I like the fact that they have a drive thru. Because I love chicken and not having to get out of the car. Awesome. But they constantly forget about things in the drive thru. Napkins. Straws. Sporks. They literally only put your food in the bag. You have to ask for everything! I thought butter and honey for the biscuit your ordered was common sense. But napkins. No excuses. You sell messy chicken. This is needed! But today they really surprised me. I asked twice for hot sauce and still none. :(and they didn’t give me my cookie. This location officially sucks! I’d rather give them –5 stars mainly because I kept going back.

Foods good but employees are super rude damn I didn’t know giving me butter was a huge deal didn’t know giving customer butter when they order biscuits and corn was gonna be hard. Do you expect me to eat a dry ass biscuit or corn on the cob the employees should always add butter to the bag! Why when I asked for butter the employee mumbled under her breath«now they want butter hands me 3 packets that’s it then slams the drive thru door» like really and they wanna get paid $ 15 a hour smh

If I could give this KFC no stars I would I went through the drive-thru as soon as I get there this girl was so rude just asking us for our order then we asked her if she knew anything about the nutrition in grilled chicken with a smart ass remark she was like not on the top of my head no .so we just left without even going up to the cashier ! she could of been nice about it but she wasn’t the whole time she had a nasty attitude be aware of this girl horrible customer service ! Then I called the store to speak with the manger and he was also so rude like he didn’t care at all that his customers were unsatisfied with the customer service given to us if they are not happy with there job then don’t work in customer service !

Can’t say how the food was. Went through the drive through at 12:36. We were told there was a 5 minute wait for popcorn chicken. Sure, we agreed. When we got to the pay window, we were told there was a 16 minute wait for all of the extra crispy chicken. What?! Why didn’t he tell us this when we ordered? At 12:40 pm, somehow the store was totally unprepared and had no extra crispy chicken or popcorn chicken prepared(like Starbucks not having any coffee — right? It’s all they do – seems they should have chicken ready for purchase). Maybe there was a huge unexpected lunch rush where dozens of people left the store just before we arrived… Anyway we weren’t in a big hurry so we agreed to wait in the parking lot for KFC to cook chicken. We waited in the parking lot for 27 minutes before I called the store. No answer. So I tried again. «Miriam» answered and said they were putting our order together and it would be right out. Eleven minutes later my husband took the receipt in and asked for our money back and to speak with the manager. «Miriam» turned around and asked the guy at drive through window, «Are you the manager today or am I?» He said, «You can have it.» She turns back and said«I’ll think I’m the manager today.» Then my husband asked for the owner’s name and contact number. She said«I’m not allowed to give that to you. But you can come back tomorrow because there might be a manager here.» Worst KFC ever.

This place is terrible. Not the food. The bratty girls working the drive thru. They are very rude and unorganized. I had the displeasure of Mariam coming to the window to take my payment. NO «please» NO «thank you» and NO «sorry» for her confusion on my order. When trying to clarify what my order was, she interrupted me… twice… to tell me «don’t worry, you’ll get a receipt!» NO wonder this KFC only has 2.5 stars. Definitely not stars that work here!

Cashier«MARIAM H» needs to learn some manners. After figuring out what we were ordering(the Tenders MEAL, and not the Tenders fill-up) and taking down our sides and sauces, she says our total is just over $ 10. After clarifying the price, she says she thought the whole time we wanted the fill-up and then states, «Alright, just come up to the window then!» It took her just under 5 minutes before she finally opened the window. After a stutter she says, «Your total is $ 20.73» Again she confuses her own math, and when I try to clarify that the meal alone is over $ 24, she cuts me off and starts to explain the list of all the food and costs for each. I, once again, bring up the cost of the meal and, ONCEAGAIN, CUTSMEOFF, now with an attitude and RE-READS the receipt total again… and FINALLY asks for the correct price of the meal, $ 29.34. When I was going to tell her that this was the 3rdDIFFERENTTOTAL she’s asked for, she proceeded to snap and say, «I will give you a receipt for it all, OK?!» No shit Sherlock. Obviously you will but that wasn’t the point, dumbass. Totally unacceptable customer service! Just because you’re having a shitty day, hate your job, whatever the hell stick is up your ass… it doesn’t give you any right to be rude, especially when YOU were the one getting confused on your own — nothing I said should have flustered you THAT much. Maybe you’re too young and inexperienced to multitask in a hospitality-based workplace? I’m sure I wasn’t the first, nor sadly the last customer you’ve done this to though. Quit hating life, you little brat.

Despite my dads great cooking, he still finds KFC grilled chicken to be the greatest thing ever so some nights we wander over here to pick up some family sized grubbin’. It’s a Tuesday night, October 20th, 8:00 pm and we get in line for the drive thru. A woman, who I later found out is Esmerelda, comes on to the intercom to take my order. They have great deals for family sized meals, so that’s the convenient part about KFC. The meals usually come with coleslaw and my family never likes it so we always opt for something else. She gave me a hard time with switching it out which I don’t understand why it’s a big deal when it’s something you’re allowed to do. I asked for no coleslaw and she does a long dramatic pause and sighs and says«ugh.» So I repeat it again to make sure. I should’ve known by the attitude in her voice that things would go downhill from there. We pull up at the window and the girl, Esmerelda, gives us one look, doesn’t say anything, and realizes she gave our entire order to the car in front of us. How do we know this even though she didn’t tell this until later? Because she starts yelling at her coworkers in front of us all of this. Blaming them. Rule #1 you should never fight in front of customers. She starts yelling at this guy saying it’s his fault. They end up not even being able to remake the order because everything was in process of cooking so it would take half an hour. So we talk to her manager and it turns out that guy getting yelled at by his employee was the manager. If you are yelling at your manager, clearly there is an issue with values and respect here. The worst part that put me over the edge? Her eyeballs. Rolling around. and around. and around. not caring about anything and then saying to us, «What do you want me to do about it?» *continues eye rolling* Like aye girl, I’m in front of you, what are you looking all over the place for anyway? My food? Your respect? You won’t find either of those things here. I don’t think places should take on more than they can handle, in this case, a drive thru seems to be too much for them. This has not been the first time, just the worst time.

