This is hands down the best yogurt place I’ve been to in a long time. There’s so many options of toppings! The fruits were all fresh which is what I normally look for. I had the euro tart with raspberry, mango, blueberry and kit kat topping and it was so good! I will have to come back to try other unique flavors. I love how the yogurt is not too sweet or heavy and I can choose the amount I would like to have. The place was clean and staff was friendly and polite. I would recommend this place!

Walked in and the girl didnt say hi or even bother to walk out of the backroom. I had to ring the bell to have her come out so she could give me a couple sample cups. She immediately went back to the back room. Walked up front a couple times to see if we were ready but walked straight back to where she could be on her phone and doing whatever else shes doing back there. The owners really need to reconsider her employment here. Lots of flavors to choose from, but horrible customer service. Cant even get a smile out of the girl

Horrible customer service but unfortunately the only bubble tea place close by… But the drinks are actually good. Froyo is ok.

We tolerate this yogurt shop because the yogurt is pretty good despite being more expensive than most. Tonight I went at 8:20(Google says they are open until 9:30 and the little hand written sign on the door says 9pm) and when I walked in, the girl behind the counter said«Sorry but today is my last day and I already turned everything off.» I’m pretty used to the staff being less than friendly but tonight takes the cake.

I don’t live in the area, but when I’m up in Snoqualmie on a nice day it’s a great place to get a cold treat. They have a TON of great toppings and syrups. They also offer smoothies and bubble tea.

Just stopped by, but it was closed. The hours posted here are not the hours that were placed on a paper on the door. When will businesses learn that updating social media is necessary for business? Don’t plan on going anywhere near«closing» if you want to actually get froyo. I won’t be back anytime soon, or at all. I’ll drive a bit further to a place that I know will be open.

Although this is a place for ice cream and yogurts, they also serve Vietnamese sandwich. The sandwich is little smaller in size. But tastes yummy. It is good, if you are not very hungry and want to top it off with a desert. The environment is inviting. There was only one person in the shop. So there may be slight delay.

I too wish I could give 0 stars. I have been to this place a few times and often will go out of my way to issaquah to go to peaks. I took my 2 boys there last week against my better judgement, as I think there fro yo is horrible. My eldest son is allergic to red food dye and when I asked the worker for a list of ingredients he had no idea. I got them both chocolate and fudge brownie figuring that after all fro yo is a healthy option and it shouldn’t have red dye, well not at cherry de Pon. My son broke out into massive hives all over his body and lasted a week. It was miserable. Furthermore I em the owner requesting that they leave a list of ingredients for their employees to refer to, of course I never heard back. Please don’t waste your money on this expensive, horrible and unhealthy fro yo.

I wish I could give no stars. I am a Boba Head and they ruined my balls. I tried to give the guy behind the counter a little credit but when he told me he makes all the tapioca himself that morning I just couldn’t muster the stones to tell him to his face that it was crap. The tapioca was hard like little nasty slime covered dog jerky. I wanted to spit it out, but I’m an adult and that is inappropriate. Needless to say my lady and I went across the street to the coffee place across the corner and got some fraps.

I had to stop going to Cherry de Pon when the staff started recognizing me as a regular. Whenever a friend in this area asks«where can I get good froyo around here?» I always recommend CdP. I’d like it if they carried more than one dairy free flavor at a time, but I understand that they’re less popular. I usually get whatever dairy free flavor is available, plus a little bit of the low or no sugar options(love that they hav

After a birthday dinner on the ridge — my date and I decided to get ourselves some happy birthday fro yo. Fro Yo: Pretty good — decent flavors to chose from and nice and creamy Toppings: They had quite a few fun ones to pick from, though some of them seemed a little stale to me. Also, I noticed they’re often mis-labeled so really watch what you’re putting in your cup. Service: The girl was nice enough though I think her friend was there doing her homework or something and the girl working really only talked to her friend. Atmosphere: They have quite a few seating options which is nice and were showing old school cartoons so that was fun to watch while we munched our yogurt. Price: Totally comparable to other fro yo joints in town. Additionally: This may seem strange — but the spoons are kind of weird. They’re not really sturdy and I wouldn’t be surprised if they broke on people while using them.

We love this place, but it frustrates us to no end as well. You see we go there mainly for the Bubble Tea and about half of the time they have run out of the tapioca bubbles!

We had yogurt. My kids love the place. Its just ok to me. The plus is that there are lots of flavors and tons of toppings. The frozen yogurt itself doesn’t seem all that creamy to me, and the flavors didn’t really pop. It could really just be the flavors I tried though. The place is clean and new. Staff was friendly. For ice cream I guess it’s on par with cost as other places around, although I was a little surprised that the small portions I allowed me and my kids turned out to be a 10 spot. My guess is that we will be back from time to time since the kids really like it. I’ll still be sprinkling in visits to other local faves like MyCakes. It’s good to have another ice cream place around again, so I hope it does well.

I work over Snoqualmie a lot, and notice that this is a new store in the location. They just have their grand opening on Thursday, and it was so busy so I decided to come back later. On Saturday night, I came here and it was still busy. There was only 2 girls who works there. I decided to get one of their drink, but not sure about the type to get. Those two girls were really helpful, and patiently explaining to me what is the different between those drink(which is pretty complicated to me) and at the end I got my smoothie since I’m not much into flavor drink and real fruit is or course better for you. Nice new place and also good customer service. Definitely will come back soon when I’m around in town.
