Sloooooow. Average wait of 5+ mins/person in line just to have your order taken. Drinks tasted fine though.

Walked in. Didn’t know what to get. Jasmine gave some awesome suggestions and the drinks were definitely great tasting! Took the time to prepare a drink that wasn’t even on the menu. That’s customer service! Thanks again Jasmine!

This is my preferred Starbucks store that I go to simply because misty and the staff is awesome! There are a few workers there that have great customer service and at one point my drinks were made right when I walked in the door because they knew that I came in twice a week at the same time! Misty always greets me by name when I walk in and always has a smile on her face! She even made me a mock Carmel brûlée latte when they ran out of syrup!

Worst customer service ever. I live right by this Starbucks and have been coming here for years but the new blonde guy is absolutely terrible and not friendly at all and got my simple drink order wrong and the other guy who has worked there for years always looks miserable and every time I go in acts like her has never seen me before. I have never even gotten a «hey» from him. I have worked at busy coffee shops and bars and it’s not THAT hard to be a little friendlier especially when you know the customer is a regular and usually tips and never complains. Screw this Starbucks, I want to go in and talk to the manger about how awful those two guys are. I’ll drive to a further one from now on.

Slowest Starbucks in history. Man named austin needs to smile and everyone else seems miserable and extra slow! Never coming back!

This has always been my usual go to Starbucks but now with the holidays here, I find myself going to this location less and less. The wait is ridiculous and you get all the teens coming in for their fraps before school. Going to have to retire this location for a while. It’s not Starbucks fault.

I love starbucks and the usually friendly staff. Today was not that day. Husband and u walked in and ordered venti drinks, 2 kids hot chocolates and a 3 muffins. The lady at the register was kind but the woman making our drinks was very rude. When I asked for a carrier for our 4 drinks, I got a rude look then she basically tossed one at me and then continued to glare while I put our drinks in. Who does that?! Couldn’t understand if she was mad I asked for one or that’s just how her face looks. I shouldn’t of even had to ask, if someone orders 4 drinks you’d think they would offer to put your drinks in a carry tray anyways :/

I called in a large volume gift card order today at noon with scheduled pick up at 8pm. I was trying to be super accommodating by coming in towards closing time, offering my cc info to charge ahead, security deposit, etc., whatever would secure my intent to purchase. I know it was a huge imposition but was assured that the cards would be ready to go this evening. Turns out they aren’t «ready» and I’m here waiting for each card to be swiped and activated. What’s the point in giving them time if it wasn’t ready as promised? Had I known I’d be waiting close to an hour I would’ve come when I initially called. In total I purchased $ 5k in gift cards and I STILL had to pay for my $ 2 coffee. Hey Starbucks, complimentary would’ve been ideal in this case!

The staff is really, really nice. The drinks are good. But they are slow. I don’t know what it is. It’s not staffing… they will be busy and have one on register and one on drinks and then all of a sudden someone will come out from the back and I’m like, «Where WERE you!!!». They don’t seem to be in a rush. It is an awkward store without much seating. Wish they could pick up the speed a little. But I must emphasize they are a NICE group of folks.

This is probably my favorite Starbucks in town. The baristas and all the employees are so friendly and my drinks are always made correctly. The location is convenient and there is always parking available. However, during the school year, it can get really busy and full of high school students when the school day ends. The store is pretty small with a limited amount of room to study or sit around. However, compared to other Starbucks around town, they usually have the cheapest prices. I noticed that they now provide wireless chargers for phones in the store(for free), which is pretty cool, especially for students and others who study or spend a few hours there.

I have frequented this starbucks for years. They do a decent job on drinks. I went in to buy a stack of gift cards on a Friday morning. Yes, I know, it is going to be busy. There was literally one person in front of me when I placed my «order» for 25 gift cards. The lady sighed and told me I could buy them online. I told her, I’m here now and would like to purchase them. She stated it was a very busy time for them and others would have to wait. Mind you there were 2 cashiers working so what’s the big deal?!? Then she was irritated that she would have to swipe each one separate. In the time it took to do my transaction of $ 200+ the other cashier rang up 4 – 5 people that spent $ 4 – 10 each. I’m no math wizard, but I would be happy to spend my dollars elsewhere, where it is appreciated instead of being made to feel like a nuisance. I will not be back to this location.

