Each time I dine here, the staff are friendly, the restaurant is clean, my food is hot and fresh. When I call in my orders to go; the food is neatly packaged, and all of my sauces/sides are included. Great place for dine in, or take away.

Poor customer service and they wouldn’t serve us sushi because they were«backed up». There are tons of open tables and nobody in line. This place will be out of business soon, there is no way they make money here.

My boyfriend and I walked around downtown for 30 minutes and got turned down by several restaurants due to long wait times. We finally stumbled upon this place and breathed a sigh of relief. We were greeted with a smile rather than a scowl(the Thai restaurant we went to earlier literally told us to go outside because there were too many people inside). This is a fast food joint, so we didn’t expect luxury or a pretentious atmosphere. We both ordered bowls of ramen that tasted like pure soul food. The cashier helped me choose a good vegetarian option. I recommend this place if you want to get away from the pretentious restaurants and have a relaxed, low cost, tasty treat.

Chicken is not fresh; it’s like the pre-cooked chicken strips with the fake grill marks that you find in the grocery store next to lunch meat. It is extremely fatty, and has consistency of wet toilet paper; chopped and formed meat like chicken nuggets. I got the«grilled chicken» bowl thinking that the meat would be better quality than the teriyaki. it was not; worst lunch and $ 7 I’ve spent in a long time!

Terrible service. One of the cashiers wouldn’t even help me out because she was too busy texting. My friend ordered a sushi roll and they gave him the fish laid out in a basket and a bowl of rice, I guess he was supposed make his own sushi. Wouldn’t recommend, I’m sure there are way better places out there in Savannah.

Definitely Asian fast food. Nothing special. I asked for a side of edamame and instead of soybeans in pods like I expected, I got loose beans with a spicy sauce on them. Different but not bad. If you get takeout, you have to ask for chopsticks, soy sauce, etc. they don’t automatically do any of that.

I first stepped in to Season’s Caf’e and was greeted like i was family. I enjoyed my experience right from the start. I am very pleased with the taste of the food and the white sauce is out of this world. I will be making this my weekly lunch stop from this day forward. It just goes to show management and ownership is an A+ at this establishment. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

I work at the Candy Kitchen and I always go to Seasons Café on my lunch break. I totally recommend it to anyone looking for a quick place to eat in the downtown area! I always get the teriyaki chicken bowl with the white sauce. The staff is friendly and it’s always my go to place for quick Japanese food. 5 stars from me for Season’s Café!

I’m 20 minutes out from eating at Seasons and I regret 1) not reading the Unilocal reviews ahead of time, and; 2) ever stepping into the restaurant. I am so sick to my stomach right now, it’s not even funny. I have almost thrown up twice… and if I do, you can rest assured I will be making a call to the manager/owners tomorrow. I should have known it was going to be a bad experience when we walked in and all of the bins of food items were empty. The girl behind the counter began straight away with attitude. I asked what was available because everything was empty, and she snapped and said, «whatever…we’ll make it.» Okay… so, I ordered curry rice with mushrooms and onions on it and chicken. My step son ordered grilled chicken with onions and bell peppers. My hubby and other step son ordered sushi, so they were set. But the two of us with the bowls had to wait a while. We also ordered spring rolls, sodas, and my hubby had a beer. The girl rung us up, repeating back the order, and three times forgot the spring rolls. I kept having to say, «And two spring rolls.» We were charged $ 45.95 total for our meals and I handed her $ 46.00. As she was putting the money in the drawer, I put $ 4.00(all I had left) in the tip jar. When she handed me my $.05 change, I put it in the tip jar, as well. Her mouth fell open and she made a sound. I smiled and said, «I just put four ones in there.» She said, «Oh. Okay.» Wow… what happened to *earning* a tip? Now it’s expected? So, we go to our table and wait. I remembered that we came during their«4 – 7 Happy Hour» which said $ 2 off rice bowls and $ 2 off beer, but I realized they had not given the discount on the rice bowls. That was $ 4.00. Big deal, right? But it is… because it adds up. I showed her my receipt and she walked away. Another employee came up and said he had it. He looked at my bill and gave me $ 4.00 back. I thanked him. Then, at the table, the girl delivered our rice bowls. My step son wasn’t happy because his didn’t «taste right.» I tasted his and mine and realized that my curry rice had his grilled chicken and his grilled chicken had my curry rice and mushrooms. On top of that, his onions and bell peppers weren’t that… they were onions and zucchini. Now, as a parent… I know how a teenage boy is going to react to zucchini. Not very pleased. I went back to the counter and saw that their sign read, «Bell Peppers and Onions,» with nothing about zucchini. So, I apologized for being one of «those» people, but my son’s and my bowls were mixed up. I explained and the girl got very defensive. She said…“well, I brought it to you the right way.” Standing there, I tasted my son’s and it was curry and I tasted mine and it was teriyaki… his had my mushrooms and his did not have bell peppers. She was so belligerent to me, telling me I was wrong… but the man who had helped with the discount said to me, «We will fire you two more bowls.» She was not happy at him for saying that. I went to our table and told everyone what was going on. By this time, my other son and hubby’s sushi had been delivered and they were halfway through it. I saw the girl protesting behind the counter, so I went back up, wanting to make sure nothing was out of order more or that anything was done to our food. She was tasting the food and saying she got the order right and then blamed the chef for not putting it together the right way… however, SHE was the one that ladled things out at the counter. Anyway… the helpful man(I suppose he was the one in charge today) handled it by making her go back to her station and he helped the chef fire new bowls for us. I thanked him very much for his help when he delivered the correct bowls to us. Still… no spring rolls, through. When he came back with the spring rolls, my husband had noticed that he hadn’t gotten the $ 2 off his beer. So, that’s not $ 6 that she overcharged us. Her excuse was, «oh…I forgot.» We ate our meals and left… but once we got home, our stomachs began to rumble. Even as I type this, I do NOT feel well. I should have read the reviews here on Unilocal before we went, but our son wanted sushi and it’s the closest location for us. I will say the place was empty. Only one other couple was there… no one was coming in. I would say this is because the food just isn’t that good, is over-priced, and this female employee couldn’t be bothered with being pleasant, getting the order right, or even apologize for messing it up. Customer service is NOT her strong suit. We work hard for our money and to waste it on a meal and an experience like that is very disheartening. The man who helped us was very nice and made things right and I appreciate what he did. But the woman was impatient, defensive, and unapologetic. Not the way to be when you’re in the service industry. And, I’m not just some fly–

