Number 44 broken rice is good ! The spring rolls is ok. Maybe next time I try some thing else. The food taste little salted !! Drink A lot of tea.

Bun bo hue was alright. Didn’t have a lot of depth of flavor or spice. Service was really good and the ambiance was really inviting and cozy. Parking isn’t marked so it’s pretty confusing but it’s an alright phở restaurant if you really just need a phở fix. The soup to noodles ratio was off by a ton, that’s something I always notice at phở restaurants. Doesn’t it just seem super overwhelming when you have so much soup that you can’t even find all your noodles anymore?

Granted, I have only had the Phở at this restaurant and it is worthy of a review. I have been there 3 times and each time the Phở has been delicious. The broth is flavorful but not at all heavy. The large portion comes with plenty of raw beef. I really do highly recommend their Phở and I hope to try more items on the menu soon.

reasonable price… The base soup is pretty decent. But the meat are the greatest. May be I shouldn’t have ordered artificial crab meat and bbq pork.

First place you notice when you walk in — This place looks nice! It looks modern and fresh, but also feels like you’re in someone’s house, which is really nice. The menu is easy to read and simple, but no images on it. I had the phở and fried egg rolls here, which were both delicious! The phở was burning hot, which is how it should be! The egg rolls were definitely very good. My friend and I ate all of them and would definitely order these again. Overall, this restaurant is very clean! Super clean, which I really appreciated. Definitely check this place out.

The phở ga is here is phở-nomenal. Consistently great the three times I’ve tried it while wondering this hood waiting for some engine work to be done nearby. The broth is clean, savory and just a touch spicy. Noodles are perfect, almost al dente. Chicken may not be organic, but dang it works perfect. Staff is on point. I cannot recommend it enough.

I feel like places like Phở restaurants and Taco Trucks should not be reviewed, hence why I don’t write them too often. In my opinion, local places like these should be discovered old school ways. Either through Ludacris’ second album or by stumbling upon it. But I really dig this place. 10 minute bike ride or 5 minute via 4 wheeler from my house for a decent and clean place to eat phở is definitely what have been missing in West San Leandro(I had to use google maps). And quite frankly, I don’t want it to have to close down and risk my luck that there might be a chance a better one will move in. I don’t need«amazing», «good» is good enough for me. So what is it with this place? For one, it’s clean. Or the mirage of cleanliness is enough to fool me. Second, the food is pretty good. I’m Vietnamese(yes, we all know), so biologically I can identify dislikings in Vietnamese food subconsciously via my inherited taste buds. You picking up what I’m putting down? Because that sentence was a mouthful. Pun intended. Digressing… my first meal at T&T, I didn’t complain about the food one single bit. Everything was to my liking. The broth was flavorful yet light, the meats were spot on, the temperature was perfectly hot. The size of a small is deceptively big. You think you need a large? You don’t really. My friend and I grabbed some fried egg rolls and grilled pork rolls and they tasted fine. But side note, I’m not a fan of the warm red sauce these Bay Area phở places started offering with their grilled pork rolls. Bring back the warm Hoisin, crushed peanuts, & Sambal! The Vietnamese Iced Coffee was legit too, a tad sweet, but at least it wasn’t 80% mocha mix. Yuck. The two times I’ve been here in the late afternoon, this place was pretty much packed. At least had to wait for a table to clear before I was seated. But it wasn’t long. Then again, I rather wait for good food then not to have good food to wait for at all.

Went here for my first Phở experience and I loved it. Everything was fresh and tasted wonderful. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is great. Everything came out looking beautiful and well plated. I will be going back.

