This little truck serves up some of the most authentic tacos in the Seattle metro. Cheap, too — our family of three filled up on carne asada tacos for around $ 13. It is definitely worth the drive over to White Center.

The food is great, with good portions and reasonable prices. They usually have a special that’s super cheap. I’ve been coming here for years and have taken more than one road trip here to bring friends from downtown. The staff is friendly and will take special requests, like adding fresh avocado to my favorite dish, the tacos carnitas. The tacos carnitas also come with a side of pickled veggies. The horchata is yummy too! They have seating at picnic tables in a covered tent next to the taco truck that’s always clean and tidy. It’s always busy, but I’ve never had to wait very long. There’s also a stand next to these guys in the same parking lot that sells roasted corn. You should give this place a try!

Lots of great options here, but the tacos stand out the most. Do not overlook the fish tacos! This is the one place where I’ll always go for the fish, and I’m not even a big fan of seafood. The lightly battered and fried white fish under a healthy dose of cabbage, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro on corn tortillas. Simple perfection achieved with the right combination of ingredients.

This place is hands down the best(inexpensive) joint for good authentic Mexican food in Seattle. The atmosphere isnt much but they’ve made an effort and provide an enclosed patio dining area. You order and pick up food thru the little food truck windows. We ordered the burrito plate and mulitas(adobado and Carne Asada). The plate was accompanied with rice, beans and a dollop of guacamole and sour cream. I will definitely be getting this plate again. The mulitas were excellent. The adobado mulita comes with a thick spread of guacamole Service was standard. Nothing out of the ordinary. I’ll definitely be back!!! They have parking. I want to try the elotes truck. I wanna have my birthday here.

I tried tacos and burritos here. It was okay, but there was something missing. I had carne asada tacos and a carne asada burrito. The boyfriend enjoyed the burrito and from California we have high expectations. I thought the tacos and burritos were just okay, but still trying to find the right taco place. It just seemed like something was missing. I did find everything I was looking for in a taco truck: waiting in line, paying the cheap prices, and the lady that took my order was okay. I think she got annoyed that I asked for extra stuff like onions and jalapenos.

Good Mexican food at a great price! The $ 1.99 special burrito is fantastic!!! The enchiladas chipotles and ranchero plates are also wonderful!!!

Best tacos/burritos in the Western portion of Seattle. If you are one who appreciates great, authentic taco truck fare, this is sure to satisfy. Also amazing, but not nearby, Taqueria Asdero in the Rainier Valley is the only other place that compares. I guess it all comes down to how far you’re willing to travel for the best burritos and tacos the 206 has to offer… go to these trucks if you give two beans about good Mexican food…

I love this place! You know it’s good becuase it’s packed all the time. If u want cheap authentic eats then this is the place to go. I could prob eat it everyday but not good for my diet. I loved the grilled onion I walkways ask for extra. Lunch special 3 tacos, rice and beans and soda for 5.99! Omg that’s like almost free! I love Mexican food thanks to this place.

Tasty Mexican food. Really cheap. Went there 3 times. 2 times, the beef was perfectly cooked. The third time, it was overcooked. However it will be hard to find tacos as cheap as here. A good place to come for cheap Mexican food!

If you’re into taco truck-style food, you’ll love this place. I’d wager it’s the best in the Seattle-Bellevue area. I usually go for the tacos and mulitas. When I just want to get full for cheap, I get the chicken enchilada special for $ 3.99. It’s cheap, fast, tastes good, and healthier than most drive-through food. I don’t think you can go wrong with that.

Got the pork tacos was good but mediocre. The pricing appears to be ok, there is some business when we went but we didn’t wait too long. Probably be back.

I needed to eat corn at the Roasted Corn Stand and once I got there I also needed to eat a taco at La Fondita #2. And get an horchata. We got 4 tacos con queso, a coke, and an horchata and spent $ 8.74. We went with 2 carnitas and 2 asada. The asada were my favorite. The fact that I can get corn and a taco or 2 on the cheap and throw in an horchata or a jarrito makes me oh so happy. I’m already thinking about going back. Mmmm tacos…

I briefly mentioned this spot in another review for the Roasted Corn Stand which is right next to this place. The hubs and I are big fans of this place! Though we typically get the same type of thing at most taco trucks(tacos and mulitas, if they have them) we do really enjoy what we usually get here! Our choice of meat here is their carne asada. Service is pretty prompt, price is comparable to taco trucks(very affordable). They also have a covered area next to the truck for you to sit and enjoy your tacos, should you decide to hang out and eat there for a moment. Maybe one of these days we’ll venture and try something else. But for now, carne asada tacos here are de-LISH!

I had order the 5(steak) tacos & steak torta… I do have to say… It was delicious! I honestly can say the best tacos ever! The torta was good as well! Now the only down side to this food truck was the wait… I honestly can say that I waited ATLEAST25 min to 30 mins for my food… Ridiculous! Granted they also take phone orders and I noticed that they were getting there orders much faster… Which I don’t think is fair… Especially when your standing in the rain… No Bueno! Other than the wait… I think the next time I will go I will definitely be calling in my order!

Sicker than your average/Poppa twist taco off instinct TK x Chautime Ep. 3 Biggie would definitely get down at this joint. Taqueria La Fondita Truck is a diamond in the rough. In general, White Center got the spots if you want authenticity. Reasons why you should turn up here on a Taco Tuesday: 1.) Cheap af x great quality 2.) The BEST adobada(spicy pork) tacos I’ve had so far. Must try. 3.) The flava flav — FLAVOR. Won’t disappoint. 4.) No bitch-ass, tiny-ass tortillas either 5.) Elote stand conveniently adjacent 6.) Only that real shit

Use to eat here all the time when I lived in Seattle. I would have to say almost everything I’ve had has been on par to authentic and extremely good with pricing. This is also a truck you don’t have worry about, def not a «roach coach.»

I’m not sure why it took me so long to try this food truck’s menu, considering I live fairly close to it. And yet now I also feel a little cursed for living near it. As someone who lived in SoCal, it has been such a struggle to find decent Mexican food here. The prices are good and you don’t get a gutbomb-sized portion. I appreciate that. Peeked into the truck and it looks clean. The truck is always busy at lunch and dinner times but worth the wait(and search for parking) for some tasty Taquitos or Taco plate. It seems many customers order here and also grab Mexican corn from the truck directly across from it. That’s what I’m doing next time! Thank goodness for this place. Just need to exercise WILLPOWER.

I’m not a big fan of tacos. That being said, when I want them, I want them to be good. Don’t judge a truck by it’s cover. While this truck is unassuming, you can expect some really good food. I tend to see this truck at special events a few times a year. I’m not a «taco expert.» I can tell you that this truck puts out a quality product at a reasonable price. Reasonable? Sorry, I mean cheap! Choose your meat, drop some sauce on it and you’re good to go. I’d be hard pressed to spend more than $ 10 at this truck on any given visit. Good flavors, nice portions, and quick service. Win! If there’s one wish I had, it would be that I could get to this truck more often.
