your bike in store to put on the side, you have any angry manager scream at you saying that bikes aren’t allowed as if you just stole all the ketchup from the store. And they keep staring at you as if they are the TSA and escorting you out of the airport. Very very unfriendly. Why not just lock my bike outside? Having lives in San Jose area for years, I’ve gotten two high-end bikes stolen, locked right outside of the store. Chain or U shaped locks don’t matter. We’re in an area with professional bike thieves. They do it quickly and efficiently. Ever since I’ve had I’ve had to place it inside the store on the side to prevent it from getting stolen as I always have an eye on it. I’ll rather drive or bike to another Jack in the Box from now on. Thank you very much.

Jack did not win a fan on this trip. From the automated machine which slowly(oh so slowly) took our order to the young lady playing her phone music for all to hear, to the lets call it what it is, crappy food. I wish I had the time to go elsewhere for that meal, and I wish I could have the meal back. Bad call by me.

Places like this warrant the need for Unilocal to create a NO stars option. Avoid this place at ALL costs. My step-daughter was puking on Sunday, my husband yesterday and now my son as of today. Not myself since I refuse to eat over processed crap. That was the only thing they all ate and I didn’t. And now I’m probably going to the ER soon for my family who is dehydrated and hasn’t eaten for a few days now. Hey Jack — you gonna foot the medical bill? And thanks for making this year’s Memorial Day weekend oh so memorable!

Ok… so you may be wondering… «Why on Earth is this crazy girl reviewing Jack in the Box?» I don’t blame you — I debated having this fast food chain even present within my reviews… but… I’ll tell you why I had to post… BACONMILKSHAKE. What, you didn’t hear me? BACONMILKSHAKE. No, this wasn’t an auto-correct mistake… I meant it. It is bacony, smokey, creamy, sweet and topped with whipped cream and a cherry. I thought I had died and gone to heaven when a friend sent a note to me about this delicious endeavor. The next day, I immediately made my way to JintheB to try this crazy concotion. It is sensational! If you like bacon — you’ll love this! If I were to guess, I would think that the shake is made with vanilla ice cream, combined with the Torani Bacon syrup. I happen to have that syrup at home, and recognized it’s flavor. It’s awesome. DOIT. GOHOGWILD. OINK. ***Available at most Jack in the Box restaurants, for a limited time. :)

I still think Unilocal should allow their members to give ZERO star to establishments that just doesn’t give a damn about their patrons or the level of customer service. I ordered something simple(or at least in my mind was simple). I guess when people say«no onions» at this location it will result in something like, «screw you and your no-onion ways… I’m gonna project all my anger and hate for my job/life onto your order that you’ll learn to somehow eat the g**damn onions!»

I’m not going to write about the food because it’s Jack in the Box and it’s fast food… I’m giving a review because the woman at the window gave me the wrong change when I gave her a 100.00 bill. Check your change BEFORE you drive off if you don’t already, to save yourself having to get out of your car to go inside. I was so close to burning this place down because the girl didn’t even give me a receipt and I could already feel it was going to be hard to prove that I paid with a bill. But the manager was understanding and helped me get my correct change back. I think they checked and saw there was indeed a bill in the cash register. Shady girl who took my money still works there too I believe.
