They seriously have have Spanish music blasting loud during their shift right now super unprofessional this is McDonald’s not super taqueria

This is mainly for the cashier names Nicolas.
I came in today ordering food per usual and noticed a bunch of new faces working.
I got rung up by what looks to be a new worker. A little bit slow and seems that English was his second language, so I tried to be patient because I know what it’s like to be new to things. I asked for a strawberry pie and he couldn’t find it so he just assumed I was done with my order. Which I wasn’t. So that annoyed me a bit when he repeated my order and I wasn’t finished ordering. He had to ask his coworker Nicolas to help him out and the next part of my order got a bit complicated so I’m glad he had help on that.
I just want to give props to Nicolas for showing team sport by helping out his demeanor was nice. And to see him help another customer by showing them the types of toys that come with the happy meal. He didn’t have to but his customer service was great to see. Thanks!
My overall experience could’ve been better but there were new workers so it’s understandable.

Slow service is annoying, but at least the people are relatively friendly. Alas, they’re the closest one to my work. And I just keep going back.

This McDonald is not bad. It is not crowded and you can get your food pretty fast. I usually came here after church around 8:15pm. I only order him a happy meal maybe a chicken sandwich for myself.
They have pretty good service and the place is very big itself. Therefore, there are plenty of space to sit. Orherwise, they are standard all the way around like other McDonald.
It could get a bit crowded in the morning. People tends to buy coffee more than food so it still a fast line. I came here in the morning to get their combo breakfast, but just rarely.

I have no complaints about this Mc Donald’s except for the fact that they don’t have a drive thru.
Would have gave it 5 stars if it had a drive thru.

Absolute worst McDonald’s ever. Thai is what I got as an ice cream Sunday. Really? I mean what even is this

Horrible service. The young lady taking our order this morning pounded the counter because she got frustrated with a SIMPLE order and insisted we get meal when all we wanted was just a sand which, hash brown, and a large cup of water. Making us pay the same cost as a soda. On top of that she didn’t even ring up my egg mcmuffin, but I should’ve double checked. Too bad this is the only mcdonalds that’s near by my house. If there was another location just as close I definitely wouldn’t come to this one.

Came in to get 2 iced sugar free vanilla lattes. I’m not a fan of ice in my drinks because the cold of the ice hurts my teeth so I asked for light ice. I do this EVERYWHERE I go, I’m even one of those I like my water to be room temperature kind of girls.
Anyway, so I ordered my drink with light ice, and I felt like because I asked for light ice, he gave me less drink (see picture). I took my drink and walked away without saying anything, but in all these years, everytime I’ve asked for light ice, my drink has still been filled to the top; even at other McDonald locations. This McDonald’s has lost my business.

This McDonad’s has been around for years! Since I was a young girl and now I have children of my own. It’s tucked away around the corner in the same plaza where Nothing Bundt Cakes are. If I remember correctly, there used to be a drive in and now there isn’t. That I wasn’t too happy about. They used to even have an outside play area for the kids and they took that out too. Otherwise, if you’ve been to one McDonald’s you’ve been to them all. The service is good and the workers are nice. The place is pretty clean too.

Food is normal, place is clean, but the staff are all tatted up, talking about how they got into fights this weekend. The tatted girl, who was a manager, was talking about how she «F_@KED UP!» her cousin, now credit for her not saying the «F word» out loud, but everyone understood it. She went on about how she bought the baby crib, blah, blah, blah… Maybe because I’m minority, she felt comfortable but I’m not gangsta or ghetto. I also had my boys with me. INAPPROPRIATE CONVERSATION, more so for managers.

This McDonald is okay. I love how they open late at night. Some of the workers can be rude at times. When I come here at night some homeless are around asking for money. One time I went here late at night because I was thirsty and someone in a Mustang drove like he was drunk. Then he made the car stuck on this little grass hill near the restaurant and ran off. The parking lot is kind of scary at night.