Quick and standard Phở, not worth my far drive though. There is a fairly large parking lot in front of the restaurant which is always great cause I am bad at parallel parking. This is one of the Phở places where the décor is a little fancier and they don’t have the sauce dishes and chopsticks all on the table for you. I don’t prefer this style of doing things but it’s alright. We were seated immediately since it wasn’t super busy and soon after we were able to order. The food came out not too long after we ordered. Always a plus. I was craving Bun Bo Hue so that is what I ended up ordering. It came out and the meat was really tender. The spiciness was not as spicy as I would have liked it but the man offered chili oil, then it tasted really good. They give you an awesome about of cartilage(which I don’t like but it’s nice to know they give you a lot if you do like it). They always give you a square of blood jello which is cool if you are into that too. Now for the important part, the actual noodles. most of the bites were awesome but some strands of the noodles were not good all the way! So sad :( I did make a stop to the restroom while I was here and it was nice! I always love checking out bathrooms at places because I feel like if it’s got a nasty bathroom I don’t like it as much. We got our check really quick, something I really like! Over all, probably not going to be come here again just because I have so many other phở places that are closer to me. I never come by this area anyway, it was just today. Nothing to go out of your way for.

Kinda skeptical as I walked up, but the food ended up being pretty decent. The extra cilantro in my phở bowl was great. The regular sized bowl wasn’t enough, but I couldn’t quite finish a large bowl… so something in between would’ve been perfect. The servers were nice, but it took a little too long for our food to come out. I was really looking forward to their vietnamese coffee, but it was a huge disappointment. I’m not sure if the milk wasn’t hot enough, or the grounds were old, but I could barely tolerate it. I poured three cups of tea in with the coffee just so I could stomach it.

Checked this spot out for dinner the other night, it was decent. We started with their Fresh Spring Rolls which were by far the best we’ve had, compared to the other Viet spots in SL. They were super fresh and refreshing. The s/o and I both had their #26, which was their special combo vermicelli. The Fried Spring Rolls that were on top were cRaCk!!! Man, I could’ve eaten a dozen of them, just like Lumpia! Something about the wrapper the used, it was light and way crispy. In terms of the bowl, I got the chicken and the s/o got the pork. My chicken was alright, next time I’ll order the pork. Service, eh you don’t expect five-star service at a phở/Viet spot, or any Asian spot for that matter. When they got busy, which they did, it was a little insane. When we arrived, we immediately got a table, but a party of 4 came in, got seated, and their order was taken way before ours, and got their glasses of water soon after, yet we’re still waiting for our orders to be taken. WTF man?!? The dining area was decent, it’s definitely gone through a full renovation, just hope they can keep it nice and clean as it is now. The food is worth forgiving the lack of service and the hiccup we encountered. We’ll definitely come back.

Looks dinky from the outside but this place is fantastic. Newly remodeled. Clean. Nice people. Fills up fast on weekends. Food is great. Broth is very clear. Hard to describe it accurately. It feels less heavy than broth at other noodle shops and you don’t feel bloated after consuming an entire bowl. Prices are excellent.

Super disappointed… I was looking forward to get my Vietnamese fix in(after months of being deprived), so my friend took me here, but I got a horrible meal and poor service. THESERVICE: Coming in we didn’t wait too long… little did we know… we ended up with the wrong meal and they charged us for the wrong thing and was not willing to correct it. The table across from us(a couple) got our meal, how did I know? Well: 1) Not many people I know order their meat on the side(maybe a hand full). When I saw this couple receive a bowl the way I ordered it, I thought… NOWAY… maybe they have friends that are Vietnamese and they learned? …of course not, the deer-in-headlights look says it all… yeah that was MYMEAL! 2) The couple came 15 min after us, barely ordered, and got their meal(talk about great service for them). 3) 1 of 3 people from my table got their food…5 min past…10 min past… 4) We looked at the waitress and when she saw our expressions and that our other friend was chowing down while we watched… yeah she knew she messed up. So the waitress took their meal back and finally our fresh phở bowls came out extra hot and ready to get devoured. But wait… I noticed that my friends bowl was the same size(knowing he ordered a large), however my friend already started eating the phở. Then all of a sudden meat that he didn’t order appeared that was hiding on the bottom. We mentioned it to another waiter, but told them that we will just keep it since he started eating it already(can’t let food go to waste). BIG mistake! I get that since it wasn’t his original order they have a right to charge us for the actual meal that was given… BUT instead, they charged him for his original order and added a couple dollars more for«extra» meat that he didn’t even order. To bring perspective, he ordered phở with only steak and flank, he ended up getting my meal with all the meat in it, but was charged more than my meal. The waiter was not willing to correct the charge. THEMEAL: 1) Nem Nuong — It wasn’t great, but I was content after eating it — They tried to make the same sauce that Brodard(SoCal) makes, but it it didn’t have any flavor.(Quick fix = HOTSAUCE, with a drizzle of fish sauce) — Portions were small, but it had a good crunch to it 2) Phở Dac Biet — The soup was flavorless and overwhelmed with MSG — I guess it really depends on how you like your soup, some may like it sweet, some make like it salty. I must say, this was salty + watery = SWATERY –The meat was not soft and tender, it was a little tough to my liking, but it was sliced thin –The noodles were also on the thin side which I do not mind, but for all you thick noodle lovers… just warning 3) Avocado shake –You can’t really mess up on this… or can you? Luckily, they made it decent or else this bad experiences could have been worst. Overall: not impressed, I wish the phở restaurant before this one was still there… I hope this place cleans up its act and improves, because from the pictures I saw and the reviews that I read, this place is over hyped!

