We have purchased a lot of furniture over the last few years from this Frontroom store. Got a new sofa and they messed up delivery. Forgot a chair. Seemed non chalant about it. Said it would be here today. Now saying maybe Saturday.
What has happened to customer service lately??? Disappointed.
