Such an awesome bar! The bartenders were quick and friendly! Definitely one of my favorite places!

Pretty tight space and music gets club-ish at night so don’t expect to hold a conversation with someone. Crowd has shifted a bit since it opened and usually is exclusively early 20s. Usually not as long of a line to get in as other bars in the area.

This place definitely had 5-Star service. The bartender working was amazing and made specialty drinks that were delicious. By far and hands down the best drinks I’ve had in a long while. We had a groupon and it was money well spent. I would go back to this place in a heart beat.

We just landed in Spokane and wanted to get a drink so we headed here because it had a high Unilocal rating… The place looked newly decorated and wasn’t too busy for a Friday night. There were 3 bartenders(2 guys and 1 girl) and none of them would look at us let alone serve us. We stood at the bar for about 10 minutes being ignored as girls in tight dresses were being served and assisted with obscure requests for rubber bands. Clearly our jeans and tshirts were not welcomed there and we left unserved.

A really cool vibe, upbeat ambience, totally current and classy drink! The bartenders were cool and you had to make a drink and establishment was clean and upbeat! I would say though Friday and Saturday evenings after 8 o’clock the place gets jump in and pretty loud! A great spot for young college guys and gals looking for a good time and start the night off before bar hopping throughout downtown Spokane!

My work group was in town for a few days and went to check out the local bar scene. Stumbled on this place and were pleasantly surprised. Clean, laid back, and friendly. Kelci was an awesome bartender, we had a blast, great drinks and great times! Will be back again for sure next time we hit Spokane. Oh yea goldfish FTW!

No where to sit, weird books to write notes to the bar tender in. Why not just tell the bar? Not the most friendly, kind shady, quick service. There’s words bars in Spokane.

I was out with some friends last Friday night and our first stop was at The Blind Buck. Be warned: I’m only 22 but I hate loud music and big crowds so my review might as well be written by someone 50 years older. PROS: Little to no wait time to get in when we came in. The bartenders were friendly and attentive(for a busy Friday night, that is). I ordered an Old Fashioned which was spot on. The ambiance and décor is cool, hip, etc. and the location is perfect. CONS: We got stamped on the way in, which is normal at a lot of places but I hate getting stamped anyways(sue me). The music was loud, which is also expected I’m probably just getting old. Basically there was nothing wrong with it I’m just looking for things to complain about. Not a bad spot for a Friday night. Also, there was a guy in a wolf shirt drinking PBR so if nothing else go in hopes of seeing him.

I noticed that people I consider very in the know and hip frequent this bar. Curiosity got the best of me. My first thought Cool décor. Great size, Good drinks, and great prices. The place is quite small. This is a great size for this economy, you can always go bigger. Nice staff

I’ve wanted to try this place out since it opened and I’m glad I finally got a chance to do so. It’s a cool place! Comfortable atmosphere and reasonably priced drinks. The bartender was friendly and helped guide our ordering of drinks to be able to take part of the special they had going on at that time. Plus can’t beat the people watching right there on Division.

This bar is smaller but not too crowded, unless its the weekend. I’ve always been served great drinks here and if it gets busy they serve goldfish — sounds crazy but it works!

I have never really been too fond of small bars because of the crowding, but I have to say blind buck has definitely changed my mind! I love everything about this bar! Vicky and Rikki, the gorgeous twins who own the bar always have such a positive attitude behind the bar, along with the other bartenders. Service is incredible, you will never have to wait forever to have a drink in your hand regardless of how busy the night is. This bar is definitely a place for all ages, makes for a great crowd. As a regular customer, I feel like the blind buck staff and regular customers are almost like a family, with arms wide open :) I recommend everyone to check this place out, by FAR coolest place in town!

This place is awesome. Stopping in for the night, from Wisconsin, and we were hugely impressed. Great music(Two Door Cinema mix), beautiful décor, great service, good tap selection– in fact, we’d been looking for a stout all over and finally found one here — Irish Death, excellent

After my last review, I received an email from the Blind Buck apologizing for my sub-par visit to their establishment, additionally asking if I’d consider coming in for a few rounds(on the house) in the hopes that they could improve upon my experience. My husband and I decided to take them up on the offer and heave ourselves out into public for some overdue socializing. We arrived around 9 pm and introduced ourselves to Vicky and made ourselves comfortable at the bar with a couple of Unicorns — a variation of the Moscow Mule with raspberry vodka.(Which I am not at all ashamed to admit that I’m a total sucker for.) The drinks were good. Tasty and stiff,(that’s what she said) but not panties-on-the-ceiling fan stiff. after about 20 minutes, the previously-sparse crowd expanded and the volume was as intolerable as last time. It’s not the fault of the Blind Buck(Note: I never suggested that the decibel level was the fault of the bar, only it’s patrons.) it’s just the corner of town they’ve landed in and the recent closure of «those» kinds of establishments. You know the sort, don’t you? The loud bard with women adorned with more makeup, spray tan and sequins per capita than all of New Jersey AND Las Vegas combined, while the men are decked to the nines in their tightest t-shirts and hair gel for days. So many local club-esque bars have closed lately that one must wonder; judging by the number of patrons seen loitering(read: drunken breakup fights!) outside every time I passed by, where they ran afoul. The Blind Buck fills the void left by those joints, if only geographilcally. They were completely SLAMMED. I’m talking shoulder-to-shoulder, Ed Hardy, glitter, sunglasses inside, all of it. I fail to understand how these other businesses were unsustainable with the amount of people congregating there on the regular. Irrelevant, but weird: At one point, a customer reached between my husband and myself to grab the menu from the bar in front of me and stayed bent forward to read it.(Please remember that I mentioned in my last review: I’m an asshole, and I’m comfortable with it.) I looked him square in the eye, gave him a solid deadpan expression and said, «Oh. I’m sorry. Am I in your way» with as little inflection as possible. I wouldn’t want him to miss out on my heavy sarcasm! He was already drunk and incapable of observing standard social norms like«body space awareness» or «not being in my body space» or … never mind, I’ve officially belabored the point that homeboy was too close to me. It’s a drinking crowd, and they’re all trying to get drunk. Make no mistake, I’m not judging, it just isn’t my scene. I’m happy, regardless of the crowd, that they’ve opened to such a warm reception. I am from here: born in Spokane, grew up in Spokane, moved away for a minute and returned to embrace it. I LOVE to see local businesses thrive. It’s a benefit to everyone. Four stars to the Blind buck — two for the wonderfully executed design, one for the make-it-right attitude of the owners and my husband insists that I add one for the self-replenishing bowls of Goldfish crackers. For whatever reason, they go perfect with drinking. Despite being pleased for spending only $ 6 or so for as many drinks, I still left feeling perplexed by the two wall-mounted TVs(I don’t want to watch reruns of Family Guy in black and white) and with ringing ears from the ridiculously loud customers. SERIOUSLYPEOPLE, WHYISEVERYONESCREAMING?!
