Starbucks

I meet clients here for meetings as well as meet up with many friends at this Starbucks often. The manager and staff are always very nice, friendly, and make my favorite latte perfect every time. There is ample seating inside and outside with a beautiful custom made long wood table, perfect for a large group or a nice corner area for reading while sitting in the pretty and comfortable crushed velvet chairs.
I understand SB’s need to keep their stores a bit cooler, they value their customers as well as their partners who work very hard for hours standing next to hot ovens and machinery. It’s common knowledge that the store temperature is not controlled by the manager but rather by their headquarters in Seattle, just Google it.

This place has a great atmosphere! Our cashier/​barista CHERYL, was great. She was so sweet and kind and if you need a coffee after a long day or a short sleep she will make the experience pleasant and warm. One of the best Starbucks’ around!!!

Came in again, and the service was the absolute worst! The girl behind the counter with braces was so smart and nasty with NO customer service skills. I ordered a holiday flat white and she rudely told me they don’t have that, I asked why the sign was still up and she proceeded to waste my time and got the acting manager who was clearly annoyed with me and snapped «it just is»! So I ordered something else and cashier with braces was making faces and laughing. So I asked the barista, the store managers name and she asked if I wanted to talk with the flustered, clearly tired acting manager with glasses, then gave me the name Karen. It’s a shame to pay over $ 4.00 for a coffee at a place where the employees truly hate their customers. Now it’s really time for me to contact the district manager, as I used to love going to this friendly starbucks!

The service has immensely improved and I LOVE stopping by here every morning now! This team has really turned it around – thank you all for your amazing service!

Jackie (yes, I’m naming names. HI JACKIE) has the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever seen!!! I am a barista myself and it isn’t hard to be at least decently friendly. I walked up to the register and said «Hi! How are you?» She literally stared at me and didn’t say a word. Then I gave my order and she again didn’t say a word… No smile… Nothing!!! She had a look on her face as if she hated me. Then she gave me my total and took it and didn’t say thank you or anything. It was the coldest interaction I’ve ever experienced. I really hope she gets a talking to from the manager because it made me seriously annoyed and is not ok to act like that while you are in a customer service job. I don’t care how much you hate your job, suck it up and don’t be a brat.

I love this location it nears gene market and I stop by there, the staff is awesome.

I visit Starbucks almost every day and this is my favorite. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They know me and my drink and many times it’s waiting for me as I step up to the register. The atmosphere at this store is congenial and welcoming. I recommend it for a great cup of coffee and a pleasant shopping experience.

Stopped in at 11:15am on a Sat 10÷10÷15. Long line. Quite chilly. However the tall large size gal who took my order was quite pleasant and nice. Truly a great employee.
Everyone else was absolutely shivering from the A/​C being on.
On my 2^nd visit Sunday 10÷11÷15 at 9:30 am people were saying it’s warmer outside than inside. Most people were sitting outdoors with sweatshirts on and even coats. A few people complained. I shared this frigid news with a few ladies behind the counter «It is FREEZING in here. Everyone is uncomfortable and cold» Her reply? «Well it is hot behind the counter» Jcoldly replied.
She added «we are hot back here».
I added «great idea of keeping people away. Screw the customers because we are all freezing»
Starbucks employee added «I am not in charge of temperature.
I asked «well who is in charge then?» I asked. The answered «I don’t know»
Really? This is typical of the manager who runs this place and attacked me then deleted it on a last Unilocal review

I ordered a tall Marble Mocha Macchiato, and the cashier paused for a moment, visibly thinking, before she said, «Oh, okay, I know that.» She reached for a grande cup and that was when I felt my stomach sink and the doubt set in. I told her I asked for a tall, and she apologized before getting the right size.
When my drink was called, it was not a glorious ombré gradient of caramel-​brown to milk-​white. It was a normal iced mocha with a drizzle of chocolate sauce at the bottom of the cup. Needless to say, I was pretty sad :(I had to get home, so I didn’t have the time to talk to them about it, and though the drink I got wasn’t bad, it wasn’t the one I wanted.

