I used to love Buffalo Wild Wings until I’ve gone to this specific location about 4 or 5 times now. All of those times that I’ve been my wings have come out tasting not fresh and rather cold. I’ve said something each time but nothing has changed therefore the quality of their food has made me not want to ever go back. Which is unfortunate because my boyfriend loves this place and we used to have fun going together. Also, I’ve noticed all the girl servers care about is making good tips which causes them to pay more attention to the tables filled with guys. As a server myself I think the best way to get good tips is to pay just as much attention to all tables youre serving. Hope everyone else has had better experiences here than I have!

BWW never fails to give me terrible service. No matter which one I walk in to, something always goes wrong. Right off the BAT, Melissa the super rude hostess with something in her mouth greeted us while being COMPLETELYDISTRACTED. She was chewing gum, or chewing on a nail that she bit off.

I don’t know why this place has such a low review. My boyfriend and I come here every Friday night for happy hour and we always receive the best service. The waiters are super friendly and never leave you hanging. It does get busy if multiple sports games are on, but that’s to be expected at a sports bar! Great happy hour and I love the selection of wing sauces and dry rubs.

I love being here especially with my favorite mango habanero. They’re making it so perfect for me two thumbs up for the spiciness…

I usually go to BWW for the big games. Recommended to get there a little early to get the good seats. Love the tablet technology and atmosphere. Owner and staff are awesome and very nice. Actually going there tomorrow. 5*

The food always seems to take forever, here… But the beer always makes it to us quickly. Sammie was great, last time we were here(checked on us regularly, let us know she was checking on our food regularly without being asked).

I’ve been to this location twice, sat at the bar, and so far everything has gone fairly well. I think it is great that you can order a small serving of wings(we got boneless so not sure if this pertains to bone-in) and be able to get two different flavors. I’ve tried a variety of flavors(except very hot) and they all tasted fantastic. Wings is one of my favorite things to eat and I love watching sports so I’m a fan of this place. The only disappointment so far is that the last time I went was to watch a UFC fight and they weren’t showing it. I“ll definitely be back though!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Poor customer service, orders come out incorrect, given the wrong order, manager blamed us for server’s screwup, etc. Don’t come here.

Food is yummy but very long wait for food. When my friends and I walked into bww, we were given tablets to play against each other with apps and that entertained us for a good 10 minutes BC the games weren’t that fun. Food took around 25 – 30 minutes to come and it took awhile to get a refill on water too. Wings are 70 cents on tuesdays! I got both the bone and boneless wings, and the bone one tastes so much better. Meat isn’t as dry and wings are crispier. Boneless is crunchier though. Wings taste all the same to me. The bathroom is clean.

I was really, really excited when this location first opened because it’s within walking distance from my office. Needless to say, I order take-out for lunch every Tuesday for their«Wing Tuesday» special, and most of the employees know me by name and call me one of their«regulars». How great is that? I always place my order through the BWW app for convenience, but on one occasion, the app accidently requested to put my sauce on the side(which I never do). Weird, but regardless of the error, the nice employee quickly corrected the issue in the fastest manner possible. The customer service is great and the food is consistent with all over locations. Expect it to be busy on game nights, but it’s very reasonable during the lunch rush if you plan in advance.

Placed a late lunch order yesterday, I wanted to surprised the crew at one of my companies. Emily was helpful and quick. My order was correct and a few dollars less than I expected. The only draw back was that I could not pay over the phone and have one of my associates pick it up for me knowing it was a party platter… I’m currently walking with a cane so more walking isn’t in my future at the moment.

If you come here with someone else, I would suggest sitting at the bar. The service is better and faster at the bar, no matter what bartender you have. Unless you get Aimee. Aimee is exceptional. Such a great bartender. If you are in a group of 3 or more, prepare for some waiting as you most likely will not get a seat at the bar. Happy hour is Monday-Fri 2−7pm and 10pm to close. The chili con queso dip is good, the street tacos are good(ask for lime on the side to put in them) and mozzarella sticks are good, $ 3 tall domestic drafts, and $ 4 – 5 tall craft drafts. Jack Daniels, Captain Morgan and Absolut $ 3 on happy hour.

