I love that Wendy’s doesn’t use frozen things and that they have options like chili and salads. Something does lack in flavor though and I’m not sure what it is. Still this is a good branch with friendly workers and all the things you expect from Wendy’s.

This particular Wendy’s has great, friendly, and efficient service. I’m never disappointed with the service or food I receive. They also play the best oldies music that will put ya in a good mood. Stop by and eat here for sure.

$ 7 for a burger, fries and a soda… The cheese is not melted and you let me know you were doing me a favor by not charging for bbq sauce? Tisk, tisk Wendys!

OHYEAH!!! Who doesn’t like Wendy’s Chili and nuggets? Most people like the frosty but I am not a fan. I usually order the nuggets value meal so I can get ten pieces of nuggets, French fries, drink. Then I also get the large chili with extra onions and no cheese. oh my so good. Once in a while I get the sour cream and chives potato. Seems like most Wendy’s are family own or some sort because there inst a dollar menu anymore. It’s more like a dollar and some change for the old dollar menu. Overall, I like Wendy’s especially the chili and nuggets are my favorites. Too bad it’s like a 15 minute drive from my place. **parking** a lot of spaces cash and credit, I think you need spend at least ten to use credit.

WHATISHAPPENINGTOTHEFROSTIES!!! RECESSIONISHITTING!!! THEYHAVEDECREASEDINSIZE, LIKE A COMPLETESIZESMALLER!!! Me and my friends used to come to this Wendy’s every Friday to get some frosties, we called it Frosty Fridays. I recently came back and ordered a Frosty, a small, priced at almost TWODOLLARS, looked more like a SAMPLECUP of FROSTY! That’s insane!!! 2 stars because the frosty was still good, but the way in which they make it now along with the parfaits and what not are just not the same anymore. And the portion size is definitely not the same anymore.

This Wendy’s franchise chooses not to participate in company promotions, such as the 99 cent menu. All of their menu items are overpriced.

Being a business owner myself, I’m all about customer service and cleanliness. If I do not receive good customer service and observe a clean environment… I’m not coming back. Scotts Valley Wendy’s has that customers service and cleanliness that keeps me returning. And, of course the food quality is excellent. Cup of chili with onion and cheese, along with a chicken sandwich and sea salt fries for four dollars and some change. How can you beat that? See you Monday…

I wish there was a way to give NO stars. Wendy’s sucks. That’s all there is to it, honestly. They have a $ 10 minimum card purchase — for a fast food place?! The workers are surly and obviously don’t care about their jobs. If anything is in slight or major variation from any other Wendy’s they say«It’s a franchise so we don’t have to be like the chain.» But isn’t that what they pay them for the name/menu for?! Countless times I’ve been given disgusting food and I don’t know why I go back. Tonight was an irreparable flaw — a Jr Bacon — how could they mess that up?! Yet they did. No lettuce, no tomatoes, barely a slice of bacon that was meager at best. The meat patty was smaller than a chicken nugget. It seems this isn’t the only Wendy’s with a problem though — apparently it’s a corporate thing. So, boycott Wendy’s? I think I will have to. McDonalds, or Jack’s is where the fast food customers should go.

I love Wendys’ Dollar Menu. That’s all there is to it. What makes my day? 5 Piece Chicken Nuggets w/Honey Mustard and a Chocolate & Vanilla Frosty. And all for under $ 3. My kind of place.

I rarely eat fast food anymore but if I do I prefer Wendy’s over the rest. Their food is consistent and fresh(albeit with lots of sodium like the rest of the fast food places). This particular location has responsible management and courteous staff. The dining area is clean too. Best item: Spicy Chicken Sandwich. My only complaint is that they close early(9ish) — like most places in Scotts Valley.

I spent a whopping $ 1.41 here today, and it was worth every penny. I paid $ 1.29 for a small vanilla Frosty and roughly $.11 for tax. My doggie got a FREE dog treat when the Wendy’s staff spotted him in the backseat of my car. I got a laugh and was saved a headache when I spotted the kid who had handed me the doggy treat, running after me full speed in my rear view mirror with my debit card in hard. I had been so taken aback by my dog being acknowledged, that I had left it with him. Thanks kid, you saved my day and made my dog’s.

Wendy’s Rules! Love it. The kitchen is really clean by the way. AS clean as i have seen in this county and that is a lot. I dont really need to tell you about the menu. Its definitely a step or two above the competition

The drive through is busy in the mornings and lunch-time is their busiest time. These guys still manage to keep it together. Wendy’s has a greater variety of sides than other fast food places. A policy that is slowly catching on at the other places. At Wndy’s for example, you can get a baked potato with sour cream, chives, butter, or just plain. My favorites are the variety of chicken sandwiches. I like them mild, but some like it spicy. The food is consistant and good.
