Pizza Plus

Place was a pig sty! 8:30pm on a Sunday and only 1 table of people… when I mentioned that I was new to the business and found the filthy littered floor to be quite disgusting and a terrible first impression I was told they had a busy hour. There is no way that was only an hour or even two hours worth of trash everywhere. And I mean everywhere!!! Owner should be made aware of his/​her filthy business.
Then I get home and here’s a picture of the carrot sticks we were given,
really? Would anyone eat these black spotted carrots? What kind of employee would serve that to a customer? Oh!, I know! The same employees that let customers come into a pig sty.
Owner (s) make note– your employees don’t give a damn about you or your business. Shame on you for not being more diligent Too bad, your pizza is good, but now makes me wonder how dirty the kitchen is
Ordered a heart shaped pizza. Did not get a heart shaped pizza. Trying to get up pic of the rotted carrots… you may just have to believe me if I cannot get pic.

This Pizza Plus location really is bad. It is such a shame because we use to frequent pizza plus, and we do still come here occasionally. They really cannot seem to get an order right to save their lives. During a PPV fight a few weeks ago, we placed a large order. We were told what time to come and get it. I showed up at that time and waited… and waited… and waited… I waited an additional half an our. I was irritated but did semi-​expect it due to the fact that it was a fight night and we expected them to be busy. I got all the way home only to realize that the order was wrong! I was LIVID. I called and they told me that they could bring out new wings (which would take an hour and a half) or they could credit free wings to my account. I took the credit. Went to Pizza Plus last night, only to have them get the order wrong again. Only half of our order came out. They told us they would hurry up and fix it and bring it right out. 20 mins later, no one was hungry anymore. What a waste! So unfortunate because when the food is good it is very good, however the service at this location is just bad.

The only reason they get one star was because my husband likes the wings. Both times we have been here we waited over an hour for our order. This time, the pizza was even a little burnt. As we are sitting here, looking at the burnt pizza, we are still waiting for the wings. Plus, the salad bar is more like a lettuce bowl. We will not be back…
Update: fries and wings finally arrived. Fries are cold.

Ugh, what can I say positive? Not much. Food got burned, and I ordered a ton of food for our family. They didn’t even get our order right. Customer service isn’t any good either. We waited almost an hour and a half for our food. Probably would get a delivery faster. I gave two stars because some of our food and price wasn’t that bad, just disappointed about the burnt food and so on.

This is the third time I order from this location and the quality of the food just keeps getting worse. From getting wings that were over cooked, shriveled up to the point of being nonexistent. Then getting halve of my order. Then getting bbq wings and hot wings with no sauce, I couldn’t even tell them apart. I now will happily travel further away from my sparks home to get good, delicious food. This location has completely crushed my hopes of getting anything good from them. EVER!

horrible. showed up at 11:20 for the buffet that starts at 11:30. food slowly trickled out. they brought 1 pizza out for the 5 of us waiting. it’s 11:55 and still no 2^nd pizza. if your going to serve a buffet, serve it properly. some of us come here on our lunch breaks with limited time. if it starts at 11:30 that means food should be ready at 11:30.

You don’t think you want fries with your pizza, but trust me– you want fries with your pizza.

Dont waste your time or money going to the lunch buffett. Old pizza, old fries, and didnt seem like they wanted to put anything new out.

This is probably the worst pizza joint in Reno! Ordered a pizza and a super platter at 6 pm and waited until 8:15 for a cold meal. Customer service was terrible probably because they didn’t hire enough help. I will never eat here again and will encourage my friends to go to other restaurants that will at least take care of the customer…

I once frequented this place for its outstanding buffet that included their fantastic wings. Then, the price slowly but surely crept up. But, because the buffet was so good with its pizza, steak fries, and wings, I kept going. Then, the owner did the stupidest thing, the wings were removed from the buffet. Anyone that knows this place knows that its best asset is the wings. And they take them off the buffet??? Idiot move. And, to add insult to injury, the price increased again. Doh! I haven’t been back since. R.I.P, Pizza Plus. You should change your name to «Pizza Minus Wings»

So I do not appreciate this short haired girl eating celery out of my to go box. Also standing there I CAN SEE YOU. You tucked in your shirt ate some celery talked and took your sweet time all you had to do was walk my almost 100 $ order from that shelf to counter. That was not that hard. Especially for this area there are other places that appreciate our business as our order is no less then 70 $ every time. Please stop hiring these teenagers who have no customer service skills and only have socialization skills.