8−13−155:05 pm I was surprised to see and find out this KFC started the old trend of hiring the mentally challenged. At least that’s what I thought. So then I spoke with manager, Another challenged undocumented, uneducated person… It’s called customer service not make excuses for your terrible service., New employee or not– train them before you let them interact with the customers who pay your wages…, Will never give you business… Sam Hernandez

On July 17,2015 at 8:01pm I went to kfc to get some food for my family I went threw the drive threw and cashier Esmeraldac took my order she rushed me I asked her for macaroni and cheese instead of coleslaw she turned around and told someone else as she gave me macaroni and cheese she threw my gravy in my bag. Have gravy all over my bag. I immediately called the store Took 20 minutes for someone to answer. With someone finally answered I asked to speak to the manager on duty they said she was with a customer. As I told him it was a complaint they said she was really busy and it would take a while for me to talk to her I told them I would wait to speak to her she got back on the phone and said her manager was in the building for me to call back 45 minutes to one hour. Bad customer service. Ticket number # 1322

I went to this KFC about a week ago, and I left SO mad, how does one go through the drive thru and end up having to go inside 10 minutes later to get their food?! I didn’t really mind when they asked me to park to the side of the drive thru and wait 4 minutes for my popcorn chicken, then I see 2 other cars having to park to the side after me, one lady had to park in another stores parking lot and run over to KFC for her food. So anyways, 10 minutes later I am already angry, and went inside to REMIND them about my food. They said the chicken just came out of the oven, ok I thought it took 4 minutes? So they either forgot about me or gave it to another customer. I could tell the people working were not on top of things, maybe it was too chaotic with all the orders, either way I expect to not be forgotten and have to walk inside to get my food when I’ve driven through the drive thru. I took my food, without an apology, and left completely pissed off, it didn’t help that I was starving! The food tasted fine, just not worth that wait when all we wanted was some fast food! I’ll go to a different KFC from now on.

They have the best customer service of any fast food restaurant I’ve been to and that also includes any store I shop at. Employees are always friendly, especially the manager, Jose. If I have to wait twenty minutes for grilled chicken I gladly wait because of the service they provide. Also because I know that can happen when ordering 16 to 20 pieces of that type of chicken. They usually offer me a drink and also apologize for the wait. At any business a person can experience issues, however the manner in which employees or management handle the situations makes all the difference. Seems like they have great leadership.

Went here a couple days ago. Now it may sound stupid but I did order the combo meal and the girl at the drive thru window sounded like she didn’t know what she was talking about. I told her white meat for the chicken I ordered and she puts through dark meat. Apparently only leg and thigh are dark meat, ok how am I suppose to know that? She, tanisha, needs to learn to be a little more clearer at her job. I honestly don’t think I’ll go back to this location cuz she not only sounded unclear but came off rude to me too. Plus the chicken I got was kind of dry.(Giving it 2 stars cuz I didn’t wait very long)

After waiting in line to place an order, I find out that I have to wait 20 minutes to get grilled chicken. Really? This is not the first time either. Time to go to another chicken place. In fact, the manager suggested that I go to Popeye’s on Capitol Expressway.

I’m not sure what the deal is with this KFC but its the gosh darn best and friendliest service I’ve ever received at any fast food restaurant. The first time I went to this KFC I thought it was a fluke. Everyone so damn happy and helpful. Everyone expects the service to be super fast at a FASTFOOD restaurant but I don’t believe people expect to be treated with such positive attitudes and smiles. I just went there last week again b/c it was a last minute meal and walked inside. Everyone is so friendly and happy(or at least they appear to be). They always inform you if something will take longer and double check on items that normally sell out. I’m not sure if KFC just hires the nicest, friendliest, most helpful people or if their training program is just that good. But all the other fast food places I’ve been to in the US… none of them come close to this. Mcdonald’s = most people don’t speak english and seem to hate their job Burger King = if you don’t order the whopper they don’t know whats going on IN n Out = Chaos and it shows on their employee’s faces Chipotle = why do you give me so little chicken for my burrito and then look at me like I’m crazy when I ask for a little more I’m not gonna lie, I love fried chicken, but one of the reasons why I would rather eat at KFC than another fast food joint is b/c when I walk in there to buy food… nobody looks like they want to commit suicide. They are all smiles and will make small talk with you just to help the time pass. Truly solid customer service by any standards, not just by fast food standards. A+ Blossom Hill Staff

I got to give this place a give star. When I arrived, he was a bit busy but told me right away that he will be helping me. When I ordered the grilled chicken, it wasn’t ready. He told me how long before I ordered. Right after I paid, he asked if I wanted a drink on the house. When I finally picked up my order, he gave me three cookies anyways. It was the general manager serving me, maybe that’s why the service was super good. They get five stars from me.

The customer service needs improvement. I asked for a fork and the guy behind the counter acted like it was an inconvenience for him to provide me with one. My meal came out wrong and none of the workers smiled or even pretended like they wanted to be there.