You, know This is the best the east side can offer… Only being paid minimum wage you can only get what you paid for… I often find that the Attitudes of some of the workers are combative in some ways… for a business that generates jobs for the area is a plus… But as a business owner, If you cause me to loose money I don’t need you. The Environment in such a place should be a pleasant one and dealing with some kind of professionalism in Management… further more if it as so I am loosing a great deal of my business too the help then it time too do a clean up! this is a multimillion dollars business… these poor reviews and everything being said is Fact!!! If it should continue the best way I feel is too contact the owner of said business. because I have been going too this crappy no good for nothing poor piss attitude too everyone they met… so, if your with me let petition the owner I will find out who it is and post information… if some one should get this before hand Please pass it around… Got my ears up and my tail in the Air… sjmoondoggie7

This location is Super Slow whether there is one customer in line or 10. Don’t know what the issue is. It’s a good thing they don’t have a drive thru or it would be way backed up. They make mistakes and customer service is lacking.

This McDonalds can get crowded during lunch hour which can give you kind of a longer wait than usual. The service can be slow and sometimes you need to help out the cashier out since they sometimes have trouble with your order. The location itself is pretty clean and well kept.

The only thing I don’t like about this McDonald’s is that it doesn’t have a drive thru, but other than that, I haven’t had any bad experiences at this place.
Beware of the homeless people asking for spare change when you come to the front of the place or at night. I usually walk in through the back entrance though, so I never really encounter them.

If i could give them no stars, i would! i just moved by here a few months ago. a couple days ago, i got a monopoly piece from a mcdonalds in my hometown for medium fries. i came here to redeem it. i waited for awhile for my order even though there were only like two people who ordered ahead of me. then the guy called out medium fry no salt and thats what i ordered. i walked up to get it and asked for ranch (i like my fries with ranch. weird i know). But the guy answers yes and walks over to the other side and gave it to a guy who literally just ordered. i was like wait, okay, i guess i just made a fool of myself, but im pretty sure that shouldve been my order. then he comes back to the side i’m on and ignores me. finally after 5 minutes of me standing at the counter, he goes 11cents for sauce [totally no eye contact btw]. &i’m like huh? since i ordered something, don’t i get a complimentary sauce anyways. then he goes oh okay and leaves to go look at the screen of orders. he comes back to me 5 minutes later and goes 11cents. wtf… dude. so i’m like fine. so i ask where my order is. then all the people working in the front (total of three including the manager) start to speak to each other in spanish. I know they are talking about me and my order. another 15 minutes go by of me standing there waiting for my fries while everyones being helped, has already received their orders, and the employees are talking. finally after awhile, i see the guy who charged me for sauce making a face like he did something wrong. YES, he gave away my order. i waited a total of 40 minutes to get a medium fry no salt. that is fucking ridiculous. they finally made my order and gave it to me. they didn’t even apologize! super rude workers!
i came back yesterday because i was like fuck it, its the last day to get monopoly pieces, its by my house, hopefully i get a better experience. I come here to order a large fry. They had a menu of what items have monopoly pieces on them. i see that the medium drink is out of stickers and so are the nuggets. So i order my fries, employees rude as usual. but whatever, i just wanted my fries and stickers. i get my fries and i look inside, no stickers… WTF! i seriously would’ve/should’ve gone to another place! ughhhh. i ask the girl and she tells me they ran out. well maybe they shouldve updated the board or told me. never coming back again! i’d rather drive farther than go here!

Wow, this place is really slow! I should have drove further down to the one off San Felipe.
There were people ahead of me waiting to order and a bunch of people waiting around for their orders. I think the main thing that slowed them down was that a lot of people were ordering shakes/​coffee drinks and the workers weren’t too sure how to make them. One employee kept on yelling I made a mocha, I think it’s mocha.
I really don’t like how they’re trying to be like Starbucks with their coffee drinks…
Anyways, I finally ordered. Got the Big Mac meal and it was awful. The burger was put together so sloppy that everything was falling out. They put way too much dressing and lettuce.

It is a fast food restaurant. Yes, they do get busy, but the day we showed up they only had two cashier open, and one of them was slower than my pet snail. I only wish they would hire people that can get things done quickly and efficiently, but of course we all know they are just looking for cheap labor, and I can understand that.
The food was ok
The service was below average
The time to wait for food was good
The clean facilities was good
The playground outside was nice

The Good: Hey, atleast they aren’t serving rat meat.
The Bad: They haven’t closed this place down (yet)
The Ugly: This is just too easy…
The Review: This McDonald’s sucks. The service isn’t acceptable and it’s the same people constantly messing up the order. Not just that but they don’t know how to deal with complicated customers. If they walked around the counter and punched you in the throat, it would improve their service. Avoid whenever possible.
