This Burger King is by far THEWORST and the customer experience with the entire company as well. I have waited twice but obviously gave up when trying to hear back from corporate. I have ordered delivery from her 3 times and the first was excusable since it was the first time they started. The next two times I ordered are NOT excusable, food missing or cold, milkshakes tasting like just over sugared nesquick, fries not even cooked all the way and the list goes on. I barely even go to this BK anymore because even when driving through or walking in the employee’s don’t care about anyone even themselves they all look washed up and even management doesn’t care at all. This is BYFAR the WORST place is San Leandro for food or customer service. I don’t even care if corporate contacts me or anything anymore, they’ve stolen so much money from me… oh btw the last two times I ordered online they charged me for items I NEVERADDEDTOMYORDERNORDID I EVENRECIEVE!

This is the self proclaimed manager of the E.14thBURGERKING the manager that would not give me his name when repeatedly asked for it. I came back in this location and told what seemed like a new hire that«the girl with the long brown pony tail that gave me my food kept my credit card». He sheepishly referred me to this person in the picture and the girl came from her duties hearing me and yet not acknowledging my voice or presence. She walked to the back and he tells me «what color is your card?» And I respond by saying«what color? I was just here 5 minuets ago and she gave me my food and napkins but not my card». He asks me «what is it?» I describe my credit card and he says«okay here». I am now confused at his lack of concern I hear the two women behind me talking, one says that ain’t right”. That’s not supposed to happen and all you have to say is… here it is? What is your name??? Que my name? Yes, I’m talking to you, wait are trying to act like you do understand what I saying? You don’t want to give me your name? I can let your corporate office know that your staff is giving food out before they return there cards… what’s wrong with you, why don’t you know that isn’t right? We tried to order the delivery, just to see how it worked. The answer is «it doesn’t». The online order form apparently sends an email to the store, which the store ignores. When you call customer service all they can do is email the store again. If you try calling the store they completely ignore you. Ordering delivery is basically like throwing your money into a hole. You won’t actually get food, and if you want to cancel your order you have to call multiple people. Whoever manages this store should be fired, as they’re making the whole chain look awful. It’s a shame that Burger King doesn’t care enough to read the reviews of their franchises here on Unilocal. Update: 2 and a half hours later– well over an hour after we cancelled the order– they just showed up with the food. So if you order at 11:25am and cancel at 1pm, you’ll end up getting food at 2pm.

Don’t order for delivery from them. The last three orders(many months apart) they had messed up and had this ridiculous thing in place where you have to return the food in order to get the refund, meaning you have to wait for them to come back or you have to drop it back off yourself which kinda negates delivery — especially being told after the first time that all they do is throw it away anyway. When I try to call to see what’s going on and if I can get a replacement no one answers and the customer service people on the delivery line are awful, rude and hung up on me multiple times.

I’ve never submitted a bad review before for anything on Unilocal.But the service with this burger king is completely unacceptable. The records speak for themselves, other customers feel the same way. I placed an order online to be delivered. They arrived with items missing. I was missing 10 nuggets, my drinks, and sauce packets. Why would there be a delivery service where we have to manually enter what we want and still get ripped off. When contacting their customer service they were no help, they claimed that they included everything but on my end I have the receipt and some items that were paid for are missing. They provided no further help and hung out. I am extremely aggravated.

I’ve ordered online from here before and everything usually goes well, but tonight was a completely different story. I was really tired from work so I ordered my food at 5:27pm and was well aware that it would take 45 – 55 min. So after an hour, I called the BKdelivers hotline and found out they didn’t have an update on my order and would the store manager would call me. 15 min later at 6:42pm, the store manager or somebody from there says«We just started making your order now. One of our drivers didn’t show up.» To which I said«how come you didn’t call any of your customers? Now by the time I get the food it will be almost 2 hours later?» To which she replied «Do you still want the food?» I will certainly be calling their corporate office to complain. Never ever ever ever order online from this BK again.