Horrible service. The staff is socializing most of the time. They come up to us 30 min after I placed my order to «confirm it». They come up to tell me it may be another 10 minutes. Seems like they forgot my order. They probably rushed it. Here’s to hoping I don’t get food poisoning. Never coming here ever again. Stay away.

We went there last night and decided to order the large pizza, full wing combo. The lady took my name and order and read it back to is correctly. We ordered sausage and onion on the pizza and half nitro (sloppy) and half dragon (sloppy) and we were told that it would be 15 minutes. After 20 minutes I inquired about our order, but the girl could not find my order and asked for my receipt. She took a couple more minutes and informed me that they could not find my order most likely because there was no name on my receipt, did I mention that she asked my name when I ordered? She told me that she would rush the order and that it would be 8 – 10 minutes. 15 minutes later we had our order. The pizza and fries were good. The nitro wings were not sloppy as ordered but the dragon were.

Have been ordering here for some time now. But lately they can’t seem to tell time. 34 minute pickup time is now 1:05. Not sure if it’s worth the wait given pizza Barron is 6 blocks away. If they even were the least bit apologetic it would be one thing, but they don’t care a bit

I don’t mind waiting when you’re busy — but it’s a major inconvenience when I call ahead and you tell me 30 minutes, when I get there 20 more and then another 15. Get a system and for goodness sakes be realistic when you give people a time! I ordered at 555pm this evening and was told 30 minutes. It’s 701pm now and the last estimate was 5 more minutes. Next time tell me an hour and I’ll happily wait!
Ps, your people are great but subjecting them to this hangry mob I’m waiting with us unkind! Get your stuff together pizza plus!

We love to get the #4 and it rarely disappoints. While not our usual location, I have to say everything was great. Upgraded the pizza to a mondo on Sunday after working in the yard all day. Pizza was hot, fresh and has a lot of sauce and cheese which we love!
The #4 also comes with a full bucket of wings. We are wimps, so we get mild and can’t complain! Good mix of wings and drumsticks.
And hands down, the best ranch in town of which they give you plenty!

I usually like to keep my reviews positive, but they are ridiculous! I had been ordering pizza from the Vista location the past SEVERAL times, and suddenly they told me no. They said I wasn’t in their delivery zone. The reason I ordered from them in the first place, or even knew that location was there, was because I was told a while ago by the prater location that I wasn’t in their delivery zone! Get your communication skills in order people!

This review is only on there chicken wings. I have had there pizza and it tastes like someone put some pizza sauce on a flip flop and melted some cheese.
But I am not reviewing the pizza.
I have always loved pizza plus wings, going back when they had all you could eat at lunch buffet. I loved it, my doctor did not.
The sauce is what makes these wings. They definitely do not get wings with alot of meat on them. There must be grades to chicken wings, like Jose Canseco size chicken wings to the nerdy kid who does not play sports wings. These wings are just above the nerdy kid and right on the same level as the wall flower at the high school dance. (That was me).
Like. I said before it is the sauce that keeps me coming back. I most of the time order mild. But when i feel wild i will get a order of medium.
I wish i could give them four stars, but i will have to wait to see if they get a better grade of wings, kind of like when i waited at the dance

My oldest son suggested getting pizza here for my youngest sons birthday party. Let’s just say, I should have followed my first instinct, which was trepidation. I should have called ahead as they were really busy. Placed the order and waited almost 45 mins to get two large cheese pizzas! After all of that, the pizza was more greasy than flavor. Never again…

Bumping my review to 4 stars for customer service, customer satisfaction skills and communication.
