Sad to see Wing Stop closed! Never had an issue with service. They were always quick to rectify a wrong order for customers. I hope another place opens up soon. Loved there French fries… best next to Mc Donald’s and Counter Burger restaurant.

Ordered for pickup at 8pm. They had an hour and a half notice. The food was not ready until 845. So if you want wings from this place order 2 hours and 15 minutes in advance! What a joke, they didn’t apologize and acted like we were the rude ones. Won’t be back ever.

The food is good for what is is… Wings, but the service could be better. I order 150 wings to go for a company event at the local pool hall. I asked if I could have napkins and they said they didn’t have any, but they did have rolls of paper towels. I asked if I could have a a roll and they said no. Why did you even mention the paper towel rolls if you had no intention of giving me any? If they want their take out service to be better they should provide napkins that people can take with them. These are after all wings that can get messy.

Came here for lunch with my kids, being THEONLY customers there. My daughter finally decided she wanted a drink and the person at the counter told her she had to wait as she was busy reading and made a 6year old wait to order her drink!!! Then it took about 20 minutes for our Oder of 1 basket of wings and fries to get to us! Not once apologizing for the wait while the staff did NOTHING! What a shameful site it was.

Overall they have been pretty good. Or at least when they first opened. Now it seems their wings have gotten smaller. Taste is still good. I personally am not a fan of the fries with sugar and salt. The last few times I have gone there they have gotten my orders wrong. Tonight we specifically asked for sauce on the side and good I checked before I left because to no surprise they were wrong. Good food they just need to tighten their ropes on the particulars and pay more attention to the orders to ensure accuracy. Especially now that Buffalo Wild Wings is down the street.

Wings come out quick here! I usually order online about half an hour before I want to pick up and wings are usually ready about 5 mins before the pick-up time I select. The boneless and traditional wings are yum! There are a number of tables inside too if you want to dine in. If you’re dining in and you want refills on your fountain drink, you’ll have to wait and ask the people behind the counter to refill for you. Boneless wings: $ 0.60/wing special on Mondays and Tuesdays only! You get more«pieces» than you actually order because some boneless wing pieces are small, so they throw in a few extra pieces to make up for it. Located in a large plaza with plenty of parking spaces too!

My first time at this restaurant and I will definitely NOT be back. Had an online order that was confirmed via email and they had no idea what I was talking about. The girl at the front counter had the«deer in the headlights» look as they told me they’d prepare it «now.» While my order was being prepared, the girl behind the counter came out with her food to take her lunch break. Bad look. There were three employees in the restaurant and one of them was now unavailable. No apology. No offer of a drink or anything while I was waiting. Obviously I ordered ahead for a reason. Not sure what the issue is with the online system but hopefully it will be resolved soon. I certainly won’t be recommending this place to any of my family or friends. Unilocal to follow.

Probably one of the worst wingstop’s I’ve ever been to. The wings came out with hardly any meat on them and over seasoned by a ton. The kid working the register was zoning out and kept asking me what I wanted to order right after i had told him. The wings weren’t good at all. Highly disappointing for wingstop

I’ve been to many Wingstops, and this by far is the worse. Every time I go, the person taking the order doesn’t understand English, and can’t speak it at all. Every order has been wrong. It’s loud — even for a wing place, it’s small; and the tables are always dirty. The most recent visit resulted in a 40 minute wait, to find out they put my name down wrong, then told me it was my fault. What a load of bullshit. I will NOT be going back here.

Megan can’t enunciate her words so anything she says is a blur… had to have things repeated more than once… Nick is a jackass that doesn’t know how to treat a customer.

Seriously I just don’t understand why I keep going back. I think it’s because I love wings and hope every time that if I’m on top of it they won’t mess up my order. This is the third time in a row they have forgotten a part of our order or just got it wrong. I’m starting to get a little paranoid. is it just us? I don’t know but until I can kick my habit I’ll keep going back like a dog to it’s owner. The two stars are for«yummy» and the loss of three stars is for forgetting or messing up our order 3 times in a row.

