I had my entire house re-​done with new windows coverings after first purchasing window coverings from a vendor in Cottonwood that had not lasted and needed frequent maintenance. Aileen was fantastic to work with, suggested colors that turned out to be a perfect match for my house and helped design a mix of shades that addressed upgrades in my highest priority areas but some that saved money in other areas. The installation was completed on time and with no issues. I have had one maintenance issue since they were originally installed and Aileen was extremely responsive, had someone out that day to look at them. I would use Smart Windows again and recommend this company without reservations.

We bought a second home in Sedona this year which was brand new so needed all new window coverings throughout, large windows and specific needs. We got motorized duettes in some windows, blackout in some, panel shades (might be the wrong term) over the sliding doors. Aileen was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable about color and good suggestions. I changed my mind a few times and she just rolled with it. The installation was easy and perfect and swift.
There was a little snafu which turned out to be 100% my misperception (one window was tinted and the other not which had nothing to do with the window treatment, just how the sun was coming in). Aileen rolled with my anxiety over thinking a mistake had been made and would have gone the distance to resolve it if it had actually been something to resolve. As it turned out, I just learned that in the house not all the windows have the same tint – no big deal.
The prices here were SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER than a competitor (I’m talking over $ 1000) and honestly the suggestions made were more «artistic» for lack of a better word. I would refer this business to anyone in the area seeking window treatments!

When we first moved to town, we needed high quality window coverings in a very short time period. We were lucky enough to find Aileen and her company, and she came through for us. She provided wonderful service with high quality products. Everyone should take a lesson from her on servicing a customer!

your rebuttal, again places blame elsewhere, well If the fault was not yours –why don’t you name this vendor? We hired you, Smart Windows — you failed to provide the product. We found a vendor out of Cottonwood who was accurate, transparent and better value for cost.
