McDonald’s

I have avoided commenting on this particular McDonald’s in the past but I can no longer hold my tongue. This has to be the most consistently incompetent service I have ever experienced. Except for the rare instances that I only order ice they have messed up every single order and I end up just driving away in disbelief.
Save yourself the irritation and frustration and drive a few miles further to another establishment.
I mean seriously, how can you screw up an ice cream cone?!? But they do!

The WORST experience ever! Shame on you should be out of business!!! How dare you make someone wait in your line of three cars for 22 minutes. Take my money at the first window and make
Me wait another five minutes at the second window!!! Tell me that you ran out of milk for hot chocolate to wait. Didn’t ask told me to wait. Now 27
Minutes later I’m late to get my kids from school on a cold rainy day… you haven’t approached my car. You hand me a bag that should have a cheeseburger in it, you tell me one drink is a hot chocolate it is milk and give me vouchers for coffee saying there’s no more hot chocolates for all the others in my order. You DENY a refund. Manager was rude and nasty! I get around the bend to see that the burger is hard as a ROCK and ice cold with cold cheese on it. It was RANCID!!!
You are a disgrace and should be shut down. I’m contacting BBB and the health department. Don’t let the pretty new outside fool you people your kids can get deadly sick!!!
No owner is sight or will answer the phone pathetic!

Twenty minute wait for a few hot drinks is ridiculous. The person taking orders was totally competent. Other than that, the morons making the drinks couldn’t have been more uninterested and SLOW. The drive thru line was so slow it was painful! In the future I will avoid this location– have never had to wait so long period at any McDonalds. Ridiculous!

Let me first start off by saying that I’ve had better experiences in truck stop bathrooms. Good. We got that out of the way. On to the review of the place I’ve begrudging been to three separate times… It’s like the entire staff loved Sean Penn’s performance in ‘I Am Sam’ and want to emulate it to the T everyday. The fries come out colder than your in-law’s crotch, the burgers come out colder than a witch’s tit, and an infant gorilla could probably make good faster. I speak from experience about the gorilla.

Seriously this is the worst McDonald’s i have ever been too and that saying alot considering i lived in Detroit. First its usually extremely sticky on the floor. Not just next to the soda machine. I watched them mess up a simple chicken nugget order on every front. From inputting the order to getting it out. I am shocked the demographic of the area hasnt had this crap hole shut down. Awful place. Will be warning others to steer clear.

Went for ice cream with the kids. Cones came out dripping with dip to the point where it was all over the employee’s hands and he’d wrapped the cone in napkins. We asked for them to do them over & you have to see the picture of the second attempt …

From drive thru to cashier to the food! Bad experience! Sad. On our way to the airport and thought we’d pick up a little lunch. It was a really bad idea.

Well it looks like they have finally fired all the idiots that worked here when they opened. Im not expecting much from a kid. But at least act like you are trying to do the job. I’ve had orders screwed up here almost every time I ordered. Recently they have gotten it right but I think there is a new manager and new employees, Food quality is still poor. I actually got some hot fries the other day but I thought I was going to chip my tooth on the dry chicken sandwich. I drank my whole soda because it was so dry.

This place, without fail, always seems to screw up my order. Why is it so hard to add the hash brown to the bag!!!

This is the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Let me explain:
We had just gotten back in town from a trip and was starving and just happened upon this Micky D’s. We ordered number 8, a crispy chicken delux, and a number 3, a ¼ lb’er but plain with cheese and then a kid’s meal for our son. Our order came out in no time, which is what you’d expect from fast food.
My girlfriend ordered the number 3 but when we got it, it had pickles and onions on it. No big deal cause we could just take it off. Problem solved.
I ordered the crispy chicken and what I got was a grilled chicken so I took it back and let him know I got the wrong order and the cashier said sorry and they were going to remake it. I was cool with that. Actually sat there for awhile, conversing and realized much time has gone by and we were actually finished with our fries with no sandwich. I went to the counter and there was no one there. It seems like they were understaffed? But I waited for a few minutes before the original cashier came back and I told him that I hadn’t gotten the sandwich yet. He was apologetic and handed it to me. I guess it was prepared but no one said anything.
I went back to my table, ready to eat but wait, it’s ANOTHER grilled chicken sandwich. Really? And the kicker? It was in a crispy chicken box… does the cook think I wouldn’t notice what a crispy chicken is supposed to look like? Again, I took it back and the cashier, real nice dude, I had no blame on him whatsoever, he called back to the cook (s?) with me watching asking them what they were doing and to make the order correct. He again was apologetic and assured me it would be right out.
Again, I sat down and waited for awhile. I went back to check again and the manager who knew what was going on the whole time was the first to notice me coming back up, asked her crew where my sandwich was… and guess what, it wasn’t even made this time. The cashier, again, asked the cook why there was no sandwich then he said he said he was going to go make it so I would get my long-​awaited for sandwich. He did as he said. I watched him go into the kitchen, put on gloves, and personally made my chicken sandwich.
At this point, however, I was over it. I told the manager to forget the sandwich cause my family was tired and we were ready to go home. I don’t usually do this, but I asked for a refund, which she happily obliged to. She was also very apologetic and was able to refund me as well as give me my sandwich and a coupon. If it wasn’t for that, this review was never going to be more than 1-​star.
I don’t know if the cooks were just not wanting to work tonight for whatever reason and I really don’t know who was to blame, but I do know the original cashier (I wish I remembered his name) and the manager were willing to do what they could to help me. I would like to thank you two for that…
But I will not be coming back to this location.

Okay an angel is going to cry, because I’m writing a fast food review.
We came here this morning almost by accident. We had hoped to find a breakfast place and thought why not try MCD?
While we were waiting for the food, I decided to check in. Wow. Lots of anger issues with the golden arches. LOL
Our meal was uneventful and predictable in every way for a Mickie Ds. We love the egg white substitute and the coffee is clearly much better. So A-​Okay by us.

Been here a few times, each hoping the food would have improved. It hasn’t. Cold fries, hockey puck burgers and REALLY bad coke. Come on, McDonald’s is known for their diet coke, and these guys can’t even get that right! I’m not sure how to make a diet coke take this bad. Anyway, this place needs a total overhaul. Their food, and service just flat suck.

This was the absolute worst McDonalds I have ever been to in my entire life. DO NOT GO HERE !!! The girl who was working the drive through was too busy having a freaking attitude to get our order correct. She was mumbling So much that my mother could not understand her so she returned with a bad attitude and a snotty comment back. Then when we got to the drive through we wanted to check our order and the guy working that window also had a terrible attitude. What the hell is wrong with the owners here hiring people who are that rude. Do not go here ever !!!

New store using the latest McDonalds motif is pleasant to the eye but the good ends there. I don’t go to McDonalds expecting stellar service but this store falls short with an I don’t care attitude from the manager on down. If they get your order right go buy a lottery ticket because it is your lucky day.
The don’t care attitude shows in a general filthiness to the place. Most of the soda dispenser heads have carbonated water pouring out of places it shouldn’t be coming from. Use the napkin you wet drying your hands to wipe off a dirty table.
This place gives McDonalds a bad name.

This is a brand new McDonald’s right next to Lush Burger and AJ’s. This place is either understaffed, or poorly trained. I have eaten breakfast (on a weekday, 9am) and lunch (noon on a Saturday) and both times the place was dirty. Counters, soda area, floor, all looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a day or two.
This is too bad, as this is a brand new place.
Service was slow, and unhappy. My food orders (both meals) were wrong.
This shouldn’t be a big suprise if they are owned by the same people that own FLW & 101.