Food is still good but the place is getting more popular! The last two times we have been here, it has been full and we either had to wait or there was a long wait, on Sundays. So come early to get a table. Parking has been a problem as well on Sundays.

After my terrible experience at Li Do for Banh mi, I had to get my fix with a proper sandwich. This one is really close to my house so I thought I’d give it a try, risky move huh? The price was a little pricey again, but I did it anyways. $ 4 bucks got me a HUGE sandwich with TONS of meat and vegetables! The grilled chicken was flavorful and the sandwich was nice and hot! Will definitely come again to try their phở.

Our friend found this as an alternative post church Sunday lunch spot. Clean and A/C running on a warm day :) The grilled chicken and pork are very good and pair well with rice and vermicelli. I really enjoyed their Bahn Mi, the bread was a skinny toasted roll similar to Lee’s, but better tasting bread. I had the fish cake(which a lot of restaurants outside Oakland don’t have). Very good. Will definitely go back and great to have a close option nearby. The egg rolls are also very good here. Nice and tucked away.

Top reason I come here is their egg rolls, top in San Leandro. It is double fried which gives it a nice texture. I like that they have bun bo hue. Their phở is pretty good too. Service is also above standard, not your typical Viet restaurant a service. For rice plates they are one of the few(maybe only) that have broken rice options. But, $ 15 min for credit card is too high! This does keep me away as I am not the cash carrying type.

I’m new to this spot and my mom out of all people introduced me to Phở T&T. It’s located in an old plaza, but they have prime corner location with newly renovated interior. Place is super clean! The service is excellent and the food is great! I order the Nem Nuong to start which came in two pieces. You can’t(and shouldn’t) compare it to SoCal’s coveted Brodard’s nem nuong, but it’s still good! I got the usual beef phở with all the fixins and the noodles really surprised me. They were cooked perfectly which made my soup taste even better. Go here for the phở, you can’t go wrong.

Don’t judge this book by its bland cover. This is my new go to place for phở. Wow you walk in and nice booths along the wall. No cracks in any of the cranberry leatherette. And tables in the middle. We were greeted immediately and showed to a clean booth. The service is outstanding. The Cha gio was super crunchy served with the standard lettuce and mint and carrot slivers. Among the best I’ve had. I had the beef phở which had the scent of fresh star anise and cloves a great broth. Don’t know why it’s so hard to find. My wife had the phở ga. It needed a more chicken flavor but she wasn’t disappointed. Lots of chicken. The place filled up so after we arrived. The bathrooms were extremely clean and smelling fresh. A welcome surprise and why I ga e this place a 5.

Now under new«ownership» or passed on to the next family member. Phở TT formerly HO Lan is still as good as before but now with an expanded menu and new décor. Had the guilt free chicken salad that was still delicious and Bön bo hue for the teen that is now served daily. Nice and refreshing to see the old cook is still there with one new cook. Service is pretty fast and the updates are noticeable. The one dish that is our family favorite is the combination fried rice, thankfully it’s still good if not better than before. Happy they are open still and will frequent this place like before.
