I just pulled an Adele. I had a bad morning and decided to skip salad for lunch and went straight to a hamburger. No In & Out Burgers here but thankfully there’s a 5 Guys which is at least as good, probably even better.
We all know the food is great so let me tell you about the service. The woman who took my order really made me feel better. She was kind and funny. Then a woman working the dining room asked if I’d like napkins. Even the guy wheeling out the trash (near the restrooms) was super pleasant.
If you’re hungry and want a quality burger and superb fries quickly, go to 5 Guys.

Stop in about 11pm on a Friday night before heading home. I requested the burger in a bowl for a allergy. I’m use to visiting their Midtown location where they never seem to have any issues when it comes to preparing my food. This time I noticed that none of the staff seem to understand that the food needed to be prep separately like they do at the midtown location. I ended up having to informed them of the need of them changing their gloves and so forth and even then I kept a close eye on them fixing it. I hate having to be a watchful hen sometimes but I really didn’t feel like a trip to the emergency room. There were a few other things but it didn’t have anything to do with the food and more on how the employees were dressed or their hair wasn’t kept up and away from getting in the way of prepping the food. Overall the food was just like I wanted and had been craving all evening. I enjoyed my triple burger with mini fries.

When I went, the location had a wait time of roughly 30 minutes for a burger (not the line, just the wait time after ordering). The staffing was very inadequate and it was during a very common high-traffic time.
Furthermore, when I’ve been to other five guys locations, it’s always seemed common for the French fries to be overflowing from the bag (or, at least, from the cup). At this location, the fries were only filling about 75% of the cup they came in. I’m not sure if that’s a new five guys policy, but it was certainly different than past experiences at the chain.

I absolutely love 5 guys. The food is fresh, it’s made to order, and it’s not to pricey. The part I love most is it’s all natural, they cut their fries at the store and drop then straight in the fryer. Very clean, and service is always pleasing and with a smile. There isn’t another burger joint I trust honestly. 5 guys is by far the definition of American beef.

Considering my very positive five guys burger experiences elsewhere, including out of state, when my boys said we should go here i was up for it…
Big mistake… the place was filthy, the guys cooking really weren’t paying attention to what wed ordered… as I’ve lived here for thirty years, I am by no means without places I love to eat… Don’t think five guys is on the list anymore for me or my boys

We were there when they were closing and the rent a cop was counting the minutes until they closed. I was forced to throw my burger from out because there security officer was threatening me. I have children and frequently visit five guys but will no longer because of my experience there recently. It was pure and simple harassment.

Don’t know about the food. Went in to get a coke and pee and they had codes on the bathrooms… Not cool. I had to wIt for my boyfriend to get through the line in order to use the bathroom. Don’t know if it will work for everyone but my code was 4242 maybe it will work for you

Had a «little» bacon cheesburger & fries. Both were excellent. Portion sizes are huge. The «little» burger was the size of other places’ regular burgers. Staff was friendly and courteous. Music was loud for me, but younger customers probably wouldn’t mind. Overall great experience.

This is a must attend .The burgers are the bomb. Hand cut fries with the origin of the potatoes listed on the wall. Who can ask for more. We came here after planning on going somewhere else for lunch only to find out they don’t open for lunch. What a good surprise.

I’m not normally a red meat fan, but once in a while I will get squirrely and eat a burger. This is one of the best places for that around town. I love their mushroom and onion topping. Their fries are real potatoes and it’s heavenly.

If find yourself in need a late-night burger fix after a proper introduction into the Savannah nightlife, then this place has you covered like spanish moss on a live oak. Burgers here hit the spot every time! When it comes to needing a good burger in a hurry, Five Guys, is the place to go hands down.

Nothing beats Five Guys fries after a night out on the town. Open till 3am. There’s a slight wait, maybe 10 minutes in line, but worth it if you need to carb up, say, to run the bridge the next morning…

Good consistent service from 5 guys. This location might be a little busier than most [location, location, location]. The staff keeps it together & get’s your order done & cooked quickly. The prices are about on target for any kind of fresh to order place like this. Seating is adequate my only complaint would be the bathrooms aren’t cleaned as often as they should be for a location with this kind of traffic. Solid three stars.

Best fast food burger. Granted, I did stumble into this place the day after my bachelorette party, but I am sure that if I wasn’t hungover the burger and fries would have been as equally as awesome. I got the cheese burger and cajun fries… ahh maaazzing.
Don’t listen to what other people say about sharing your fries. They are so good. You won’t want to share them. I ate them all and licked the salty grease off my fingers when I was done.
Tip: sit by the window. it’s good for people watching
