Today my friend ordered the smores frap and it was literally all ice! He had to throw away half of it because it was too icy to drink through the straw. So disappointing on the day he needed a cold, well-made drink the most.

I come here twice a week around 5.30pm and there’s never any lines. My drinks taste yummy, and Lisa is always so nice! She’s the one who turned me into Peach green tea lemonade, I’M OBSESSED. There’s also one guy barista who’s super nice as well, don’t remember his name since haven’t seen him in a while. :(

The girl working there is the rudest person I think I have met in a long-time. She definitely does not belong in customer service. I chalked up the first time I dealt with her to maybe she had a bad day but after today I will not be returming.

To Helen g, who rated this Starbucks back in August of 2014: piece of advice– don’t go back if you don’t like the service. Personally I don’t like going to Starbucks inside of larger chain stores such as target and Safeway because I find they usually do not make my drink correct. I may try the same location a few times before concluding that I dislike it. But I most certainly do not come back repeatedly over the course of months. Anyway, This particular location I found most of the baristas to be very friendly, but the drinks I ordered did not come out correct. When my drink came out I didn’t hear it called out. I think the confusion was that the handwriting on the cup was terrible, which never helps. I’ll probably stick to the actual Starbucks stores, because they tend to do better.

This location often only has 1 barista/someone to take drink orders. Lines on a Saturday motoring typically run 10 – 12 people in length. They are also very limited with food selections. As far as drinks go. I’ve been coming to this location(when I have time to kill) for about 5 ½ years. When I lose my patience I often run across the parking lot to go to Peete’s!

This Starbucks customer service is awful. First of all they don’t greet you when you enter the line or thank you at the end of the transaction. I wasn’t offered a receipt or asked my name. While I was waiting for my drink all I heard was the two men behind the counter talking EXTREMELY loud about the Warriors game last night and about how one of them had bad arthritis in his ankle. This whole atmosphere was just so unprofessional. Then when I realized that every before and after got their drinks and and there was one just sitting on the counter I approached them and asked if I’m drink was ready and they said with a shrug of the shoulder of yeah that’s yours my bad we called it like 2 times and rolled their eyes. definitely not coming back.

The service in this Starbucks is a hit-or-miss. My experience yesterday was not pleasant. I stopped by around 5:40pm to get a strawberry and cream frap. The guy behind the counter told me they run out of the whip cream(already, at 5:40?). But I still placed the order and asked him to put light ice. Then I was trying to enter my Safeway reward card but the guy told me he never heard of the reward point for coffee(hello, is this your Day 1 at work?). Well, I did not bother to argue. So I just grabed my drink and prepared to leave. Wait a minute, what is this? A very watery liquid, with the pink foam on the top and water on the bottom. This is NOT frap. Then the very guy explained that, because I want the light ice, so here it is. Wow!

Very convenient location. Love the shopping center. But the wait is long as shoppers from Safeway use the café register aswel! Two stars for super long wait

I am a very loyal Starbucks customer, but this location as disappointed me for the last time. There is never enough people working and today I waited ten minutes only to be told they haven’t had time to make any ice tea. I walked away without a drink coupon or iced tea:(

Went in line and waited forever… b arista was rude and not friendly at all, making stuck up faces to the customers in front of me. I just decided to leave and go to another sbux. Not worth the wait! They need some customer service training!

It’s your usual Starbucks with the same menu as all others. This one is in the Safeway store and has limited seating. I didn’t check to see if they have wifi but it’s not really a place to hang out to begin with.

3 months went by and I’m convinced the manager at this store do not care about the customer experience. The same nasty employee is still there purposely delay orders because she is mad at life and mostly due to being hourly pay. She has no care it takes 10 – 15 to serve one order. Today we were in there 20 minutes during the slowest time and the annoying employee knowingly delayed and pretended she didn’t know how to make a frap. This nasty African American employee has been there for over a year, how can she still have a job with this bad attitude??? This location is often staff with one nasty employee no matter slow or peak. We hate coming to this one and the one star rating is one star too many!

Good Drinks and pastries! I love the double chocolate chip frappuccino and the hot chocolate. Always check out there for some new pastries, they are really good! It’s also a convenient place to swing by and get something from Starbucks.

Remember when grocery stores only sold groceries and there we no banks and coffee shops inside them? No? Well, neither do I. I’m a fan of coffee and Starbucks is pretty decent at it — even though their stores have multiplied like rats over the years. Nonetheless, I like this Starbucks and stop in whenever I need a fix(way better than gas station coffee!)

Their drinks are really good! I’m so happy that whenever I go grocery shopping I just walk over and get a drink. The workers there are really good at making the drinks! I really prefer this Starbucks if your near bollinger, or go get your grocery’s at Safeway.

I love the current staff at this location, always super nice! I’m not even a fan of Starbucks coffee, but this spot is right across the street from my house and convenient for my morning cup of crack(4 shots of espresso). The only reason I keep going back for more is just because they are so damn nice, they all know my order, and also because I’m addicted to liquid crack lol

This place is okay. What’s good is that it is open early, even on Sunday 5am. This place is pretty cool. Only one lady doesn’t actually smile at anyone and you can just feel that she just hates working here but she’s competent so who cares. Just don’t expect the smiley friendly type like at most of the other Starbucks.

I was a regular customer here off and on for nearly 5 years. I had been going there longer than most of the staff, but the staff that is there now was probably the most friendly. The Manager Nga is the best and I actually consider her a friend. I even went as far as trying to steal her away and work with me at my job. She always remembered what I was having and talked to me like a human being. I noticed she remembered a lot of regulars names and even their kids knew Nga. Speaks volumes to me about how she treats her customers. The other Barista’s are always nice to me and usually casually talk to me. I was completely spoiled there and I miss all of them. The only reason I don’t go there now is because I moved to the other side of town, but I still make excuses to stop by just to say hi sometimes. Love this place and especially the people.

Starbucks is Starbucks for the most part. The baristas also come into play. This place is inside the Bollinger Canyon Safeway, which is nice to have. It’s tucked away in the left corner with it’s own seating area. They have all the stuff to make all the drinks and a small food display. They do have the hot oatmeal and the baked goods(including the new minis). BUT no grab and go food nor do they have the breakfast sandwiches(which I freaking love). So that is a major downfall. The baristas are for the most part, good(making drink wise), but they are pretty nonchalant when helping you and semi-rude. Not all the way rude, just semi. There are a few nice, cheerful and happy ones mixed in the bunch, but mostly they all seem like they can’t wait for their next break. Just as long as you don’t mess up my drink, I’m good. Wish it had more food options, but always quick place to stop and get a caffeine kick.
