IHOP

THIS PLACE SUCKS… They dilute the coffee, the milk, the tea and I think they dilute the water. This IHOP IS THE WORST. COLD FOOD BAD SERVICE. BUGS on the carpet. This place needs to be shut down.
I few foreigners own this place and don’t care about Americans, they told me. I will never go back. And you supposed to go to a place to eat that’s warm. And they are so cheap they didn’t want to turn on the heat. Good bye… And farewell

IHOP at it’s best is decent breakfast food. Nothing fancy or unique but it gets the job done.
This location is a claustrophobes mild nightmare. There is no airflow in there and there just isn’t enough room for the traffic they try to allow flow through. I avoid this location, except for carry out when a cheap omelette that will keep me full for 10 hours sounds good. Not to mention the omelettes come with pancakes. This appeals to my gluttonous side, but I really never want to be in there.

Seriously just served us MOLDY TOAST!!! Overheard the manager dude actually say, «its not that bad.» Are you kidding me??? He never came by the table. The waitress was mortified and apologetic. She made it right, so this star is ALL hers. Oh and the three anemic pieces of avocado were both rock hard and had black spots. I will never be back.

IHOP tends to be my family’s go-​to food restaurant for big events like after my high school graduation or for my late birthday dinner, mainly due to the fact that they are actually open 24 hours. This location is probably still the best IHOP out of the other IHOPs that we’ve visited, regardless of if we have a group of 4 or 14.
Service is always great here at IHOP. The servers we get are always on top of waiting our tables. Last night, my group of 14 had minimal wait time for water refills, extra straws, napkins, and condiments. Our server was more than willing to send food back to the kitchen to be fixed. He was very courteous about it and never tried to rush our dinner.
I had to knock their rating down from my last review because of a food/​quality issue. One of my guests had ordered an appetizer of chicken and fries to share. We started eating, and it was pretty good. But, once we were about three-​quarters of the way finished, we noticed a hair underneath one of the chicken strips. A light-​brown colored piece of hair (that definitely did not match any of our black hair) was hidden underneath the chicken strip. That was pretty gross, and we pointed it out to our waiter. He did a great job at remedying the situation though by apologizing on behalf of IHOP and then providing my guest with a fresh batch of the dish. Obviously it wasn’t our waiter’s fault, but we were able to clearly see the lady, with hair color matching the one on our plate, who was working in the kitchen without a hair-​net on. There is no reason why anyone in the kitchen who has hair should ever opt-​out of wearing a hair net.
Let me repeat that.

Pony-​tail holders and hair clips work wonders. Utilize that, then put a hair net on. Because finding that in food is just plain gross.

We usually enjoy IHop but this place was the worst. They cramped customers in the small side of the restaurant and tried to have us «share» a small table with another couple. This was because they were understaffed. By the time we got the food, it was cold. Butter wouldn’t melt on the pancakes. Eggs were over cooked. Service wasn’t good being that they were understaffed. Not a good experience. Will not go back to this IHOP.

First, our overly chatty waitress couldn’t stop talking and place our order. She wondered why service was so slow.
Second, they brought out two sausage links on a saucer and the pancake stack on a saucer. There wasn’t room to put syrup on the pancakes because the saucer was so small. I wish I had looked at the pancakes carefully, because…
Third, I had a short, curly hair underneath my pancakes. The waitress replaced my food at that point. (They didn’t comp it but spent lots of time hyping the charity pancakes on sale the next day.)
Fourth, there were children drinking syrup out of the pitchers. When we told the wait staff about it, they shrugged and did nothing. The cashier said it should be ok — the staff wipes the table items down about once a week. UGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH.
FYI: Big Biscuit, a far better restaurant down the street, wipes down all table items daily.
I will never set foot in an IHOP again. Gross. Gross. Gross.

Simply Amazing
You can’t go wrong with IHOP
Customer service was amazing, pancakes can’t be beat and the desserts were divine.

Food is great. This location in particular always seems understaffed. The service is always mediocre at best. Tonight we were waited on by some kid. Who was very poorly trained may I add.
Normally, I am not the type of person to complain about service unless it gets to a certain point.
The waitress that sat us took our drink order, and said someone would be right with us. It took over ten minutes for anyone to come by and get our order.
Then it took another 30 minutes to get our food out. It was 10pm. There were only two other tables besides us in the whole restaurant. Our waiter took our order and we never saw him again. He never came back. Instead another woman, who I believe was the manager began taking care of his tables.
We never got an apology for the wait on our food or the poor service we received. The only reason we frequent this location is because it’s close to home and the food is what it is. However, it will be a while before we go back… If we ever do.

Most likely understaffed, most times. Food is decent, not necessarily worth what you pay. Service generally always bad, at best. Love the egg whites and wheat toast. All in all, it’s 2:00, it’s breakfast, eat it and enjoy.

Very long wait because understaffed. Manager looked like he hadn’t change clothes in days! Food was as expected.

I love my Cinna-​French toast. Mmmmm! Decent IHOP, same value, fresh/​hot food, and usually attentive service.

The Swedish crepes are the best!!! The place clean and staff nice and attentive. As a whole though, I-​Hop could use more of a variety of potatoes.

Favorite dish — harvest grain pancakes with bananas cooked inside — yummy with no syrup and they fill you up! I order them as a side with the country omelet (minus onions) and they make two full meals for me.

pretty good customer service. scrambled eggs were over-​cooked and made my tummy hurt for 8 hours or more.