Cold burgers, sad and old tasting fries and chicken nuggets. Both my burgers were smashed and my chocolate milkshake tasted like watered down nesquick with lots of sugar. They get an extra star cause there was an extra random double bacon burger, although it was smashed also. Oh and my A1 burger has sauce on ¼ of the burger all the way are the back left. I like BK burgers but I don’t think I’d order from this location again. This was also my first time eating chicken from bk and the breading tasted very old and stale, I’m not sure it’s supposed to taste like that, or that i got an old or bad batch. Either way I was very disappointed.

Usually I only go in the morning on my way to work once in a blue moon. Ok maybe one every two months. I always see cats around their drive thru but this morning I saw about 10 of them different sizes. The lady who is there in the morning is really nice however when I mention the cats she kind of gave me attitude. I only made the comment that there was a lot of cats and she replied«I don’t know» but with attitude, but then she was nice again after that. So typical burger king food, not great not bad.

I’ve been coming here since I was 4. Always has been my go-to childhood comfort food stop. I’ve always gotten the same selection of orders, either chicken nuggets or a chicken sandwich w/fries and/or shake. They’ve never disappointed me in my lifetime but then again I’ve never had anything else but the typical fast food items! I recommend to just go there for your normal fast food cravings.

I had a chicken cheese steak sandwich here back when they were having a special. It was the worst sandwich I ever ate. I always get terrible food at this franchise and will avoid coming to this BK despite the convenience if the location.

I purchased a whopper sandwich through their drive-thru, which cuts through a large deep parking lot. You will see a large«island» of grass as you make the«turn» towards the ordering kiosk/menu. They had signs which pointed to their«we have chicken fries». There was another banner sign advertising that they needed drivers for their BKdelivery service. wth, really? I guess market expansion knows no bounds. The drive-thru experience is about the same as other fast-food places. I did spy two cats on the grass island. Overall, okay experience. I think they are open 24-hours.

I ordered my food online to be delivered! 11:15am its now 12:27 and am still waiting! I would give zero stars if i could! I got a call at 11:57 from the store manager telling me my food was on its way! Uhhh lie! If you advertise to customers that your food will be delivered to you within 45 mins then it should be!!! I’ve been to this Burger King ever since I was a kid and would pretty much only eat here if there were coupons from the mail. I never imagined to be someone who reviews fast food restaurants but I feel like this location deserves a review for what it is. This location was recently remodeled in a way that I would describe as more restaurant-styled. The old play structure was taken away for outdoor seating the inside seating was completely overhauled so that there are large booths for families, small tables, and even some modern living-room armchairs. The food is still just Burger King fast food but I thought the few times that I last visited had friendly cashiers and the food came out looking pretty decently. I mean, my whopper came and it actually looked like it was made with some care since it almost looked like those fake hamburgers you see in commercials! Overall — one of the best looking Burger King’s I’ve visited, food was presented in good fashion, workers were not unpleasant. 4 out of 5 stars

Not sure what got into me, but I craved fastfood after work. I was actually driving to McDonalds until I realized there’s a Arby’s and BK on the way! Decided to go with BK since it has been awhile since I’ve sulked in on a whopper. Empty drive thru, fast order, fast food, ok drive thru guy. Order was correct. Food tasted like a BK Whopper. Not sure what more you can ask for. Rating went from a 3 to a 4 when I read 24 hour drive thru!

Burger King has their chicken tenders 4/$ 1 hidden in the value $ 1 section. no signs on window touting it. sampling: chicken tenders 4/$ 1(190 calories) –very tasty crust from the salt –inner meat looks/feels like real chicken breast meat, not some extruded stuff. –asked for honey mustard dip, got sweet & sour. leftovers: –regular order is 900+ calories! –cashier asked: «is that all»? didn’t tell him it was for taste test. –chicken tender decent. there’s a tender sammie too…(1?).