10am and one of the slowest Starbucks I have ever been in. The place is also kind of small and cramped, making it hard to get to your drinks.

I never have any problems with this starbucks. I have been going to this location for a long time. I like this place because there is a nice big open lot and there are some outdoor seating. They have never messed up any of my drinks and they get it out quickly. I haven’t encountered a rush here because I usually come here in the evening.

I go here out of pure need because it’s a convenient location, my daughter takes dance nearby. Thus far, not once, but twice, the same barista has served a kids’ drink far too hot. The first time I was the one to pick up the cup and felt the temperature was far too hot, so I warned my 6 year old. Alas, yesterday, she was the one to grab it and take a sip — sure enough, she burned herself. I went up to the barista, and said ‘This is not kid-friendly temperature, it’s far too hot.’ and he stands there, blankly and unapologetically looking at me, and was about to get back to what he was doing. ‘Put some ice in it?’, I propose a solution. He does. Due to the fact that there are other complaints about this location. I’m thinking the manager needs to get online and start to remedy the situation. This couldn’t even remotely compare to the Foxworthy location, where the manager is clearly not only interested in the customers’ satisfaction but cares very much about his employees conduct. The Foxworthy manager has previously –tossed– a kids’ hot choc. saying ‘oh man, I’m so sorry, I just didn’t make it kid-friendly temperature.’ — Live and learn, Kooser people. I don’t like it when people make a mistake that(even if mildly) hurts someone and then don’t offer an apology, it’s just not good character. Sadly, my famished 6 year old will likely keep wanting to come back to this location after her lesson. If the guy screws up one more time, it’ll be the third strike, and I’ll be talking to the manager.

Slowest and Not so friendly Starbucks I’ve been too in my life. Not to mention they’re not good at making drinks. Now this is probably a hit and miss, I think I have bad timing because some of them look hungover and can’t make my drink correctly. Although the barista at the register is friendly, the barista making the drink isn’t. He even looks at me weird and looks angry at the world. I mean bro, you got a job, some people can’t even get jobs and your staring at me looking like your forced to work here. Stop being a little baby and man up and do your job. I’m going to start going to this location near Costco 5353 Almaden Expy, San Jose, CA95118 cause they smile at me and get my name down also making me feel like a guest. Or Pete’s across the street. Not to mention, don’t pour guests pikes place or house coffee that is expired cause the timer was at 00:00 and Smile, It could be worse. I’ll come back when this Starbucks atmosphere is changed when they decide to give the guest the«Great Starbucks Experience». Funny how 7⁄11 gives me this experience and I don’t need to tip them when I make my own beverage and yet 7⁄11 employees don’t usually engage with guests. Well thats my 2 cents and the honest truth. Like I said, I probably come here at a bad time or the workers are hungover, but than again I’ve never really been in a Starbucks that is so depressing, angry and can’t make my drink right.

Came in on a warm evening, and went to get my iced coffee. But, they were out of coffee? How can that be? He offered an iced americano, which I’ve never had, for the same price(but I think they’re the same price anyways?) so I went with that. However, as I tasted it, it did not taste good to me and the barista saw my reaction. She offered to make me a whole new drink(which I had a venti!) and gave me a skinny vanilla latte(my second choice) instead. Was very glad they were able to do this for picky old me!

They have some of the friendliest staff members that i’ve ever met at a Starbucks before. Misty, the manager is really nice and very conscioud of the meaning and understanding of customer service. Excellent job guys! It always brightens my day to come here. What’s also cool is that there are a lot of «regulars» here at this location and every morning you see the same people. It makes it nice when you start recognizing people and starting up conversations with them. Not to mention, they have some really tasty drinks! :)

Ya, not a huge fan of this location… Just like Subway, if you been to one Starbucks then you have been to them all. The things that make a Starbucks stand out are location, ease of parking and service of the employees. Unfortunately the parking lot sucks, the location is ridiculous and the employees are not great. There is an occasional happy barista in here but it is hit or miss at best. I guarantee that if an undercover Starbucks reviewer came in here, you would see some changes real quick. You might ask why it is busy all the time if the location sucks and the service is bad? Thats an easy answer… There is no other Starbucks in that area. If you want your crack, you have to go where the crack dealers are at. That simple.