Sushi with ATTITUDE! If you enjoy your food served by wait staff that gives you attitude when THEY screw up your order, then seasons café is THE place to be! Came in for the«happy hour» special. The staff is anything BUT happy in this joint. Tried to over charge us $ 6. There are PLENTY of excellent restaurants on Ellis Square. AVOIDTHISPLACELIKETHEPLAGUE!!!

Great«Asian fast food». Friendly staff. Veggie bowl and veggie roll were delicious. Fairly priced. Think Moe’s but Asian inspired food.

This is a fast food restaurant. I thought it was some kind of authentic Asian food. I ordered orange chicken and it was nasty, the mushrooms was salty and the fried rice was sticky that i dont even know how to describe it. Try this if you want but dont expect anything good at all, otherwise stay away from here.

Throughly disappointed. I was really hoping that this place would be as good or better than the seasons of Japan in Statesboro Georgia but they fell far short. The kitchen staff did not seem like they had any food ready and we’re completely disoriented and scrambled to make the order that we requested: 2 super bowls with steak and teriyaki chicken. My husband received fresh steak and chicken in his bowl but I received the scraped up remainders of what was in the bowl on the serving line. We had a coupon and it wasn’t worth the money spent.

The ‘spicy tuna’ sushi roll was terrible. I ate a piece then threw the whole meal out. It was the worst sushi I’ve ever tasted. Tuna didn’t taste fresh and it was a regular tuna roll with Sriracha Sauce flooded over the top. Shameful.

Really personable staff, and food was great! The Monster Roll was so yummy. The best part was the quickness with which our food was on the table. We will definitely return!

I absolutely love this place. It’s fast and convenient and the food is always fresh and if they run out they make it right then and there. I eat the build your own bowl and there’s almost always enough food to take home for dinner. The ONLY reason it didnt’ get a 5 is because it’s shredded crab in the sushi rolls and not crab sticks and it makes the sushi mushy. But my friends and I love meeting here to eat, it’s a great quick restaurant to get your food and hang out.

Rice was extremely dry and kids chicken bowl was expensive and very small. We ordered sushi which again had extremely dry rice and did not taste that fresh. I think the overall concept may be a beneficial one, but as a Savannah local there are several more beneficial options for the portion and price that this establishment currently has.

This place is just okay. The meat sits on the hot line and is not very fresh. I asked an employee if the meat was white meat, she was unsure. They need more training. After ordering the grilled chicken because I was informed it was white meat, it tasted very processed. I can’t believe Season of Japan would carry meat like this. I will stick with Hiranos. You know what you are eating at Hiranos. I am disgusted that I spent almost $ 8 on a bowl where I had to ask for more veggies and you only receive 8 pieces of chicken or whatever meat that was.

This place was very questionable to me. The food looked like it had been sitting out for a long time. I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl and the meat was nasty. I was expecting chicken breast but it was thigh meat and was rubbery. My husband got some sushi rolls which looked decent but I didn’t try them. But the sushi was way overpriced. I would never eat here again.
