Their popcorn chicken flavor is good, but the consistency is bad. sometimes it’s perfectly cooked, but sometimes it’s burned, but in general this place is nice and clean.

I always come here with my sister when we are having late night cravings for boba. This is one of my favorite places to get a snack(sweet potato fries or something random) It is good. The service is always amazing!

This place is so pornographic. Every time I’ve gone there with my young children(and other kids would be around) they’d be playing some filthy music channel with the most repulsive and pornographic type of music videos. Where’s the shame? If they want to cater to kids and families which their menu option is geared towards, they need to play something family-friendly. This isn’t a night club or filthy bar. They should also have a dress code as their female employees are usually scantily clad. I know they’re teens, but still there should be some kind of dress code implemented. They should seriously consider the demographics of the community(it’s a family town with mostly Indian and Asian families).

They always get my order right and the staff has a very upbeat personality. I think they do a very efficient job and if your drink turns out brown maybe you ordered the wrong thing. my drinks are always vibrantly colored. I also go to the Quickly in Antioch and I find it to be very nice as well.

This is the best quickly I’ve had so far! The drinks are always spot on and delicious, with the perfect amount of Boba!!!

Love their Thai tea with boba. Choose the size of your boba and size of your Thai tea(large, big or HUGE!). Always full of teenagers. Wish I could have one now!

Tried the earl gray milk tea(which is my favorite at other quickly’s) and it was extremely watered down. Seemed as if there was no flavor whatsoever. The good thing is they allowed me to order something else. I went there a second time to try the oolong milk tea and it was watered down again. I’ve decided I’m no longer going here whenever I’m craving boba.

This will probably be the last time I ever go to quicklys… I ordered a Thai tea with small tapioca and a popcorn chicken. The Thai tea was a little too sweet and the tapioca was nice and chewy. To my surprise it had twigs in it; I didn’t order my drink with twigs in it so I have no clue where they came. Considering I didn’t walk under any tree or bushes, they didn’t come from me. The popcorn chicken tasted sour and fried in really really old oil. I could tell it wasn’t fresh at all. Overall– it’s a no no :/

if it were 2001, Quickly would be the place to be. Unfortunately, it’s 2015 and boba has evolved and it has left Quickly in the dust. Come here only if you plan to hang out as it closes much later than other boba tea places.

«Meh. I’ve experienced better.» is the exact sentiment I feel towards Quickly. The color scheme is outrageous and most of the drinks are just varying shades of brown. Not to mention, there aren’t any labels on the cups(like at T4) so you are left to discern between the slightly different beiges. I once got a strawberry milk tea that had globs of syrup floating around the bottom. Yuck. I do have to give them a little credit though. This is the place that introduced me to the world of recreational milk-tea-drinking in the freshmen year of high school(ah those good old days, a whole 3 years ago) so I am thankful for that. It’s not horrendous, but considering the other options now available in the area(T4, Kungfu Tea, Sharetea), I wouldn’t choose to come here. Maybe one day your drinks will stop being so homogenous and you will realize bright yellow is not the best wall color, but for now, so long old friend :’) PROS: cheap, convenient location(close to the local middle/high schools), adequate seating, free wifi

Worse quickly’s. The high school students don’t understand no ice or that you put the boba at the bottom of the cup. It’s not that hard… Edit: it always fun when staff message you privately. Well Tamara L. Your staff literally gave me 5 pieces of aloe in largest cup you offer and when My boyfriend and I confronted your staff she said«oh that’s one scoop.» Some people are just incompetent. I’d rather go to T4 anyways. It’s also in San Ramon.

I only come here for the smoothies. I haven’t tried the food. The smoothies taste fine as they seem to have created a standard recipe amongst all of their sites although the quality can vary depending on when you go or who makes it for you.

Between the two locations in the Tri-Valley, this was the newer/cleaner/better one IMO. But the quality of the drinks honestly depended on which teen bopper was making it. It was always a gamble for me and the bae. Still think this place is garbage overall(see Dublin review). It’s embarrassing to admit that I’ve blown my money here on more than one occasion. Desperate times doh… I plan to never come back at this point.

The drinks are very refreshing. I like coming to this location because I get fast and good service. The popcorn chicken and yam fries is or famous all time favourite. I also like their rice toppings. They’re reasonably priced and has never been a disappointment. Quickly is always a safe default for good boba drinks and tasty and cheap snacks and taiwanese meals.

