This place sucks, the LOD here told me she ‘couldn’t make two orders’ and I previously worked here so she lied to me and then another time they gave me really shitty tacos where there was little to no meat and really soggy. I only come here because it’s close to my house. Not worth it.

Considering this was a Taco Bell, I have to say it really surprised me how good the service was… especially in the drive-thru! The girl on the speaker spoke loud, clear and was very well-mannered. Because they ran out of the specific drink I wanted, she gave me my second choice on the house as a courtesy. I thought that was very cool!

Usually this place is good but when I told manpreet 3 times that I wanted grilled chicken in my burrito she snapped at me and kept saying that she knows what to do. Instead my burrito ended up grilled. Looks like she didn’t. The burrito also was as salty as she was.

Taco Bell has been impressing me lately… their food is still the epitome of junk food, but each time I’ve gone through the drive-thru to get the Strawberry Starburst Freeze, which I love the taste of very much, we have had people who articulate their speech over the intercom very well, not to mention they speak clear English. And when they ran out of my favorite freeze, I asked for an Arnold Palmer instead and they gave it to us on the house to make up for missing my freeze. I found this to be very cool of them!

I like Taco Bell. Good Mexican food, Americanized version. I like the drive thru. The burritos, quesadillas, chips, and soda tastes good. I like how at Taco Bell, it feels safe to buy the food. Anyone can go there.

I love me a crunchy taco. Throw in a nacho supreme, no beans and no sour cream. Hits the spot when I’m craving fast food!

This place is the worst customer service. All they did was talk talk talk back there when they should have focused more on hurrying finishing up orders for a big group of waiting people! Then the cashier didn’t even look at me or seemed really pissed about something. His name was Brandon and he walks with a limp. Messy bathrooms as well. Lots of angry people tonight!

Every time I’ve went thru the drive thru — they have gotten my order wrong and they. Are rude about it.

Now, here Is why this place gets a four star rating! and should get a five… this was the most crappiest place to eat at. Since the being in a new building… and after some time, I decide too give them another try… And I got too said that the food and its presentation are Outstanding! which blew me away! the burritos look as if you getting what you paid for and dam it I like that! there one only one other place I knew of that really took the time in doing the preparation right and that was in Santa Cruz off Swift st… keep up the good work

Only location open late in the East Side. Quick service, and they’re use to Vegetarians.(That is, when you start doing the whole«sub beans for meat, no cheese, no sour cream, etc. etc., they know EXACTLY what is going on and they don’t skimp on the beans.) Downside is that I think their drive through closes at 2am WHENYOUWANTITMOST. They use to be open until 3am, which use to be AMAZING. Other than that, they’ve always been there for me when I want it most. Thanks for always satisfying my late night munchies TBell.

Advertise that they open till 3am, came here 2am on aug 9 and they weren’t serving. Worker. Some Indian looking chick was just cleaning and after seeing us turned off all the lights 5 mins after. Management should consider rehiring and retraining workers.

The workers are completely rude. I understand having to wait in line for food or having to pull to the side but tonight this worker seemed angry that I wanted to wait. He actually said«I don’t think anyone else wants to wait 6 minutes». Then another coworker came up and said it will be one minute you can pull over and wait. I had already paid and didn’t want to switch it out for something else that I didn’t want. If you have to wait 30 minutes to order and 15 minutes for your food you should at least be able to get the food you order. If you go to any other fast food chain they will make the food no problem. Maybe their menu is to large or the younger kids aren’t trained on customer service skills but if someone who paid is willing to wait and get out of the way I think it’s fair to be polite. Also note to check your bags everytime! They will miss half your order or forget to give you the chips for your nachos and cheese. Note: I’m giving 2 stars because a female worker came out and apologized. Then when she was walking back to the store she got yelled at by the rude window worker!

This review is not about the service or the food it’s about the homeless man that sits outside and harasses you for money and swears at you when you don’t answer him, then walks into the restaurant and harasses you some more and stares at you for again no money. Being the only customer in there did not feel safe at all, got up went to register to get Togo bag and gentlemen at the counter apologized to me, and as I walked out the homeless man says yea I’d F– Her… Any females that go alone use drive through…

I know it’s not always fun to be at work, but you are at work. Be professional, especially in front of your customers. First of all, no one works together. My mom & I waited too long just to place our order for a few tacos. The only reason why someone came out to help us was b/c the workers preparing the food yelled at him. They all seemed annoyed with each other, which made us feel awkward. While we were waiting for our food, I noticed that they were out of fire sauce. The workers behind the counter disappeared, so I had to wait to ask, which was fine with me. I wasn’t leaving without my food anyway. When it finally came out, I asked the woman for more sauces — all she did was point to where they should be. I told her they were out & she walked away. If I wasn’t paying attention, I wouldn’t have noticed that she went to get more. However, that’s all she did. She walked to the opposite end of the counter, grabbed more from underneath, placed them on top, & walked to the back. She never once smiled or said one word to us. Sure, their food is good, quick, & an easy solution when you don’t have much time on your hands, but their customer service is something they seriously need to work on.

Horrible service, it takes them 25 – 30 minutes per order to be ready, this is crazy, there about 15 people waiting still.

Probably one of the cleanest Taco Bell locations that I’ve been to. The food is fairly consistent, however, I still recommend that you check your order before you leave. They forgot a bag of chips w/my order once, so good thing I double checked. Also, sometimes the food looks messier/uglier than usual. yeah I get that it’s fast food, but my doritos locos taco shouldn’t fall apart when I’m eating it cause the shell was so soggy. Otherwise, decent service & cheap food. Plus, if you order inside, you can get as many hot sauce packets as your heart desires.

We always come to this Taco Bell to go thru Drive thru. I haven’t had a bad experience with the Drive Thru yet. No wrong orders, no missing items, everything just fine. The service is pretty good and the workers seem to be very nice. Prices for Taco Bell are still pretty affordable. I haven’t see the inside yet but maybe next time we’ll go inside to order just to see what it does look like.

You satisfy every craving I have 99% of the time. I don’t know what I would do without this place! It’s no fine dining and there’s no waiter service, but it’s still so yummy and I can’t stop going back! I don’t trust the meat at any Taco Bell so everything is ordered with beans instead and you still can’t go wrong. The Mexican pizza, chalupas, tacos, taco salads, burritos, nachos-all so cheap.

My cravings have been off the scale lately. Saw the $ 5 Doritos Locos deal and said to myself«what the heck, just do it» it came with burrito, taco and of course Doritos Locos supreme. I asked for no tomatoes in my burrito or my Doritos Locos. Looked at the total it was $ 5.34. Not bad figuring tax is always a pain in the rear. Asked for extra cheese. Didn’t wait for the total because it was cold. Got to the window my total came to 6.39. Man .30¢ extra each item for cheese. Never thought it was pricey until I did some mental math from pass purchases. That’s a lot of $$$. Paid and left. My taco and Doritos Locos had a good amount of cheese. My burrito? There wasn’t any cheese in it! Can I have my .30¢ back please? Also my Doritos Locos always come in a little cardboard taco shaped holder… It was also in a box. Why was my Doritos Locos all beatened up like it was a bag of chips? It crumbled so bad with me just unwrapping it, I had to eat it with a spork! :(not the way I wanted to chow down on my taco.
