Awesome service awesome food! Brandon provided excellent service. He was busy but still gave us the perfect amount of attention. The salmon and steak were prepared perfectly. We haven’t been to outback for sometime, but after tonight’s experience we plan on coming back real soon.

Let’s just say extremely unimpressed, first of all. Secondly, will not be back. My bf’s cup was dirty(as well as mine.) He was smart and asked for a new drink in a to go cup. I just sat there unhappy the whole time with something floating in my drink. I didn’t see the waiter enough to ask for a new drink until my meal was finished and at that point I was over it and ready to leave. Let me say, some of the folks they hire. wow is all I can really say. I’m kind of embarrassed for them and feel bad saying those things but come on, some people just aren’t clean enough to be servers! Not only is cleanliness lacking but service! This was one of the worst experiences I can remember. Yes, we needed time to review the menu but how long did we really need. not 20 minutes. jeesh! To top it all off, there was a HAIR in my salad. which it happens but add it all up and this place is dirty and lacking.

My family and I go out to this restaurant very often as its right down the road. Typically, we have good service and every now and then a steak cooked wrong. Nothing too unusual. However, tonight was different. My father just got back from traveling for the last week for work and just wanted a good, steak dinner. Upon getting to the restaurant, we were seated right away with our drinks, bread, and appetizer out promptly. My dad ordered a medium rare prime rib dinner of which came out looking like red jelly and still alive it seemed. He sent it back, and the prime rib then came back lightly browned on top but still moo-ing when he cut into it. Let me just mention, I’ve seen my dad eat some pretty rare steaks but trust me when I say these were beyond rare and definitely NOT medium rare. Nevertheless, he sent the second prime rib back and said nevermind, he would just like a simple 9 oz filet. The filet comes out 15 minutes after my family had finished their meals, and it was PURPLE on the inside. When the manager finally came over, he repeatedly apologized for«not being able to satisfy» my fathers wants. Making it sound as if the steaks were fine. Completely unprofessional and never even offered to comp one of the beverages or anything of the matter. To make matters worse, my bowl of soup came out 10 minutes after my mom and brother received their meals, and the server kept saying they were waiting for the soup to heat up. It came out COLD and was obviously because they just opened up a new frozen bag of potato soup. All in all, very poor service. My dad never even ate a thing and left still hungry.

We called ahead to put our name on the wait list. We waited in the bar for a few minutes and then were seated. We ordered salads, which were fresh and crispy delicious. Our steaks arrived in a timely manner and were perfectly prepared. I had a baked potato and my companion had the vegetables which were also well prepared. Our servers were professional, pleasant and very helpful. We go to this Outback about once a month and always have a great meal and great service, whether it’s busy or not.

This place has gone downhill. Things don’t come out as ordered, the place doesn’t seem as clean as it used to, and the food just isn’t all that great. They still do the free Bloomin’ Onion on Mondays, but that’s really the only appealing thing they have going on.

Must say I love outback, but not this time. Order came out wrong, the manager was kind and trying to fix it yet 30 min. Later family is done and steak hasn’t come out. The server takes no accountability, the team doesn’t get along and the manager did his best to make things right but they really need better training. We appreciate the free meal but we really just wanted to eat together.

This wasn’t the best experience… Food was well below average. The waitress was terrible as well.

Poor presentation, false advertising, & poorly prepared. My steak was requested medium-well & appon closer inspection the farther into the middle the more alive it look, it was so undercooked. Could not return to kitchen due to lack of waitresses apperence, she maybe stopped by twice. Along with it being poorly cooked, it was«topped with bacon» & had one measly peice of undercooked bacon, nothing like the picture portrayed, the edges(the only parcially cooked place) tasted fine.

It’s a shame I can’t give less than 1 star. From the incompetent waitress, sarah, to the undercooked steak. It a shock they are able to keep their doors open. We arrived and we’re sat very fast. Our order was taken. When our soup and salads arrived they were great. The steaks arrived 5 minutes later then we got our deserts 20 minutes after we were done with our steaks. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a good meal. I’ve gotten better service at McDonald’s. The check was delivered before we took a bite of the dessert. The manager never bothered to see us at all. The best part was when the coupon I had for a free blooming onion was not applied.

Everything was just adequate, nothing special. I get a much better meal at Codys steak house.

I’ve dined at Outback restaurants from coast to coast and The Spring Hill Outback is the most fun. I have rarely waited and the servers are knowledgeable about the menu and the specials. The food is very good and I enjoyed no surprises or disappointment.

