Well, my coffee tasted fine. Went through the drive thru and ordered a white chocolate iced coffee. I order it all the time and nobody ever has a problem. Today? The Batista apparently did. She quickly asked(with some attitude) «a white chocolate mocha iced or a coffee with white chocolate syrup?» I responded with«iced coffee.» Which was what I said… wasn’t it? Her response was irritating to me. «Um…Okay.» And it was not a friendly response. She had a serious attitude. When I pulled up to the window, I saw her. Blonde hair, ponytail, thick rimmed glasses. She opened the window, handed me my drink, and shut the window without any small talk, without asking for a receipt, nothing. I wanted a receipt so I could get her name… But my guess is she knew that and so that’s why she didn’t give me the option. My coffee was good but definitely not impressed by that employee.

Came for free Wi-Fi. Noticed packed drive through but I was going inside. The staff is so consumed with the drive thru they ignored us for a bit. They were nice enough but the service isn’t all that. They place is also a mess inside. Had trouble finding a clean table. All kinds of trash on the floor. Smells a little funky too.

Absolutely amazing even with a packed drive thru they were still super friendly and really made me laugh. Some of the best customer service I have gotten in a really long time!

After working at Starbucks for five years, I definitely know how a customer should be treated and this locations is far off the mark. The baristas have never made conversation with anyone waiting for a drink, they do not follow beverage quality standards, and several of them are outrightly rude. The last time I was there, I asked the barista to remove the whip cream she put on my drink. She grabbed the drink and said«did you tell her not to put whip cream on here?» I responded, «No, it doesn’t usually come with whip cream.» Her following remarks were so highly condescending that I decided to go outside while my husband waited for his drink because I just could not believe how awful the experience was. I’ve given this place multiple opportunities but it’s a miss every time. I won’t be back.

This location is continuously the best Starbucks within 100 miles. They are fast and rarely make a mistake with my drink. Even though the staff does change, they still seem to be able to get it right more then most.

Wow!!! I get exceptional service EVERYTIME at this Starbucks in the drive thru! Every time. Fun and friendly and super speedy. I’ve even had my coffee paid for twice by good Samaritans in front of me trying to pay a good deed forward. You get more than just coffee when you go to this Starbucks:)

Definitely a fun and friendly Starbucks. The girl behind the counter gave me a quick iPhone/Starbucks App class, because I didn’t know how to use my newly downloaded snazzy App to pay for my coffee… ok ok PSL… ok ok Salted Carmel Machiatto… heavy whip and extra butter… wait is that a thing?! Anyways, I was in a hurry to get out but I looked around and saw a bunch of students studying and reading or whatever. Looks like a nice spot to dive into a paper or online lecture or read all the recent Unilocal reviews. Service very friendly. Quick. Clean. Hot.

Zack is the best!!! Always friendly and helpful! HE is the reason why I drive all the way out to this store! I hope the manager does everything to keep this young man. Great coffe, order is always right!

Went through the drive through with my wife and kids, ordered a drink, she repeated the order, it was correct, got to the window, wrong drink, she said she heard me say something different, my wife smiled, said she heard the right one, the girl at the window gave us a complete attitude, slammed the sliding door. I asked to talk to the manager and she defended the girl and said«this door slams easily». What? We just arrived from Los Angeles where we visited Starbucks and Coffee Bean regularly, and never came across this small town B.S. Sad. Grow up.

Bad employees. Store wasn’t busy. Ordered two drinks. Employees just stood around chatting for a few minutes instead of making my drinks. Only when I gave them the«where’s my drink» look did they start making the drink. To top it off, the girl made the drink wrong and blamed it on the labeler. When I got my drink, I found the label was correct.

This is not only my favorite Starbucks but my dog loves it too. The server at the drive-thru window always gives me a bag with treats in it for the dog and the pup is beginning to remember. She starts drooling when I get in line. Service is always quick, polite and efficient. When it rains you order at the window so you don’t get soaked at the speaker. I really like that they were able to take over the old bank bu idling without changing much of the outside. Unfortunately they still have the arrows from the bank’s drive-thru so it can get a little confusing. That’s pretty much my only complaint here.
