Very busy tonight. Food ok, service ok. I sat at the bar but the bartender was way too busy. I had the Cowboy pork chops and as usual it was good and at the right price. I wasn’t Surprised with the service around here the standard is, «poor service» is the norm. Saving this restaurant was the food. Well Done Kitchen

Been here a couple times now because someone close likes their ribs. Disappointing again. Bagged salad, mediocre apps, but a decent filet. Service was friendly, but overworked and not as attentive as desired. And they ran out of ribs at 6:15pm on a Monday. Ugh.

Decided to go to Longhorn on Abercorn for a friend’s birthday. arrived a little over an hour before close and there were still a great deal of guests in the building! When we walked in, there was no one at the hostess stand, we were looked and by 2 servers, and the bartender and were still never greated. The hostess came walking in from outside and the bartender was in the back eating. The waitress was nowhere to be found half the time, she walked away while we were giving her our order, argued with us the whole time, and was really rude. The manager refused to give us a birthday dessert when asked because it was«too late and the desserts were frozen!» Although, there were other tables still getting desserts. The floor was a wreck and this was the absolute worst experience at a restaurant, ever!!! I have served for 15 years, bartended seven of those, and managed a restaurant for 3! This place is a disaster and should really be looked at for a change in management.

The restaurant wasn’t busy at all on Monday afternoon but we were made to wait 20′(we also had to wait to be seated) and the waiter still didn’t come to take our order even though they kept saying they would so we just left and you can be sure that we’ll never come back. Poor service.

Sitting at bar. Bar tender nice but seems over working, by himself . Working take out, counter /bar, and sitting area with in the bar . He never asked if I wanted a 2nd beer until I was ready to leave . Steak was very good.

Had a really great time with Christina B tonight. She was an awesome waitress and the 8 of us hope to have her again next time. Ask for her… very cool and witty! And oh, by the way, my 18oz rib eye steak was bangin!

Had the prime rib, was good. We sat at the bar and were able to be served very quickly and efficiently. The place soon was packed to the gills so we didn’t stick around too long. Most of the time we try to enjoy non-franchises and enjoy the local culture, but time doesn’t always allow for this. This place consistently serves a good meal no matter where so you are and having s reliable place is always a plus for me

Ordered prime rib with asparagus, mushrooms, onions, a salad, and a shrimp appetizer. Shrimp were a little overcooked, and not very flavorful. Ordered the prime rib medium rare, and it was more on the medium well side. Still, it was tasty enough. The asparagus(which I think I paid $ 6 for) were badly overcooked and very mushy. The onions and mushrooms were sauteed, but not seasoned in any way. Just tasted bland. It wasn’t a horrible meal, just mediocre. The service, however, was excellent. For the price I paid(around $ 60 with 2 drinks for 1 person), I really expected better. Probably won’t eat at a longhorn again.

We had a much better eperience than I had atticipated. Service was excellent and food was as well. The appetizers were large, their new salad was phenomynal and I don’t always enjoy salad. The screwdriver was also very good. Oddly, another steakhouse has not been near as good lately with service, food and even sometimes has a funky odor so we’ll be sure to come back and check it out again.

This is our first time here in a long while. When we came in the hostess had her back to us doing something. I had to let her know we was standing there for a table, then we had to wait while she grappled up several items. After getting to our table a few minutes later our waiter showed up and took or drink orders. About 10 minutes later someone delivered a beer and Texas Margarita to us. At the time we ordered drinks we ordered Brew Pub Pretzel Sticks. Nothing to get all excited about… For diner I ordered a Flo steak 6oz. an when I cut it up to eat I got 14 medium to small prices of steak, with a sweet potato. All of it was good, not very good. Just good. Not saying the food was not good just not what I was expecting for the price of $ 55.00. Our bill came to $ 54.35 without the tip, tip was $ 7.65.

I have never been to this location but wanted a steak so decided to stop in for my last dinner in Savannah. I sat at the bar and relaxed and watch some baseball. Had a few drinks ordered my dinner which was great! Not sure what has been going on at this location but almost passed it by because of the reviews. My bartender was great, my dinner was hot and the food was great. I wish I could have had another Montana Mule drinks but you know those drink n driving laws!!!

Congratulations, Longhorn! I have had some bad dining experiences before, but this one truly took the cake. While walking in the door for a slightly early dinner(about 5:30), we were told that a table for two would be «about a five minute wait». A look beyond the hostess station, however, revealed a mostly empty dining room. Personally, I’m a firm believer that a customer should never wait as long as there’s an empty table, but my wife seemed to really want a steak, so I let it slide. After finally being seated, we waited approximately thirty minutes for our salads, and an additional thirty minutes for the entrees to finally emerge from the kitchen. Meanwhile, tables which had been seated ten minutes AFTER us were finishing their meals. When our steaks finally did arrive, they were cold to lukewarm… and medium. While this normally might not be a huge deal, we ordered our steaks WELLDONE for a reason. You see, my wife is very noticeably pregnant, and undercooked meat is extremely detrimental to the health of an unborn child. A fact that I couldn’t help but point out to the manager. So, once again, Congratulations, Longhorn. Not only did you make me wait for an already empty table, listen to my stomach growl for an hour and finally serve subpar food, you threatened the lives of my family as well. Classy.

Tried to eat a late lunch here. Host wanted to seat my husband and I in the bar area. We declined that area and she proceded to tell us that was all that was available. The restaurant was not even a third full. 2 pm on Saturday. We left and went somewhere else. Train your host better and you might keep your customers.