I’ll be honest, I’m not a fan of most chain restaurants due to their overly processed, salty, calorie laden food and I don’t frequent them often. However, my wife and I were in town on a recent trip and decided to burn a gift card that would have been destined for drinks at bone fish grill. We popped in here Saturday night around 8 pm, and noticed they were on a wait. I’m not a fan of waiting to eat chain food, but options were limited in the area and we were hungry. We put our names on the list, but couldn’t help but notice there were plenty of open tables able to accommodate our party of 2. Why weren’t they seating tables? After 20 minutes with no explanation we were about to pull the plug, when we finally overheard a manager explain the reasoning. The restaurant allowed a party of 25 to be sat, which practically shut down the kitchen. They were purposely not seating additional people to allow the glut to work through the system. So our whole wait was artificial. We should have been seated when we first walked in. Restaurants need to say«no» to large parties unless they are specifically set up to handle large parties/events. Great, you accommodated 25 people in one stupid large party, and pissed off 100 other people who had to wait forever, or deal with food issues in the kitchen and slow service. Big parties make no sense anyway. You can’t talk to the person at the end of the table, and it’s just a logistical nightmare. Outback Mgmt. should have told this large party they could not accommodate a group of 25. Instead, they pissed off way more patrons than they made happy by accepting the large group. We finally got seated, and wasted no time ordering our food all at once. To her credit, our server was awesome. She was friendly and efficient despite the whole restaurant operating in chaos mode. Our food came out quickly and was properly prepared. The bloom petal batter was super salty, but that’s just the way it is. You could say I was predisposed to not like the food here, and you’d be correct. But, the mgmt. of the restaurant really ruined the whole experience by making the decision to shut down the entire restaurant to accommodate one large group. Sometimes it’s OK to just say«no».

Service was excellent and the overall experience is what you would expect from chain restaurants. I found the steak not so great and bit on the chewy side even though I ordered it medium rare. I also found this particular Outback to be a bit on the dirty side.

We go to Outback all the time but this was our first time at this one. We enjoyed it very much. The kids grilled cheese was good and even when my daughter dropped one, they replaced it for no cost. My prime rib was well cooked and my wife’s fish was good. The only issue was the food took a little longer than we would have liked. Overall, I will wait for good food… and this was above average food.

Food quality was horrible and sad. My son’s chicken sandwich was raw which we told the manager apparently which she had the deer in the headlights look which she did nothi about it ask us to discount our check which was odd because we were hungry and were out for dinner. wouldn’t you think she would offer to cook if more or get a new one? My steak was small overcooked and tough but being a semi regular to Outback I’ve come accustomed t o that. why must they under cook every steak? it seems to me if I was open for 20−30+ years and I was a steakhouse I could come lose to cooking a steak. we ended up going to steak and shake, they were excellent.

Never feed your child Joey bites without tasting them first yourself. My son said«they taste funny/irony» so I tasted one myself. The moment this disgusting hunk of Dingo meat touched my tongue I thought«rancid». No exaggeration, it was flat out horrific in flavor. Rotten meat has a certain taste, and this was rotten. Then a female, whom I assumed was a member of the management, came over and tried telling me that it was the same cut of meat as the sirloin that I had. I was completely flabbergasted at this comment, I told her that was a ridiculous thing to say. My sirloin was actually quite good, cooked to perfection. Just looking at the two meats anyone with an IQ higher than 80 could easily see that these meats were NOT from the same cut. She wanted to argue with me by saying again how the Joey bites are the same steaks, it was at this point I told her that I was now getting angry. It has been a very long time since I have had to complain at a restaurant like this, and to then have a manager want to argue instead of just apologize WTF? The all you can eat shrimp seemed like something you would find at a convenience store frozen section. Three different kinds of shrimp; Buffalo, fried, and scampi. The scampi was the biggest joke, obviously microwaved. Small shrimp in a gelatinous substance with a strange lack of garlic, I actually found complete mud veins in a couple pieces. The Buffalo was the same shrimp as the fried, just slathered in a wing sauce. The breading was not good at all, and they all looked so uniform that I am willing to bet they are mass produced and frozen in China. Service was good. Our waitress was very attentive, and in regards to the rancid roo she was very nice and apologetic. We still tipped at 20% because she was just great. I just wish she had left her manager back in whatever isolated little hole of an office she came out from. Lastly, the restaurant was clean and comfortable.

So over the years I have thought Quality has been being overlooked at Outback Steakhouses… with that said we usually cook our steaks at home if we want a good one but we found ourselves out and about and well their isn’t much in Spring Hill. It was such a waste of money! The steaks looked microwaved, particularly my filet, grey and lifeless, no sear marks to speak of. The blue cheese wedge salad is always great but steaks, not so much. What a waste a $ 100 meal! So disappointing!
