McDonald’s

I came yesterday for Breakfast. I ask the manager is this just made not sitting in the pit for sometime, She said was just made, so I went and took it thru drive thru and when i start eating it, Its rubbery as hell. I will never trusted again. So another supervisor step in the next day I came to complain. It didn’t happened to her watch so I can’t blame her. But the fact that this is supposed to be a restaurant with quality and good service, but it seems that since they don’t pay their e, ploys well enough service and commitment sukcs… Make sure all Managers aware what is going on you never know the business is slow on sales because we failed to do our job. If you are in customer service, act one and making sure the customer gets what they ask for! Pay attention next time Managers, we are watching on you.

Sooo I ordered 2 egg mcmuffins and large fries in the drive thru. On the second window, a young employee told us to wait outside until he brings us over our order. I was confused but then I decided to wait. But we fking waited for 10 minutes outside and he still yet didn’t come. So I got tired and I realized I had to pick my little sister up from school. Later then, we came inside and a manager immediately brought over the food to us. We said we waited outside and the employee didn’t come. The manager said the employee meant we had to come inside. I told her I had to pick up my sister up from school and that’s why I was so furious the fact that the employee wouldn’t give us our order through the drive thru. Surprisingly, the manager just stared at us for a moment and walked away. She told the employee about that, and the employee looked soo disgusted LOL he must be new or something since I have been coming to this Mcdonalds for a while. I still don’t understand why we had to pick up our food inside after we ordered through the drive thru. They wouldn’t tell us why. This is so disappointing. I think I would come back to this place again, but if they did this whole thing again, I’m done LOL

They remodeled the inside with new seating and a TV area, it’s nice. I see a lot of senior citizens hanging out and nobody bothers them. They will bring the food to your table, if you eat inside. Workers are usually friendly. Standard McD’s faire, when you feel like cheating.

As a kid I went here a lot and loved it… until i found raw chicken in my sandwich. When we went to alert the manager he replies by saying, «So what do you want me to do about it?» Between the disgusting food and rude employees I am no longer a returning customer.

The only critique item for any McD’s is related to the particular location. This one is clean, bright, and well run– BUT TURN OFF THE ANNOYING BEEPING ALARM IN THE KITCHEN!!! On and off and on and off– yikes! How am I to focus on the Soft Rock?

MacDonalds is a standby whenever i can’t find a gourmet coffee spot.

One of the worst customer service ever! Ivan was rushing my Mom when no one was in line. No smile and he was arrogant. People working in customer service should smile. Oh well, it’s always a no smile Mc Donalds’s branch anyway! Btw, they always mess up with your order. They will surely miss something in your order. They need to straighten their act up.

Fast food but sometimes a little overcoked

It’s a fairly ordinary McDonald’s — minus one star for the table which they left uncleared the entire time we were there, although there were few customers. Does management really think other customers want to sit by someone’s abandoned food? If staff doesn’t care about this, what other corners are being cut?

O Baby classic San Felipe Mcdonalds. I grew up going to this place cause it’s just a 5 min walk from my place. I remember when this first first opened up. A classic.
Anyways compared to other Mcdonalds the Chicken Mcnuggets are of better quality. They are crunchy and delicious. Self Serve Softdrinks with unlimited refills. When i was a kid i would scooter over here, ask for a water cup, and try to sneak in some soda in it. Plus they have free wi-​fi, nice music, and pretty comfortable seating.

Everyone needs to give McDonald’s some slack and get with the program. Do you think you’re too delicious for this place? You’re wrong, man. There are too many good moments from our collective childhood to dismiss the golden arches as «typical fast food fare». You didn’t forget the moments when your parents or other children’s parents dropped off McD’s for lunch when you were in elementary school right? Kids flocked to the designated desk for just ONE fry. It was at this exact moment children learned about lust, envy, greed, and pride.
But back to this specific place: service is fast and swift. They don’t nickel and dime you on the sauces (Habanero Ranch is the bomb). The fries are hot and almost always fresh. The restaurant is impeccably clean. There isn’t much wrong with this location.
This place also has the most EPIC chicken nuggets ever. My girlfriend and I were coming home from a wedding and we were both famished — $ 200 for dried out chicken, cold asparagus, and some funky sauce. We ordered the twenty nugget meal. Boom. The batter was crunchy and hot. Inside, there was more delicious tender chicken meat. Dunk them in that habanero sauce. Oh man. Rinse repeat another 20 times for the same religious experience. Grab a handful of fries. Dip in ketchup (catsup). Wash it down with some cold soda.
I don’t even know why I’m telling you how to eat at McD’s. Ya’ll have been here since you were children. Let go of those pretentious ideas of what «good food» is and go back to the playground, son.

