Round Table Pizza

Sorry to say very disappointed. I was craving round table pizza, made a date with the husband. Went in at 5:51. We were the only ones in there, ordered and sat down. 40 min later we were still wailing for our pizza. By this time they had sent out at least two drivers, there had been walk ins and other eat in orders. At one hour I went up and asked for my money back my.
I was given my money back and was also given the pizza that just happened to just come out. I took it to go.
Nope I do t believe we will be going there again.
Also noted mop and mop bucket as laying out by the order taking area by a sink etc. hum, not a very good site. There was also a table that obviously had a party at earlier, before we got there. Cut cake etc. the entire time we were there no one came out to clean it up.
The pizza — it was ok, of course cold by the time we got home.

1 hour? 2hours? 3 hours? Still no pizza? Seriously. I understand that New Years Eve is busy but that is why we ordered at 4:45. Online states 60 minutes which we doubted was accurate. Round table was nice enough to call and let me know it would be more like 2 hours, and I was cool with that — I expected it. So I called at 2.5 hours and was told the driver was leaving and we were the first stop. At 3.25 hours I called again and was told the pizza was just coming out and the driver was leaving. I was skeptical and pointed out they had told me that almost an hour earlier. The kids needed to go to bed and our family had already left; I just needed to know if any food at all was truly coming. Sure enough, part of our order (missing a pizza) showed up 30 minutes later. They have promised to refund my credit card and that is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one. Completely unacceptable — tell me the truth when I call (forgot to make our food I’m guessing) so I can make other plans for two very hungry children who waited over 1.5 hours longer than promised for their dinner.

I can not believe the customer service you receive from this location. Rude!!! I will never again use Round Table nor will the rest of my family. Round Table should be ashamed at the quality of their customer service.

Don’t do it dine in… And if you do, you won’t wanna do it again ;) Stick to something like Red Robin… anywhere but THIS Round Table… horrible in every way possible. :(

I LOVE Round Table and always have. The best chain pizza joint ever. My whole life I gone to their restaurants and have never been disappointed. Ill be back over and over.

I was an assistant manager at a round table quite a number of years back and if my restaurant was run the way this one was, the place would close down.
It was raining tonight and the roof was leaking where the cash registers were.
The person taking our order didn’t know what was on the pizza the wanted.
The manager told the same girl that there «wasn’t even a tap for blue moon!» We were looking at the tap
The pizza was underwhelming, it lacked toppings and had several areas where there was clearly bubbles in the dough.
The salad bar was ok, nothing stood out about it either way.
The ladies restroom a horror. Completely filthy, the toilet seat was dirty, the floors were also dirty. The counter top was ok.
We will not be returning to this location.

It has gone from good to bad. It must be under new management or owner. The crust is now thin on a request for regular crust and the peperoni toppings very where few compared to the past. I recommend that you buy a frozen pizza or buy somewhere else in Sparks.

The best pizza EVER! Manny, the manager on duty was super friendly and very accommodating. Service was on point. Salad bar was fresh and the restaurant was very clean. We will be back to see Manny.

Started out rough as we were looking forward to the salad bar and buffet but everything was out. The manager was already on top of it and soon pizzas were flying out of the kitchen and the salad bar was re-​stocked. He then took the time to come out to the dinning area to ensure everything was good. Shrek was playing if you have kids and there are a couple of video games. Good deal on the buffet.

I like how this is in the GSR right next to the fun quest so it’s like taking the kids to chucky cheese but with way better food. The only reason I gave them a three star is because the new mobile app is total crap. I spent ½ hour trying to order a pizza but they have no options for building your own pizza. Pizza huts mobile app is far superior!

We visit the lunch buffet here weekly with all the kids in tow and love not only the food but value.
They always go above and beyond to accommodate us. Our kids are often offered balloons and we get a special notice when the cheese pizza was fresh on the buffet (this is a standard).
I would highly recommend this location as a fun and kid friendly place to go! The staff is top notch.

Bad service. Ehh quality pizza. It was put together very sloppy and half a$$ed. Manager was messing around with the employees in the back and you can hear and see them all screwing around. Not attentive. Don’t call to order the person on the other end of the phone is extremely hard to understand, has absolutely NO phone edict. I will drive further to the Baring Blvd. round table if I want round table pizza.

I love this Round Table. We have lunch there regularly. The salad bar is always fresh. My only complaint is that sometimes (often actually) They underestimate the size of the lunch crowd and there is a long wait for pizza, and when you only have limited time for lunch… If they fixed this it would be perfect!

Today I had a last minute party for my boyfriend. This location help me pull off a great party. The staff is nice and very helpful. The food was great and very reasonable prices. It made for a perfect day!

Horrible service. Placed an order online was told to pick up pizza at 7:27. It is now 8:00 and am still waiting. Second time this has happened. Not coming back to this place.

This was a poor experience. I have been a RT customer since the 80s and my family and I have ordered our last pizza for this RT. I was told 30 – 40 minute time for the driver to arrive and I called at 1 hour to check on the status. I was told «we had a oven problem» SO over an hour later it showed up under cooked and… warm? I would have called and had them come get it in a minute… except i had 2 hungry children so we ate it.
I really believe that if people have service issue that they need to post them. There are lots of choices for my hard earned money

If you don’t mind waiting an hour for an initial 20 min wait and then sub par pizza then this is your place. Not satisfied with the service, wait time or the pizza. Expect more from a round table. Tip: Drive the extra 5 min to the Baring Blvd location.

My son and I came here for the buffet but we were late so we got some wings and a pizza. My son loves wings and is very picky but he loved the wings. The staff was very friendly and the service was fast. They also have a table with board games for families to play while they eat. We had a very good time. There are people on Unilocal saying that Round Table is not «pizza» and we should go to the east coast for «real» pizza. Well for regular guys like me who cannot hop onto our private plane and head to Times Square for a slice, Round Table has never disappointed me. It is fresh and tasty. Never a bad experience. This had been my first visit to this location and I will definitely be back. The combination pizza is the bees’ knees by the way.

After receiving an email from the district manager, I gave them another shot. I was pleasantly surprised that the place was much cleaner than the previous times I was there. Not 100% better, but a huge improvement. I would eat here again now that the place looks better. Their pizza and salads are always delicious, and now that they have cleaned up the place I can recommend eating there.
