Maybe it’s just been a very long time since I’ve bought anything at Starbucks, but it seems I was ripped off. I recently paid $ 3.60 for a tall strawberry acai refresher – and it was nearly all ice. I felt like I’d flushed my money down the toilet.
Oh, and it’s always freezing in there. Turn down the air conditioner, please.

Normally I don’t complain about my coffee’s. I mean seriously, my Starbuck’s card stays loaded… BUT today I ordered the new cherry blossom frap… it did not come as described for one, then when I got it, I didn’t get a chance to taste until I got down the street from the store. The drink was disgusting. I tried several times but was unable to drink the Frap. I wanted you all to know that this was not a good choice or suggestion as I saw this on the chalkboard. I can even rate this because there is no negative button. I’m not happy, money wasted.

This is my favorite Starbucks to hang out in. Got my free birthday Venti Quad Soy Latte which is what I always order. Also, tried for first time their Morning Roll. Was shocked how great it was. Haven’t enjoyed one this good since the 90’s at a long gone but never forgotten bakery out at Bodaga Harbor. Very impressed with both selections plus fast friendly service where baristas know all the regulars names.

worker can’t make a Foam only aka Dry Quad Cappuccino.

Dry/​Foam Only Cappuccino as specifically requested came with at least ¾ cup full of milk with foam on top.
worker said she would re-​do it if i wanted.
If I wanted a re-​do i would have requested a re-​do when i ordered it.
This has happened twice same person.
So I will no longer utilize this location… they could probably care less but it matters to me.

First off let me start off saying I’m not one of those «usual» coffee connoisseur. I’ll usually get a latte or another drink on one of those days I need a pick-​me-​up. As far as Starbucks goes, this place puts out great drinks. On point. The only negatives I can say is first the location, in particular, the parking lot. Not much they can do. The second would be you do not get that usual coffee shop cheerful attitude and smile at this location. Been there a handful of times and the baristas either seem stressed out or seemed burdened by my presence. I’m not someone who needs excellent customer service or consoling but when I need coffee a nice smile usually helps to start the day off. Not sure if this is the reflection of management or just the location. It is definitely not enough to turn me off from this shop. Will return for their product they produce.

This is hands down the best Starbucks I’ve been to! Management trains well – both in customer service and drinks are always as they should be. Starbucks itself a bit pricey – but when I want a frappucino splurge I know if I go here it will be made right. The same can’t be said of all locations. Have had a lot if inconstancies in other stores w quality – but never here – always good.

I love this location! The coffee is the consistently good product I expect from Starbucks. But more than that, the whole staff is friendly and go out of their way to remember everyone and make all their customers feel special.

This is not your ordinary Starbucks. Marie and her staff are simply the best — always friendly and helpful and the coffee is consistently very good. Every person who works at this Starbucks is awesome — I’ve seen them under extreme pressure dealing with some pretty crazy demands from customers and somehow they keep it together and keep on smiling. It’s always a nice part of my day to take a break for some coffee here.

It’s fashionable to rag on Starbucks, especially in Sebastopol, but nothing doing. The staff are all, without an exception, very friendly and personable and the vibe flows through the joint. Meaning instead of sullen looking customers trying hard to look like they don’t care, the clientele are pretty friendly too.
I like to work out of here from time to time and there’s plenty of space, outlets and bandwidth to do so

I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review but I had to with this Starbucks. Every single worker in that place is incredibly nice! They are all genuinely nice and polite and I enjoy supporting their store. I highly recommend this spot if you’re in need of great food, drinks and service.

This is my second office. Marie and her staff rock. Always friendly, great atmosphere.
Love the outdoor table, music and the vibe.
Plus Starbucks loyalty reward program is great. I usually only get a small coffee, but when my free drink reward comes in, I can get the biggest fanciest drink they got.

I come into this Starbucks every so often when I need a pick me up. The workers here are generally nice and quick. It is often busy in here though so lines get long.
Why I give them only «okay» stars is because the drinks I get here aren’t always good. I love refreshers and get them all the time. But here when I get them the ice fills up most of the cup which is one of my biggest pet peeves!!! I’m not paying for ice! I never have that happen at other Starbucks so its a bit annoying to have to always specify light ice here.

Not my favorite, but it’s close.
Parking situation is wonky. It’s a big lot, but… There is a physical rehab clinic that seems to think the entire parking lot to the strip mall is theirs. Very few slots for large vehicles.
The older employees are friendly, the younger seem more concerned when their next break is or shift is over. The majority of the staff is slow and you’ll often find a wait here. They’ve got a nice seating area, but you’ll be lucky to catch one of the nice seats not filled by some half asleep senior citizen. The drink prep station is much to large for the volume of customers they get. Therefore switching between drinks takes them too long. They don’t seem to grasp the concept of multitasking either. It’s one drink at a time…
They have messed up my drinks on more than one occasion with a handful of visits.
I’m likely to return due to it’s location, but I’m not a fan. Still looking for a better option.