It’s Quickly. The end. I don’t know of any other boba place in San Ramon, so I will more than likely continue to frequent this Quickly when I have a hankering for boba in the under $ 5 range… and I want a place that’ll accept credit cards. If I’m willing to drive, and spend a little more, I’d gladly pop over to Kung Fu Tea in the Pleasanton Ranch 99, or T4 or Café Tapioca in Dublin, instead. This place isn’t really great to hang around in unless you remember to bring your ear plugs and/or are impervious to blaring K-pop, top 40 hits, etc. Stop in, place your order, pay, wait for it, and then leave for the sanctuary of your car, home, or any other place. The people who work here are pretty friendly, though, and that can’t be taken for granted. I will try to update this review with price information as I’m able/as I remember. ;) milk tea — 2.15 thai milk tea — 2.25 earl grey milk tea(cold) — 2.75 fresh avocado snow — 2.99 large cup — add .50 boba — add .50

I thought places like quickly were supposed to be like the mcdonalds of tea places. Where a big plus is that you get consistent food/drinks across all of the quickleys. I guess I was wrong. The service is good and they are pretty prompt. The actual tea and various flavors are as expected. Had the sesame milk tea, the earl grey milk tea and the almond milk tea. The problem was with the pearls. The were a literal mash of goo. The pearls at literally any other tea place is better than this was. And that’s not even considering the tea places in Cupertino or San Jose nor Fremont. Where you can turn around and bump into another good tea place. So this place is good for the tea and probably some of the ice slush type drinks, heck the food/snacks are probably fine too. Just at least on this day, the pearls were well off par.

Not the best Quickly I’ve been to. No matter what city I’m in I can’t seem to stay away from tea and boba(or tapioca for you NorCal residents). They seemed pretty understaffed here so I understood the wait for drinks. What I didn’t like was that the cashier would take an order, go make the previous orders’ drinks, and then come back to take another order. I would think that the best process would be to take a couple orders to clear up the line and then go back to make multiple drinks at once because you can definitely multi-task making drinks. Besides that, the boba texture was okay, but it didn’t have any flavor at all so it felt like I was just chewing on plastic. The tea was good, but a little bit too much syrup for my taste. Would suggest going to the next closest Quickly if you’re in the area.

This place is down the street from my house so instead of driving all the way to Dublin to my usual spot, I settled. It was around 8pm on a weekday. There was one person in the whole place. Their menu is quite big so make sure you know what you want beforehand if there is a line. I ordered the Super Taro Slush with both tapioca & lychee. The size Super is so cute! Stubby & it won’t fit into your cup holder, FYI. They have small tapioca available along with an array of other options :) See my pics! As I was the only one there, I got it almost immediately. The service was quick & friendly. Since it is down the street from my place, I will be frequenting it more :)

Since I live in San Ramon, all the local businesses around my area will normally close by 9pm, so it’s awesome to have a Quickly that is open during the late evenings in my neighborhood. It’s nice to have a boba tea place so close to my home even though it’s a chain store, but the quality of their milk tea seems to be better than other Quickly’s that I’ve been too, where their beverages are more watered-down. I never thought that I would go to a Quickly establishment as frequent as this one, but ever since they’ve remodeled their kitchen back in January of 2014, this place had gotten a lot better. They have a very wide selection of food to choose from and since they always cook their food after you order, they are hot when you receive them. Their bento boxes are a decent deal and their popcorn chicken is very good. Even when you get a small order, their quantity is quite big. This Quickly is also part of the FiveStars Customer Loyalty Program, so if you have a FiveStars card, you can get additional perks here. If you come to this Quickly often., you may find me here sometime.

Call me a weirdo, but for an Asian person, I’m not really into tapioca drinks. However, that’s not why I’m giving this Quickly one lone star. I’ll explain below. Since one of my bff’s is a boba addict, we stopped by on Friday evening for an after dinner sweet treat. Neither one of us actually ordered a drink but opted to try their eggettes or what is named egg puffs on their menu. While waiting for our order, I observed that a bunch of high school kids were running the shop. The shop itself was unkept. All the tables and chairs looked like they hadn’t been whipped down for some time. I gather most people wouldn’t hang around there anyway unless you’re in high school. It took a lot longer than expected to get our egg puffs. When we finally did, it looked different than what eggettes usually look like. Although there were a lot in the sheet, the mold wasn’t the honeycomb shape as eggettes usually come in. This mold had the eggettes lined up so that there was a lot of excess batter in between the egg puffs. That wasn’t so bad as the taste and texture. First, the egg puffs tasted like it was made from some watered down bisquick. There was no egg flavor or much of any flavor. Second, the texture was a bit soggy and there was no chewiness at all. Unfortunately, bff and I ate a few pieces and ended up composting the rest. Very disappointing.
