Fuzion Hookah Lounge

This review is long overdue… I tried this place out 3x over the past few months and I WON’T BE GOING BACK… which sucks to be honest because they have a really good partha roll that I loved!
Honestly this place has SO much potential but their service really really is horrible the sad thing is is that the owner/​manager (some guy with glasses who is always there) doesn’t seem to care whether or not his patrons are happy or displeased…
Every single time I’ve come they wouldn’t allow me to sit where I wanted to saying that those spots were only available for larger groups (we were 2 – 3 people) only to sit somewhere we didn’t want to sit for hours staring at the empty seats we wanted because no bigger group would ever come
The guy helping serve was pretty cool (he was from Nepal) he was trying to be helpful but it seemed like there wasn’t a lot he could do…
On 2 occasions they made a big deal at giving us a cup of ice asking why we needed it — when we had ordered drinks from them —
Honestly the music is nice, the hookah is «okay» at best, but their service has driven me and my friends away for forever — they aren’t nice to their customers and they don’t appreciate our business soooooo honestly save your money and go somewhere where the business actually appreciates you
Words to the manager — do better you really drove us away — and we gave you several times to be better

Not very great service they should serve alcohol too and they need more staff members the guy that took our order is just sitting around smoking hookah

I was at this place. I gave my credit card to the owner he went in the back and took forever to charge my credit card. Then the next day I checked balance my credit card was charge 1000 dollars online. I vent used this credit card for a while. Fuzion was the only place I used my credit card. And the online purchases were made after one an hour I gave my card. First the register is at the front, he didn’t have to take my card in the back to charge. Be aware guys, this company is a fraud. Try to use cash. Don’t ever give your credit card to charge.

No alcohol no beer no nothing. The place is slow in service it has no organization and $ 10 cover charge no way… no attention to customers… No alcohol drinks just coffee and tea and hookah…

The hookah, milkshakes, tea, and music are all great. The food isn’t too shabby. The atmosphere is pretty cool. Friday and Saturday nights get to be a little too packed. Gratuity is included but it’s probably because of the crowd the establishment attracts. I’d recommend the Fuzion Mix for hookah.

The worst place in VA that I ever been. They don’t sell alcohol! The staff don’t speak English well, but they was nice that’s why I can’t be mad lol! The restroom is terrible! The food is bad! What can I say more?! Oh have parking witch is good! And I will never ever come back again!

Great hookah bar! I like how this hookah bar is located in Springfield and not Fairfax or Arlington it makes it convenient for the people who live further south… anyway the hookah is always on point here. The guy who makes the hookah really knows how to pack the head well. The hookah has always been thick and smooth and lasts forever! The owner is very nice and helpful with orders. There food is great too; I’m addicted to their cheese fries! They also have boba smoothies and sandwiches too. Pricing is awesome, hookah ranges from $ 14 and up which is pretty cheap. Overall, great place! Great hookah, yummy food, and nice staff

Loud Music, cool place to go with friends or family to just chill an relax and have a great time. The MANGO LASSI Drink!!! You all have to get that drink, Delicious!!! A+, 100% HOOKAH Lounge.

went with some friends this summer and it was really fun. right before we came in a girl threw up outside right in front of us which was disgusting :/​they had good music and their milkshakes were sooooo good. its pretty expensive but the guy did help us adjust our hookah. the seats were really comfy although the waiting area was kind of crowded.

My hookah hose was this cheap cracked plastic piece. The place a sneeze sort of smell. Really expensive for what you get. Really low key though. The waitress is cute if that’s worth anything. I’m glad I came with good company. That definitely made up for it.

The hookah isn’t so bad and sometimes the place is pretty fun but the service is usually bad. They’re pretty slow and even after about 3 – 4 times after asking for something, they still forget or take forever. I usually have to ask for hookah or the check at least 30−45mins ahead of time during busy days. Even when it’s not so busy, the service isn’t always great.

Best hookah ever, hookah is my oxygen and iv been smoking it for years. This is the best hookah i have ever smoked, friendly staff, good service and reasonable prices.

It was alright as far as the place itself. I went at 6:30 on a Wednesday. Take note gratuity is already included, so the waitress was just nonchalant, but a lot of places do it.
They didn’t start the hookah, they didn’t leave/​have tongs which is bad cause they never came by to adjust the coal, but once the whole 1 hour I was there. Compared to other hookah places the service could use a boost. I know what Im doing with hookah so I improvised with car keys to move the coal and blowing through the hose to clear the base and bowl, and loosening the air valve etc. etc. but for people who don’t know what they are doing that would suck. For people who are really serious about their hookah you’d probably be upset. I just hookah to hookah Im neither here nor there, but considering its new; I will come back to check out the happy hour, its close to my house and my job. I would like to see it on the weekend.

I came here with a friend after work last week (around 630ish) and there were only three or so other tables occupied when we came in. They let us pick out our seat and we ordered right away (just two bottles of water and a mint hookah). The staff was really friendly and checked up on us a lot, including giving us three coals before we left (which I thought was great because I feel like most places only give a couple before throwing you out). Music was good and it was a lot more spacious as compared to other hookah places I’ve been to in the area. I wish I would have gotten off work earlier because they have really good happy hour prices on their hookahs before 6pm (working in DC makes this impossible) but it seems like a really good deal to those who get off work in time to grab it. It was my friend’s second time back and my first– I would’ve never noticed it where it’s currently located (right across from the mall and next to the hotel/​temple on commerce st parallel to the waterford I think) but now that I know we’ll definitely be back.

Love the new look in Springfield, the hookahs taste great. Got paan mixed with white peach and it was amazing and I got the fuzion house special with mint and that’s a1 as well

If it was possible to give them zero stars I would. When we were seated at our table the waitress didn’t seem enthused to be there. Once she took our orders (she did not write down our orders by the way. So no one had a clue what we ordered in the kitchen.) We received our drinks but not the rest of the order. About an hour later we still didn’t receive our hookah and food. We went to the front desk to complain. They said they were working on it. Then the waitress came back and told us that our order got lost. So she asks what we ordered again. She still doesn’t right it down our order. Thirty minutes rolled by and still no order. We complained to the manager. He said he would check on the order. Still no order after 10 mins. He came back and took our orders again. He made the hookah and finally got our food after 2 hours. The only reason I stayed there that long was because my friend s didn’t mind the wait. But for personal experience, this is by far the worst establishment I have ever been in my life. Our waitress checked on us once the entire night. Food was terrible and over priced also.

The service is awesome… We loved the food and hookah… Favorite part was the chai and mint green tea. You can come with group of friends or just after work to relax as well… Easy to find as well.