The cashier said that they do not offer coffee drinks in mugs. Upon inquiring further they said that to offer it he would have to go to the kitchen and wash one.
Eventually we got one as it was my birthday and asked him to make an exception.
Starbuck’s should know that how coffee is served is very important.
As for the cappuccino: it was not that good. Foam was not thick enough.
Not good overall experience.

Love this Starbucks because it is by my school. But came in today and the Barista Ryan who took my order didn’t seem to be to happy to be working there. He seemed like a sweet guy but he corrected me when I asked what I wanted and I understand if someone doesn’t say it right or whatever but there is a way the right way to correct someone and there’s a wrong way. Unfortunately he did it the wrong way. Now I understand people have good days and they have bad days, but when you’re having a bad day you suck it up and put it to the back of your mind while your at work and then you deal with it afterwards. Unfortunately that did not happen with Ryan. Now I’m not encouraging him to get in trouble with the manager of this location, that’s not what this comment is for to bash anyone, but maybe for him to see that it did show through or for the manager to take him aside and maybe see what’s going on. Your coworkers aren’t just people you work with, 99% of the time they become more than that. But that’s just my suggestion.

On 3−5−15 at approximately 1230 1 pm My wife had the worst service at a Starbucks ever! The short male (johnny Depp wanna be) was rude to her in front of other customers. He was so rude to the point she was shocked. She was asking for a drink for me she has not ordered in a while and forgot the name, and he rudely told her «I don’t know what you’re talking about» and said «don’t call it that ever again». Also this was the worst carmel frap she has ever had, to add to the shitty service and flavor there was an ice cube the size of a golf ball in her drink. she did not want to deal with the horrible service again so she left and was not pleased with the service.

GO TO THE STARBUCKS ON SARATOGA AVE THEY ARE WAY BETTER AND IT’S ONLY A FEW MILES DOWN THE ROAD. IT’S WORTH IT BELIEVE ME .
You make minimum wage this doesn’t entitle you to be an asshole. :)

I guess I haven’t been over in this area in awhile, but I just noticed there’s a Starbucks in the parking lot near Gene’s Market. It’s a nice big location with lots of seating. Very nice looking, but the guy taking orders was not up to snuff. I ordered a tall drink in a venti cup with extra ice. Nothing else out of the ordinary. I just like my drink with lots of extra ice. He seemed to have a difficult time with that concept. While I was at the register, the barista also asked the cashier a question about another order, and his answer was, «Yeah, I guess so.» Really? If you don’t know how a customer wants their drink, don’t guess. Ask again. Not a lot of confidence in that guy, but the location looked great (and it still qualifies for an entry to get Starbucks for life, so I’m good).

Horrible horrible. I get that you’re busy but you could be kind.
I went into Starbucks today and the service was beyond horrible.
The girl behind the counter refused to call out anyone’s name. Cause everyone to touch drinks to see if it was their’s. Which I found extremely gross. Even another employee suggested that she call out names rather than the drink flavor.
I order 4 drinks, 3 of which were hot drinks, I asked the same girl if I could have a drink holder and her respond was «ugh I’m busy.» Really…
I’m visiting from Las Vegas and this Starbucks wasn’t in busy compared to most in Las Vegas.

Great people working here caramel frap extra caramel soo good, very clean place. Great for a quick pick me up and the orders come out quite fast

I love this Starbucks! It is close to my work and is in an area that does not get very crowded or busy. Their service is great and they always make my drinks very well.
It is also a nice place to hang out with friends or to study. There is quite a bit of seating and plugs for laptops.

Inviting neighborhood coffee shop where locals sits and enjoy regular and specialty coffee and tea drinks. The long communal wood table encourages meeting new people. The treats are ok, super sweet and not too flavorful. There are a few small tables outside as well.

Big coffee fan and this Starbucks had great service and I had a tasty pastry too. But the WIFI wasn’t too strong and could be improved. But nice layout and very clean!

Just like all the other Starbucks. This place is local so I go here a lot, and the service is lovely. My favorite thing on the menu is the macchiato.

Looks like an older starbucks from the outside but new inside. Seemed like they only had two people on the day i went and i initially only saw one person for a while so they were swamped initially. Got a La Boulange Danish and a hibiscus cooler. Fairly solid. They just need to be a bit better staffed. 3.5 stars