I always come here to grab some breakfast or lunch during a gap of classes. The staff is really friendly and they make your food super quick.
Great place to study as well for a short period.
Only complaint is how some petitioners like to stand near the door and bother the customers before they enter to sign their petitions or register to vote.

My sister and I only ever come here for the drive thru and we always get the same thing. French Fries and ice cream. Sometimes we’ll mix it up with a burger or one of those grilled chicken wraps.
A plus is that they always give us sweet and sour sauce for free even though they’re supposed to charge you $ 0.10 per packet. But one thing is for sure, they rip you off on the ice cream cone.
I remember when I was younger and it was this huge swirl and I would always be so happy. Now when I go, it’s always just sadness. A sad little mound of ice cream and sad me. Let’s bring it back to the good times again McDonald’s.

I asked for a napkin too clean my table. Its too bad there are dirty tables and rude mexican workers that speak in spanish only I feel ike im in mexico. O well. I said I wanted coffee black and the lady acted as if I was from another planet. no I do not want anything in my coffee, so what I guess this place is. for you if just want your greasy burgers

Always go here because its close to school. The workers here are friendly. This McDonald is clean, but some of the table is dirty.

I love sausage egg mcmuffins with cheese! I’m rarely up or close enough to a McDonald’s to make their breakfast, but I was in SJ staying at a friend’s house and it was right next to the Starbucks where I get my coffee! Sandwich came out fast and was nice and hot. Parking in the plaza can be a little cramped, but other than that, no complaints here!

The workers here are extremely slow and rudeasses.
I usually would never write a review for a fast food restaurant, especially a McDonalds, but this location seriously had it coming.
I came here after class from EVC for a quick snack, so I went through the drive through. Ends up there was a huuuuge line, and the whole process ended up taking like 20 minutes.
The line was backed up at the order box, so I’m assuming that that line was caused by the person taking orders.
When I finally got to the order box, I still had to wait another 5 minutes while the lady was dealing with cash. When she finally took my order she could barely understand me. I had to repeat my order four times to her.
When I drove up to pay she gave me this mean mug like she hated her life or something. She told me my order was 3.26 so I gave her the money. Few seconds later she looks back at my and tells me it’s 3.70 because she forgot to count in my extra mayo for my mchickens. So I had to look for more cents while holding up the still incredibly long line of cars behind me.
And when I went to get my food I asked for sweet and sour sauce, and another lady (who also could barely understand me) stared at me like I was crazy and said «You know you have to pay for that right». The McDonalds near my house never makes me pay for sauce so I was extremely annoyed when she gave me that attitude. I had gotten three mchickens and she gave me only one packet of sauce. I understood why I should pay for the sauce, what I didn’t understand is why she was giving such attitude about it.
Bottom line, there are plenty of people looking for jobs nowadays, so why hire the illiterate ones.

Majority of the time that I’ve eaten there… it’s pretty damn slow. So slow, that the tables should be wiped down and clean in a timely manner … but there’s always crumbs, trays or trash on the tables. That’s just disturbing and gross.
I always order the same thing at most McDonalds for myself. Grilled chicken club with caramel frappé. Totally recommend the juicy grilled chicken w/​crisp lettuce and tomato as well as bacon! perfect flavor. This totally replaced my irreplaceable big mac. Which reminds me :/​… I am not a pickle person, can someone tell me why whenever I ask for ‘no pickles’ the little paper also stickered onto my box indicates it is ‘no pickles’ always have pickles here? seriously… UGH
If I’m feeling extra good and want to spoil myself with a sundae? I will also get the caramel sundae :) perfect sundae portion. not too little, and not too much.
Fries? … I’m not usually a fries person, but dude… must it be so salty? I actually have to be one of those picky customers and demand they make a fresh batch… not because I want fresh fries, I want UNsalted fries. The salt in the try is already enough to toss them around in –_​-​«
