An absolutely unbeatable venue for gazing at the beautiful red rocks of Sedona. A lovely outdoor eating area and a great ambiance inside as well. Unfortunately, the burgers which they tout and costing $ 15 are a big disappointment. Blah sandwich condiments and a small meat patty. Save your money.

Great local restaurant, tucked away in the back of some shops. Great service and atmosphere. Excellent charcuterie platter!

Dined here for lunch based on reviews. The patio and view were wonderful. The menu had many great options… something for everyone in our party. We enjoyed everything we ordered and would dine here again in a heartbeat. In fact we recommended it to several people we encountered at our hotel.

We had a wonderful lunch. Even though we thought we were after the lunch crowd the patio was still full. Since it was a beautiful day we decided to wait for a table on the patio and have a drink at the bar. Great drinks! Finally, our table was ready and we had a awesome view of the mountains while we ate our lunch. Well worth the wait! We decided to share our meal because everything looked so good. We started with the corn chowder(Yum)…Then on to the Spinach & Artichoke Dip(Getting Better), and finally the Butternut Squash Ravioli(Wow). This was our best lunch of the weekend trip and management and servers were just awesome and attentive. This is a must if you are in Sedona for the weekend!

Presentation was as good as the food. We had the beef and bleu and swordfish with calamari and both agreed ours was the best. Vegetables were grilled perfectly.

Decided to try this new restaurant out during our trip to Sedona this January. It’s not as expensive as many of the restaurants in Sedona and the food is much more tasty. The service was friendly and frequent, which was nice since we didn’t have to search for our waiter when we needed something. The food was delicious, I had the Butternut Stuffed Ravioli. Definitely worth going to. I’d eat there again. Don’t want to forget that the view of Sedona is great, especially if you sit outdoors on the patio. Will add more to this later.

Stopped for a light lunch. Sadly, no gluten free beer or cider on the menu. We split the spinach and artichoke dip and the chicken ranch lollipop drumsticks. Both were good but neither memorable. No wait at 1 pm. The place has a wonderful view(floor to ceiling windows) and were it warmer a nice patio to take the views in.

The corn chowder was great and so was the décor. We had the bruschetta trio which was excellent. I also loved my fig mule but my fiancé wasn’t as crazy about his drink(big Jon?) overall positive but we ate in the lounge since it was busy. The Hudson salad was great and huge.

Went there for dinner on a Thursday night, and it was amazing! The Meyer lemon and fennel bruschetta was a must! I will definitely come back. It’s a little hard to find in that it’s in the back of the shopping complex.

A great night out! I got the butternut squash ravioli and had to stop myself from licking the plate it was so tasty! We were there at night but it looked like they have a nice patio/balcony space too. It’s a little loud but not crazy, my husband and I could still hold an easy convo. Additionally upon leaving my bracelet just fell off and I didn’t notice until we had left town. I contacted the restaurant, who had found and held onto the bracelet, and they mailed it back to me without any problems.

Simply amazing all around. I was impressed from the moment I was greeted. I had a glass of champagne with strawberry. I was there on Valentine’s Day for lunch and was surprised at how we were taken care of even without a reservation on a holiday. I had their amazing cheese board and ravioli dish. We will definitely be back when we are in town.

Lunch at the bar on a Tuesday, the place was packed. Hamburger and tuna salad sandwich were both very good, and large enough to split. Fries were very good. Bloody Mary with mix made in house was heavy on horseradish yet quiet enjoyable. Service was perfect by a very nice bartender.

What great food and service! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is cuz it’s pretty loud, but that’s because they are super busy and rightly so! Btw– if you’re super picky about your steak being correctly cooked– have no worries.

All wee excellent as was the dessert of peanut butter chocolate mousse cake. Good service and excellent drinks. Out the door for 2 adults and a child for 100 bucks incl tip.

This was our last evening in Sedona and my husband & I were looking forward to a nice dinner, in a comfortable environment. This was not an unreasonable expectation, as all of our dining experiences in Sedona, had been nothing less than highly satisfying. Imagine my surprise that The Hudson fell terribly short. In fact, the vibe & food was less than positive. First up, we were seated at a small table, in the corner, against the wall. Because we did not have reservations, I will omit from complaining about our lack of any kind of view and/or the fact that there were empty tables, perhaps being held for people with reservations? Second, our server Dylan K, was just okay. He was highly average & did nothing that made our dinner any better. He took our dinner orders without sharing the evening specials or offering any recommendations. Brought our drinks & offended us. Which brings me to my last comment on this establishment. As we were eating our entrees, which were very salty-salmon & beef, I overheard a different server, at the table next to ours, share with her patrons, the evening specials. My husband & I wondered why Dylan K had neglected to inform us of the specials. When Dylan K returned, I asked him if there were specials that evening. He stated that the special was a Sea Bass. When I asked him why he had not told us of the evening special, his response was ‘it was $ 44,’ as if the cost was too expensive for us. Nothing else needs to be said. While in Sedona, we were the guest at The Inn Above Oak Creek, and the Inn Keeper recommended several restaurants when we first arrived. He did mention The Hudson & shared that he had not eaten there or received any feedback. I did not hesitate to share our experience with him. With all the wonderful selections of eating establishments in Sedona, that have outstanding views, attentive & engaging servers & highly satisfying food, I would not recommend The Hudson as one of them.

Great new place. After reading all of the reviews I had my heart set on trying the corn chowder. What a great choice! Probably the highlight of the meal. My wife and I weren’t incredibly hungry so we decided to split the chowder, some bruschetta, and a burger. It was just the right amount of food. All very well prepared and served beautifully. I’ll definitely be going back.

Amazing! The food was absolutely amazing the service was spot on! the view incredible! And the prices are right! Our server seemed a little scripted but answered all my questions! And the ones he didn’t know he seeked out the information and gave it to me, that’s awesom! I think is name is Philip

It was so delicious that we came here two days in a row for a late lunch on our ladies trip to Sedona. The spinach and artichoke dip was the best I have ever had. THEBEST. I had the kale salad with salmon. The salmon melted in my house. Delicious!

Amazing! We are from the Hudson area in New York and ran into some people out here that relocated there store from Nyack New York. They told us we had to try this place. We had the corn chowder, Cesar salad, butternut squash ravioli and the chicken scaloppine. Omg so yum! And to top it all off we had there freshly baked cookie with vanilla ice cream. I wish this place was near us in Los Angeles! Our waitress faith was really attentive!

We happened upon this place by accident, and found out it had not yet been open even three weeks. The owner used to have a restaurant years ago in the same location but closed it down. Our waitress told us that it was a famous and well liked. I can tell you that my husband and I liked the new restaurant a lot. I had shrimp and scallops ‘in a bag’ and my husband had the fillet with blue cheese, mashed potatoes and vegetables. We both greatly enjoyed our dinners. Everything was beautifully prepared and cooked perfectly. Everything was seasoned perfectly as well. Additionally I had the Hudson margarita, and it was fan-tabulous! In fact I had two! There is a beautiful view from the dining room over looking Sedona and the surrounding hills. The night lights are beautiful. It looked to us as though the majority of the clientele that night were locals. We couldn’t have been more pleased to have happened upon this little gem. The chocolate and peanutbutter dessert was wonderful and very rich. We couldn’t finish it. You need to check this place out.
