I thought express means fast. 35 mins inline wtf the need fired the manger and why is everyone working so Dam slow

This review is long over due. Expect to wait forever if you decide to eat here. The line is always long. I feel like the employees here move too slow. It kinda sucks if you’re in a hurry especially if you have tickets to the movies. Also don’t come here right when they open because the food doesn’t taste fresh. It’s probably from the night before just reheated.

Do not expect these lazy employee to let you in 30 minutes before closing. I found it ridiculous that the door was lock and there was still good on the counter when I arrived. To make things even worst while searching for another near by panda a large pony tail employee packed all the left over lunch and walk out towards her boyfriends car and told another customer that try to go in 25 minutes before closing that «el pollo loco is open» lol good job Panda Express.

Thought it was OK. There are not a lot of options in the food court and this is probably one of the better ones.

I doubt its rally any, better than the one over by capitol express way. There was one I went to in the mall, at oakridge. BAD LINE, BAD CS when its really busy. and a few times, when I asked for a Cup of Ice, this (obviously just a HS senior) filled the cup half of ice and gave me tap Water. really? and when I asked for a refill, he took his time and DIDN’T give cold water. DA FUQ??? serously THIS LOCATION is messed up. The Capitol Expressway one, Near Raging Waters to be exact.

Marian the cashier was very rude to her coworker. She was scolding her in front of the customers, and when her co worker politely asked her to give ME a small water, she said, NO.
What the hell?
I waited in line again just to get a water because they ignored me and another person.
She sucks.

This panda is far the shaddiest n rudest ever! Lets go back few weeks ago when I ordered my son a kids meal. The lady gave literally 3 pcs of ornage chicken. When the cashier rang me up and asked why so little? I said thats all she gave me so she took back the plate and gave me more chicken. yay! Ok so today I got the 3 entrée meal and got the spare ribs as my 3^rd choice. I paid $ 1.25 extra which I dont mind but she gave me 4 pcs tiniest pcs. I spoke out n said wow very little portion. And the cashier said (different girl from previous visit) states 5 pcs per order. Ok well fine but I only see 4! Then as I proceed to give my credit card, she goes n grabs a small plate n pours out the ribs and counts! !! She says oh. And im fed up already and ask my cousin to just bring the food. While I walk away the other worker asks «Ohhh did she eat 1 ?» WTH!!!#!!! Eat one? ??? I was in front of the cashier the whole time before she poured out the ribs to count. Its 1 thing if they were shady n cheap so the portion was smaller but to accuse a customer of eating it n to question them? ??? SUPER INSULTED… Am I really going to try to scam u over 1 piece of rib? ??? Im no scammer or a liar. A mother of a 2 yr old has better things to do then try to scam a pc of rib.

Friday night, and disaster here. Line was so long and it was moving oh so slow. They need more cashiers and employees that are quicker on their feet. Refills of low stocked entrees were really slow too. One of the best spots in the food court, but they need to be quicker!

One of the worst ones I’ve ever been to. They were still open for an hour and had a line but had no refills of food coming out. Most of the items were pretty much gone and had been sitting for a long time. A lot of people had to hang around and wait for even basic sides. Some people walked out.

I love Panda Express but the oakridge location is not the best. The food is usually Luke warm from sitting so long between rushes, and probably why I always have to dash to the bathroom after eating here. Unfortunately it usually is the only thing in the food court I want to eat, but its not worth the food poisoning. Only order things that look fresh and hot. Tepid orange chicken doesn’t taste as good either. Just go somewhere else.

The people who work here are soooo rude. First. They ran out of Orange chicken so I asked how long it would take to make another batch because I don’t want to wait 10mins for Orange chicken when I can get something else. and the lady said «Ma’am their making it right now.» … Okay well that doesn’t answer my question. so I asked again. And this time the lady said the exact same thing but with attitude and told me to have a nice day and pushed my food to the side. I didn’t appreciate the service at all.

