This location is okay. I ordered online and went to the store exactly on the time said. Went there and had to wait for another 15 min. I usually come to this location. Their wings are okay. I like how they hook it up. Most employees are really kind as well. They should learn how to smile. But overall very average.

First and LASTTIME here. I didnt think customer service could ruin my time even seeing these reviews before coming here the first time, but it did. Spent $ 50 on a 40 piece meal and tried all sauces because this was my first time here. Sat down and ate half the food with another friend and ended up taking the rest to go. When you dont like something you shouldnt have to pay for it. Especially if its just SAUCE. Asked for ONE ranch to-go and HILDA was very firm about me paying .89CENTS for an extra sauce after i spent 50 dollars. Of course i was angry and rudely gave 4 dollars just to get some damn sauce and still she wanted to sit there and look stupid and not give me any sauce. After returning the blue cheese and honey mustard she still wanted to charge me for ONE ranch. How pathetic is that after i spent more than that on tax?! I WILLNEVERCOMETOTHISLOCATIONAND I ADVISEOTHERSNOTTOWAISTTHEIRMONEYHERE. U get better service at Wendys drive thru spending 5 dollars there. I hope the owner of this location does something about who they have in charge because for being a new location its already getting a bad reputation and i bet im not the only one that wont come back to this location. You need to AVOIDAVOIDAVOIDAVOID this location. Wingstop, like any franchise, has consistent food across its restaurants. The only difference between one location and another is the service. This place fails miserably when it comes to service. I came to pick up a phone order and discovered they had used a sauce I did not ask for on my wings. In my 30 piece order, I wanted 10 lemon pepper, 10 original, and 10 mango habanero. Instead of the MH, they gave me teriyaki instead. I came back with the 10 teri wings to get the order fixed. It took them about 10 minutes to get me 10 mango wings. Great, I thought. I was wrong. They were in such a rush to get the replacement order out the door that the wings weren’t cooked thoroughly. Absolutely distinguishing! 10 wings isn’t worth going back to the same location 3 times in one night. This is not my first visit to this location. I’ve experienced long and inaccurate wait times, other incidents of messed up orders, inattentive staff members not bring out food when it’s ready to waiting customers, etc. Their poor performance is the norm here. Considering how many wingstop locations there are now, do yourself a favor and go a different location. Any other location is better than this, unless you want mistakes in your order, long wait times, and undercooked chicken.

I ordered online and picked it up at the exact time they gave me. Easy peasy. Wings tasted like they always do. I don’t know why people hate this store. Can’t even tell if they’re rude because the transaction was so fast, which I LOVE. I pay for hassle free, convenient, and quick — everything this store was for me. Will definitely do it again, since the bf likes that mango habanero! Cajun was kinda gross but I love the Louisiana rub. The end.

Food was good but my complaint is that I ordered online for pickup and came early paid and they said will be ready soon so I went to restroom and walked past the counter and they obviously saw me and I sat down waited about 10 minutes and heard other orders being called, so I went up to the counter and apparently it’s been ready and nobody called my name so the fries were cold and a bit soft. When I told them I didn’t even get an apology so I will be going to other locations from now on.

this wingstop sucks. the workers here don’t care and look like they want to kill themselves. I don’t know about all these other reviews that they are nice and it’s a good wingstop. you place your order and they tell you 15 mins but it’s a lie. I returned back in 20 minutes and they aren’t even done. and then another patron comes and says are my 5 wings ready? and their response is, oh you haven’t gotten them yet?! bitch do you see me eating them. then she apologizes and says it was given to someone else & she’ll start a new batch. ridiculous. I’d rather just driver further out and go to milpitas. you guys suck. hire new better people … people that are actually going to work and people thankful to have a job !

Long story short. Place an online order for pick up. Had to make 3 pointless trips back because the manager Gustavo had the audacity to believe that I was lying to him about one of my orders were missing. He was inspecting and he touched our food after he was cash handling. He has no food handling skills at all. Overall the wingstop crew here on McKee has horrible team work. I’d rather drive to another location in order to get my wingstop fix. Never coming here again.

These branch has habit of not taking order over the phone correctly. I ordered and when I got there they don’t have my order in the system so nothing was ready for me to pickup. This happened twice on me, two weeks apart incident.

I usually don’t enjoy Wingstop(in San Jose, at least) because it usually takes 45+ minutes for my order to be ready, the wings are too small for me, are always dripping in oil, and the amount of salt/seasoning on the fries is enough to protect me from evil spirits. BUT I was craving wings so bad and this place is literally less than a mile from my house. Placed an order online at 2:10PM and said it would be ready by 2:25PM. Drove over at 2:30, found parking right in front, and when I came in, the worker at the register greeted me and asked for my name. I told her I placed an online order and she had my to-go bag waiting right on the counter! Fries were well-done like I liked and actually didn’t cut my lips this time from all the salt, the wings were fresh and crispy and not swimming in oil, and best of all, no wait time!!! Best experience I’ve ever had from a Wingstop!

I made a phone order last night of 15 wings(5bbq, 5LP, 5 M). The girl that took my order on the phone, I believe Jeanette, was very friendly and patient as I ordered. When j got to wing stop, I was welcomed. The service from Jeanette was great since she seemed so positive and nice! The only reason why I’m giving this place 3 stars is Bc the food wasn’t too good on the wings. When I got home and opened the box for the wings, I felt like the sauce was just poured over the wings, and not mixed. I felt like they didn’t take their time and actually mix the wings in its sauces properly. Service was great, good was eh.

