Quality is a hit or miss. They forgot the whipped cream & peanuts on my sundae(which I specifically requested & I even heard them repeat back to me) and without it tasted bland. Boo.

Overpriced and greasy, but still tastes pretty good.

Expensive for the portion size. A double bacon cheese burger will not come close to filling you up unless you are a child or a very petite woman. Their fries are pretty lacking. I will go to McDonalds over Zip’s any day of the week.

Food smelled great but i was not able to eat anything due to getting sick. NOTCAUSEDBYTHEFOOD. as i wasn’t able to eat. I did get one fry down before it happened. the fry I ate tasted standard for fast food nothing special but nothing bad.

Here’s the thing with Zips. The drive thru service is… time challenged. However, their Hurricane(ice cream blended dessert with Butterfinger, Oreo, or Reese’s) is superior.

Me and my friends always come here when we come and visit my friend at her school. It’s become s tradition to get zips when we arrive and when we leave. Just because we don’t have it in Seattle. But I can say I have never been disappointed the burgers and the chicken sandwiches are always really good.

I typically don’t take the time to write my frustrations to any business, only because I understand that we are all human and we will at one point and time will make a mistake. However. the last 3 times I’ve been to your establishment I have had the worst experience. I have been so upset that I have tried to call and talk to someone and no one answers. This last time I was argued with by one of your employees because I asked for a Hobo with cheese and onions. I just ordered one 3 weeks prior, and for the last 30 plus years and he told me in a very condensing tone that we don’t make those anymore. I didn’t even take the time to explain that it’s a Wrangler with no bacon. I’ve come to the conclusion that Zips is not at all what it used to be. You’ve raised your prices and your customer experience has unfortunately gone to hell. I shouldn’t have to have anxiety everytime I drive up to order food because your employees want to argue. rather than help.

I walked in, saw two teenage employees having sexual relations in the back(reverse cowgirl), and immediately walked out. Apparently I might’ve stumbled upon how they create their«fry sauce.»

Ok. I’ll be honest. I am reviewing Zips as a first time customer. Don’t know which one I went to except that it is the one closest to Gonzaga University. Coming from Texas where we have In and Out Burger, I was so pleasantly surprised to see something different like Zips! I had the fish and chips and I LOVED them. Fish was not greasy, fries reminded me of Runza fries from the Midwest and the customer service was great! I also had a chocolate milkshake which was amazing. Will definitely be back. LOVED me some Zips.

This Zips location has not bothered to fix the chocolate on their soft serve ice cream machine. It’s been a really long time.

I’ve tried the various Zip’s around town and was never really that impressed. Either I was there on an exceptional day or this location is better than the rest. The chicken strip basket was delicious and the the fries were very fresh. The reason I give this place 4 stars is because the bathroom situation. First, it’s OUTSIDE the restaurant second, it’s DISGUSTING. So as long as you don’t have to use the restroom, you are set!

When I lived in Spokane ten years ago Zips was the best. The burgers are still great, but unfortunately they changed the onion rings and I believe the tartar sauce also. I visited last month and it was very disappointing. Zip’s is still better than other burger joints, but the rings used to be the best in the world, now they are the same pre-manufactured ones that BK uses.

I’m moving to California in about a week so I decided I better try Zip’s before I leave. I order the Joe burger and it’s pretty good. The burger is a thin beef patty, a slice of ham with lettuce and mayo. I really enjoyed the sandwich and also their tarter sauce. However, I have to knock 1 star off because the place looked like it belonged in the 80’s. Overall, the Zip’s is a great burger place with very reasonable prices.

OH My… I have eaten at Zips since I was a little kid and let me tell you the food is always fresh and the fries are OUTSTANDING. The tartar sauce is homemade and goes great with the fries. If you want something good but fast then ZIPS fits the bill. I promise you will not be disappointed.

I’m from NY. when i was introduced to Zip’s I did not know i’d fall in love!!! I have not had fries or burgers like this in NY. When I’m in town, I gotta stop by. I love you, Zips!

this is one of those dont-know-what-you’ve-got-till-its-gone places. when i lived in spokane, i rarely indulged in fast food. but EVERYTHING about zips makes me happy. and now that i live in seattle, i weep for zips fries on a very regular basis. –their menu is awesome. it has grilled cheese. and corndogs. and anything else you have always wished all drive thrus served –they sell the best fries ever in tubs!!! these tubs used to be the size of a large soft drink with fries printed on the side. AMAZING. now, they use these wide tubs with no fries on the side and they don’t fit in my cup holder. wtf, zips? –best tarter ever. seriously inexplicable. and they come in those nice little plastic tubs, same with ketchup. –things are always hot. they’re always friendly. and they dont judge you if you ask for a lot of tarter and ketchup. i would do anything to bring a zips closer to seattle. until then, its one the major motivations i have to come home for the holidays.