This location is at Oakridge Mall. It gets pretty busy, it seems to be a popular restaurant to pick up food at. They do have plenty of go to choices for people that need to pick up and leave or on a lunch if they work at the mall. I tried the Shitake Kale Chicken dish and it was actually pretty good. Their other dishes are pretty good. Although I’m sure if you got there when the food has been sitting underneath the heating lamp for too long, the food looks dried out and old. But if you get there at a good time, the good is fine. The workers there are very nice too.

Small portions, not wearing gloves and a pen landed on my food and just gave it to me. Never eating at this pandas house again.

This panda sucks!!! don’t go worst service ever … I waited in a line for 10 mins and the girl compliantly ignored me and tried serving the ppl behind me .then gave me a skimped tray then I waited at the cashier for a good 2 mins before another rude girl came was in a rush to make me pay with assuming I didn’t want a drink. I know it’s a fast food chain and you get what you pay for but I could have definitely passed on the bitchy rude services. Good job at losing a customer !

This is my go-​to spot whenever I go on my break from work (besides Chipotle and Subway!). I only give this place three stars due to their poor customer service. I’m limited with either a 15 minute break or a 30 minute break and I always find myself waiting in line for 10+ minutes which irritates me so much. I’m just trying to get my food and eat before returning back to work.
Usually when I do get food, there’s one person working the line of food and it’s annoying because I can clearly see other employees wandering around. Don’t get me wrong because they could be doing a task or something but when you see that you have a long line of customers there needs to be something done!!! I waste my break just standing in this line.
However, I do like the food; can’t complain about that lol. I always get a panda bowl only because I know the two entrée with rice/​chow mein/​steamed vegetables is way too much for me. I do wish they packed an equal amount of rice with whatever entrée I asked for though.
Some of the staff members give excellent customer service when they do interact with you while others are pretty lifeless. I try to give them an easy time by being polite and thanking them for helping me with my food but when they don’t reply back I cringe and don’t bother being that nice again.
Anyways, this place is decent. Needs improvement though.

Airianna was very informative on how we can combine orders and get the best deal. Also offered fresh rice. Staff has great attitude.

The Hispanic Panda Express worker piled on the food for the old white guy in front of me. When it was my turn the worker gave me the old steamed vegetables and a a half ass portion of Beef Broccoli and Teriyaki Chicken. Mas Puto worker.

There were so many times that I was assumed to be with whoever is behind or in front of me that we «are together». I have lost count how many times that they have to take my food out of someone else’s bag because they don’t ask us before if our purchase/​food is together or not. Not to mention that they have rung the people behind me first because my food was at the bottom of the bagged items.
I don’t know what to say about this Panda Express… the ladies working here just don’t make the effort to smile. I understand it’s hot behind the counter from the food warmer and the grill/​stove the food is cooking on… but when you guys talk to me like your’e depressed, it makes me not want to eat, let alone order from you. I’m already waiting 30+ minutes just to order from you.
Food is always great, I mean, at least for Chinese fast food. Orange chicken, always crispy, always crunchy, that sweet glaze and sometimes a bite of spice to kick the taste buds. Fried rice? You can get brown rice for your fried rice too. and extra $ 1 for a few pieces of shrimp for the honey walnut (not worth it). I always say no to their shrimps. The teriyaki chicken, I like it without the sauce. I prefer the grilled taste to the drowned sweet sauce.
Kid’s entrees, yeah, $ 4.99 for entrée + side + cookie + kid’s drink, not bad. You can’t have a few pieces of orange chicken and a few pieces of terriyaki chicken. Even if you ask for 2 pieces of each. They gave like 6 – 7 pieces, they can’t do 4 total of mix ‘n match. I tried to ask for my son, but a no-​go, totally understandable.

PANDA, I am not sure why I love panda food so much! Whenver I come here and feel the smell of Panda express food I can not resist. I go for it without thinking. Always fresh and always long line of panda fans in front of you.

So delicious. This is the only Panda express I’ve ever seen that the food is always fresh. People love this place. It’s fans are triple other food stores in the mall. (bad thing because you have to wait at least a few more minutes than other food shops in the mall).
The only problem! They have to change or fix their payment machine, the lady on the register was trying to swipe my card almost 15 times.