I made a mistake of judging this place based on the reviews on Unilocal.I’m glad I finally went in here today. The customer service was very friendly. These young folks didn’t have that I don’t give a f* attitude. I had ordered carrots and celery sticks, but this young man apparently forgot to place it in my order. So here I am thinking I paid for it. So I went up to the counter and asked about it. Then, I referred to my receipt. With much embarrassment, I told them I didn’t pay for it. A couple minutes later, I heard my name and they hooked me up with the celery and carrot sticks. I thought that was an awesome, friendly gesture. The fries were abundant and crispy just like the way I like them. Today, we also tried our wings extra crispy just to be adventurous. It did not disappoint. Every wing was well coated with the flavoring. Parking is sort of scarce. But it is next to Starbucks which is an extra plus. I will becoming back here. Our usual order of wing stop goes a lil somethin like this: 1. 2– flavors, which are garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper 2. 5– pc of chicken, not bone in, in original– I love how tangy it is 3. Side of ranch– the best ranch EVER! 4. Side of mild sauce– I love that buttery flavor 5. Seldom we order a side of beans or celery and carrot sticks

Their«chicken strips» are basically the same size as their boneless wings and the employees know it but won’t tell you until you see them. Just let you waste your money and go home pissed. Waited 45 minutes and was told 15. Ridiculous.

Well at least the wings are consistent. I did an online order, I love about 10mins away and I had enough time to shower wash dishes change a baby’s diaper and they did not even put the order in until I got there. Once I got there they looked at my dumbfounded for about 5mins before they told me that they would be with me in a minute. I hope this is just because they are a newer location but as of right now they stink worse then shit filled toilet. And they still got the order wrong…

I am big fan of Wingstop. Staff is very knowledgable about what they are selling at this location and they are very friendly. I’ve been to this location a few times already but I thought I’d share my recent experience which was on June 4th. I placed an order for pick up through the wingstop app around 11:00pm and the estimated time to pick up was 11:29pm. I get there at 11:30pm and the two women were cleaning up. As bad as I felt being one of the last minute customers they both had big bright smiles on their faces happy to help me. Unfortunately their printer was down that night and my order wasn’t placed but she said not to worry they had a fresh batch of wings ready to be flavored in the back. Again, I felt bad that it was so late being one of the annoying last customers(only thing open late in our area and I got of work late haha sorry) I placed my order once again and waited for it to be ready, only took about 5 – 7 minutes for my combo to be ready and I was out the door with my fresh food. I didn’t catch their names I thought I had the receipt on me to bring it up in this review but I misplaced it. The only thing that I dislike about this location is that they don’t have the normal big red cola machines to mix and match flavored beverages. It just doesn’t make the normal experience complete without it haha but it isn’t their fault. Great location. Great employees. Note: People keep complaining about the wait time and they’re failing to realize it’s a new location with new employees. They opened less than a month ago. The quality is what matters most when trying to perfect something.

Came here because it was the closest to me but I would have been better off driving a few min out for better service. I ordered my food online since it was a Friday night and I know it can be busy. Got to the place and it took them forever to be able to ring up people. There was another girl at the register and she was just standing there. It was finally time for them to take our order and they just ignored us. The girl seemed to be irritated at the other cashier but they both just stood there looking at the screen didn’t acknowledge the fact that they had people waiting in line, not to mentioned they were calling our order for the past 5 min. They finally took our order didn’t apologize for ignoring us, and when we payed didn’t get our order for us. Asked for a beer and he had no clue where they were. I get is a new store but too many issues for a place that has a reputation for quick service. Won’t be coming here again. I’ll stick to my normal go to place.

I love Wing Stop. There are not really any other places to get good wings like these. I mean you got KFC, Popeyes and Smoke Eaters too, but not all specialize in wings like Wingstop does! The wings here at this location are second to none. PLEASEREAD: Unless you order on line or to-go ahead, the order is going to take a few minutes to prepare. This is not the fast food that you are used to. You will not be in and out if you do not order ahead so dont forget that when your waiting for your order and you decide to write a bad review while you wait because you are sad. Prices and specials are posted up everywhere in the place. From the front door to the windows and the wide spacious menu displayed at the counter. If you can read you will know the prices. The best part about this are the free answers to any questions about the pricing and the menu provided by any of the friendly staff. Seating is available if you can sit down. There are plenty of tables and chairs and plenty of free parking. Basically, If you want good wings come here!

My boyfriend and I came here tonight at around 10 and thought we’d be in and out. That didn’t happen. We waited about 30 minutes along with a couple other pissed off customers. One of which got up and walked out. We ordered the meal for 2 which came out to like $ 20 something which wasn’t bad. We usually go to Buffalo Wild Wings and spend a lot more. I thought I heard one of them say that the wings were 10 cents each tonight? I might b wrong but it would have been nice to know that BEFORE you order. Isn’t that the point of specials? All of the girls but one had pissed off looks on their face the entire time. If you don’t want to be there find a new job. We got a quick have a good night from the one girl that looked new. Although, the food was pretty good. But how do u mess up wings?