I love Wingstop. I work down the street from this Wingstop so I am here often. I love love love the Mango Habanero wings and get them every chance I can. The fries are best dipped in honey mustard. I am upset that the Chili Lime wings are no longer on the menu but the Original Hot and the Mango Habanero hold it down just fine. There are always new people working here but they are always nice and will help me to the car with my large office order. Maybe they heard I tip the person who helps me because last time two of them tried to help. Well I will be back and make my wings as spicy as possible.

In the mood for wings but don’t want to pay too much and don’t care about the quality of the wings and the people who make them? Well I have the place for you! If anything I said before this sounded appealing to you just stop reading… I used to be a huge fan of this place when the wings were decent. But ever since a few months ago I have not been impressed. Where do I start with this place… First off when you walk in it smells like a men’s restroom, plates and trays that people used are on every table because the employees just don’t seem to care and boy are they rude. When you go to order and it’s your first time there don’t bother asking them for help because they’ll just tell you everything is good and will just want you to order and get out of their face. The wings are relatively cheap compared to Buffalo Wild Wings but boy is their quality terrible. You can just taste the oils and fats that they’re fried in and can see it dripping off them. Gross. The employees just don’t care about the quality of food they’re sending out. Want to order in advance? Don’t… While I was in line the cashier put someone on hold and didn’t even bother to pick up the phone when the line in the store was done. The person had to re-call the store and was livid. I would know because I heard him yelling on the phone from across the room and demanded to speak to the manager. Very poor customer service. Oh and did I mention you have to pay .90 cents for the ranch? Yeah. Never coming back to this place.

I used to like this place a lot but I haven’t been back since at least 2011. More than likely, my last visit was 2010. And honestly, that’s probably a good thing. But I found myself back here today because I received a coupon in the mail for 5 boneless chili lime wings with the purchase of a 20 ounce drink. When I arrived, I was told that while the coupon was still valid, it was old. They no longer carried the chili lime wings, but they had the mango habanero wings! The wings were okay. I still prefer their bone-in wings. Sauce had a bit of a syrupy texture which I’m not a fan of, but the flavor was alright. You get that little kiss of mango sweetness up front with a mild but lingering burn of the habanero. Speaking of which, I don’t think I’ve ever described anything with habanero as being mild. Odd. Maybe they wanted something a bit on the lighter side so more people can enjoy the wings. Or maybe I’m just used to heat. Anyway, the wings were good but I like my old favorites more(lemon pepper and Cajun). Service is friendly as usual. I like this place but I’ll try not to come back haha

For a quick meal of wings this place has a variety, however, what outshines it all is the fries! Fresh fries, very tasty.

Before I ordered lunch, I went on Wing Stops website ensure to find out what the flavors are. Their website is a little complicated and I couldn’t find what I was looking for. I had to forget about ordering on line. Then I lugged my ass down here to order lunch and find out what the chicken flavors are. As I stood there looking at the menu, the employee working tried explaining the different flavors. Then a very nice customer, who eats here all if the time, gave me a dissertation on his favorites. Thanks buddy! I went with the most tame flavors Hawaiian and Garlic Parmesan with a side of coleslaw. Some of their flavors are spicy. Here’s a warning to walk in orders, it takes 15 minutes of wait time for your wings to be done. I didn’t eat in. I would have much rather ordered online and walked in with my food ready. There was an incredibly annoying woman who ordered her food after me. All while she talked loudly on her cell phone. I was already sitting and waiting as she ordered her food. The guy came out with my food and called my name«Ivy»! I walk up and pick up my bag. This woman runs up behind me and says to me «Is that yours»? I look at her and smile at how annoying and self absorbed she is. I said«Is your name Ivy»? She says«No». «Then it’s not yours». As I walk out I hear her asking an employee rudely what name he called. I don’t have time for unobservant C-words. I liked the chicken. I cant pin point how exactly they cook it. I was guessing its fried some how. The bad website and long wait makes me less likely to come back. But I do however enjoy a good interaction with the vapid population. So, maybe Ill be back.