My first time I had a bad experience at this location, my order was all wrong and I still decided to give it a second chance but after this experience I AMNEVERGOINGBACK! Party of 5 they take us to an outside table where they all seat 4. We asked to possibly sit inside because it was hot outside and they told us we would have to put our name on the waiting list AGAIN(after we’ve already waited and we were not asked if we had a preference) and it wouldn’t be the top of the list but the bottom. ??? *We ordered drinks«sunset wheat» and they come back saying they were out. *We then ordered«Golden Chaos» they once more came back to say they were also out. *As they took our order, I asked for«Jammin Jalapeño» wings. THEYWEREOUT — no longer serving but no sign on the menu. — do they carry anything? – Our appetizers came out and they brought our onion wings ORDERWRONG. We asked for a basket they brought a regular. Horrible experience!

Found a baby house cockroach in my wings. Server killed it when I grabbed my phone so I couldn’t take a picture of it! Called the manager Fabian and he said its cause we are sitting one patio area that’s why the bug got in there. Your host sat us here cause it was too full inside. All he could do was comp the order and offer a small side order of wings our next visit. THISWASOURFIRSTTIMEHERE! NOTCOMINGBACK! The bug wouldn’t be able to get from the ground to the table when I asked the server to wipe the table down again cause it was sticky. Really great customer service. Calling the Health Inspector on this place. Don’t come here unless you want bugs in your food!

Normally when I go I love this place everything about it. Today was not those times. On my lunch they said they would rush it but gave us the slowest waiter ever — names Brandon. He didn’t put our order in until 10 – 15 minutes after we ordered. Had two to go orders had to ask for them bc it seems like he forgot… Pretty bad considering I adore bww and wings… Smh Oh and now I’m late for work

FIRST thing FIRST: I want to address that my review is based entirely on the restaurant experience. The experience that we had with our server Skylar was outstanding! He himself deserves 5 stars for his attentiveness, customer service and great personality! He helped us out when numerous staff including MANAGERS walked by and ignored us. He offered to take over our table since it wasn’t even his zone!(I was a server once, and I know that what he did was going the extra mile) Kudos to you sir! You deserve to have some accolades for your hard work and efficiency. Thank you! Now, I have to say Buffalo Wild Wings as a restaurant is nothing special. This location in particular is definitely drowning. I see its potential to be an awesome sports hangout with the huge LCD tv’s and cool bar area, but that is just the façade of very very poor management. This was my very first time EVER with BWW and had heard some decent things and since the location was new I was willing to check it out. WOW so disappointing! from the moment the hubbster and I walked in, to the chit chatty hostesses who didn’t acknowledge us, to the seating of us in a zone area where staff walked by 100 times for almost 45 mins and was never greeted, this was going to be one of those moments where I was going to try my best before walking out! Luckily, Skyler the server saved us. As mentioned, he went the extra mile in trying to make the best of what seemed to be the most upsetting dining experience for a first time visit. The hubbster and I ordered beers and apps from the Happy Hour Menu. The mozzarella sticks were either Costco brand or typical grocery store purchase and not fresh. The chicken wings were more like chicken dings — hardly any meat. The beers fortunately were fine. 16oz of calming down. aaahhhh. the only good thing on the menu. Perks: Ummmm… nothing that would perk you up about this place. Especially dining here. I would say the bar area is hopeful since it looks like a great hangout and plenty of beers on tap. Downsides: Service is a hit or miss. Food is bland and skimpy. The restaurant needs proper management to run successfully. OverALL: Never again. BWW needs real buffaloes to boss the place. Totally skip this place and head over to other sports spots that are better!

I was here for Game 5 of the NBA finals. As expected, the seating situation was pretty crowded. Luckily, I had friends that got there early and reserved a table. The décor here is pretty standard… Sports jerseys, bar with lots of alcohols lined up and LOTS of TV’s. We ordered the following: –Garlic Parmesan wings: Pretty good –Spicy Buffalo Wings: Pretty hot, so you will have that lips on fire deal! –French Fries: Nothing special –Mozarella Sticks: Definitely bland and skimpy with the marinara –Guinness: Standard but EXPENSIVE Our waitress was really busy since it was so packed but we had to flag her down at least twice for each request we made. Pros: –Lots of parking –Lots of TV’s, so lots of games on Cons: –Service is shotty –Food is ok but expensive
