I walked out this afternoon empty handed at 2:30, there were 3 people ahead of me waiting to order .and waiting… and wsiting. There was one employee at rhe drive up and no one else, except the burger flipper. I gave up. Sedona McDonalds is now the second worst in the Verde Valley.

Location: I’m in downtown Sedona Arizona I feel that I am at the bottom of the Grand Canyon this absolutely beautiful you’ll definitely be impressed just by your surroundings. This is going to be a quick review the McDonald’s is one the only McDonald’s in the entire world with turquoise arches instead of the golden arches the city did not want the yellow/gold because it would not match with the environment so they put the turquoise ones I did have a picture there, it is absolutely stunning surroundings I can’t even express how beautiful it is but you deathly want to check out the city are the town whatever you call this place but it is very beautiful, I’ve gotten off track now, So back to McDonald’s it is a very Adobe style building the managers name is Drake cook very clean restaurant with unisex bathrooms very strange, But there still private so don’t worry about that it is a small McDonald’s but very fast and clean, Come check it out. Pricing: For pricing at your standard every day price for everything so not in a comment about that.

Saw this cool McDonald’s while driving to Devil’s Bridge on a day trip to Sedona and knew I had to stop in for late lunch/early dinner. There’s a unique draw to this location in that it is the only McDonald’s with arches that are not gold. I asked the staff the reason behind the turquoise logo and they advised it was due to Sedona’s city code that regulates the colors of signs for city businesses must blend in with the environment. I found it very interesting that a company like McDonald’s would bend for such a local stipulation given its otherwise uniformity across the world. Now on to the food. I can say with total certainty that the quality of my quarter pounder with cheese was far and away better than other McDonald’s locations. I know that probably sounds funny but it’s the truth! Something is definitely fresher about the food here. Whether you’re in need of a unique tourist landmark or a good bite to eat that’s fast and inexpensive, this is your stop.

Worst service of my life literally… First of all they forgot everyone’s freaking cups! Then they only gave our friend half of his meal what the heck and then when I went to grab my food it wasn’t even there! The worker had said someone took it but that’s bs because nobody else had it and also they only gave us 2 ranches. Overall, it was the worst McDonald’s in the history of all McDonald’s! Don’t even let the cool turquoise«M» logo fool you its all a gimmick. It is meant to cover up how ridiculously grotesque the service is. Do not come here. Obviously the mcnuggets were still bomb…

One of the better McD’s I’ve been to food taste wise. Fries were fresh and the Coke was refreshingly«new» tasting. The only downsides, need to be better about taking out the trash because all the cans both in and outside were overflowing and the men’s restroom was disgusting(note it was an all female staff that I could see so maybe they neglect it unknowingly?)…

I’m not a big fan of McDonald’s but they do have a place in the retail food business. We use them when traveling to new areas for a quick snack or breakfast. We were in Sedona for a week of golf with a group and McDonald’s was just across the street from our hotel. I went to them 3 times and each time, it was real disaster,. The grist time was when my wife wanted an ice cream cone. We walked in and there was only one person in line. We waited and waited and waited. It took them over 5 minutes to take care of the singe customer. Then it became our turn to order. We ordered on ice cream cone and one Crispy Chicken Salad. This should have been a very quick order to fill since the salads are made up in advance and the ice cream comes out of a machine! Nope, we ended up waiting for palmist 10 minutes!!! We felt like walking out but they had our money! It ended up taking 15 minutes for something that should have b been 2 or 3 minutes! The next time was to order a Deluxe Quarter Pounder late at night. Again, I had to wait but worse, yet, was that the sandwich was overloaded with mayo! There was excess mayo oozing out of the sides! I had to scrape off a bunch of mayo to make it edible. And on the last visit, I simply walked out without ordering because I became annoyed at how long it was taking for the counter to take care of the line of customers. This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever experienced!!! Avoid this place!!! Jim

Is these rumors just mere myths or not?! I think NOT!!! Sedona has the only McDonald’s with TEAL arches in the whole entire world– how nifty is that? In such a complex world these days, sometimes the smallest things give you that goofy kiddo Kool-aid smile :) Cool beans to the ultimate funk! I was half-expecting teal logos for the interior décor or maybe a single teal french fry somewhere in my supersized fries(I know it’s not the Willy Wonka factory but the kiddo in me can wish right?) but alas, it is a normal McDonald’s on the inside. Despite that, I still enjoyed inhaling my vanilla cone– it was a sweet treat to beat the triple digit heat! Service was fast & courteous despite the crowds. This is a good location for a family pit stop & photo op as you make your journey to the Grand-tastic Canyon!

McDonalds? Selling your soul Ronald McDonald? The community of Sedona has forced McDonalds to veer from the iconic Golden Arches to replace with teal — seriously? Teal? In an urge for some McDonalds burgers I went ‘in search of’ only to drive past several times — wasting gas costing more than the burgers! My respects to Ronald and family, but what next? Meatless Big Macs at the Sedona McDonald’s?

Experience what McDonald’s would have been like if Ray Kroc had been color blind. «Home of the teal arches.» No golden arches here. The citizens of Sedona protected from the evil color schemes of Ronald McDonald! All in all, a McDonald’s.

The Teal Arch is the only thing different about this McDonald’s from others. The food is HOT, FRESH, and service is friendly and fast.

I grew up getting Happy Meals from the McDonald’s with the«teal green arches», and even today the service is really good. When Manuel’s working, there’s always fresh french fries! :) If you’re looking for a fast food stop while in or on your way through Sedona, McDonald’s is one of the best.

Fast drive through, friendly employees that know what they are doing. The Bacon Clubhouse burger is really good. This is the only Mc Donald’s with green arches, I think something the city required them to do.

Service was awful. Went inside with only two guests in front of me, employee taking orders was slow and incompetent. Had to repeat the order three times, drove through line moves too slow, and for my to go order I was not given napkins or a lid for my drink.

I’ve probably been to more McDonald’s franchises in my life than any other restaurant or fast food place. Others have said it. .. startlingly predictable and hopefully consistent for the most part including the Sedona location. The only thing unusual about this store is the teal arches in lieu of the traditional yellow. .. one of the Sedona Planning and Zoning Commissions’ finest achievements! It’s a small store but since they remodeled it several months ago, it seems to hold more patrons plus they added a few more outdoor tables where that little patch of real grass used to be. You can’t beat their $ 1 ice cream cones and large soft drinks. More recently I’ve sampled and enjoyed the chicken wraps which are filling and pretty tasty. I know a lot of people despise McD’s but not me. .. I actually crave it sometimes. Not my favorite hamburger joint by far but it has something unique that I enjoy and now that they’ve broaden their menu to include some healthier food items, I don’t feel badly about eating here. P. S. Took our grandson and God children there for eats after a day at the pool so we had a pretty large order along with 4 adults. They charged us correctly but failed to deliver a double cheeseburger and order of fries which drives home the absolute necessity that you must inventory your delivered order especially if it’s to go. They also ran out of Powerade at the soft drink fountain and took quite a bit of time to refill it. Lastly, there were a few flies buzzing around us in the dining room which was unfortunate although we’ve noticed the presence of flies in other establishments around town lately.

In terms of the food, McDonald’s is the same wherever you go. What’s unique about this particular McD’s in Sedona, Arizona is that it’s the only one in the world that has teal green arches in their logo. This was a requirement by the city in order to preserve the natural look and feel of the surroundings.
