The staff is awesome but the food is hit and miss. Not as good as when it first opened but I still go from time to time.

Two guys are celebrating birthdays. One’s a rockin’ jock; the other one looks the part. Where do we take them with minimal nonsense? «Buffalo Wings.» «Okay. But where?» «Buffalo Wings, Richmond Ave.» He means Buffalo Wild Wings. Our guests are thrilled to pieces and decently cool about it, respectively. I’ve never been to a BWW – I’m your stand-alone neighborhood sports-hangout patron – so I’m more than intrigued. I see the ads all the time during games and it always looks great. This joint appears huge, cavernous even, most likely because it’s maybe three in the afternoon on a Wednesday. It’s right before Xmas and there’s no holiday décor – no prob. They’ve got designated TVs for football, basketball, hot-stove baseball, hockey, and other – works for me! Music is fun(lotta 80s) and not as overly noisy as I’d been warned about. The waitgals are all in unis, but all with the same number. How do we know which one is ours? Of course, we want all the appies. But we’re supposed to save room for mains and dessert, so we dial back. Chicken quesadillas? Most xlnt. Chips n salsa? Yay-yah. Mini corn dogs? Sweet lil fellas. Can we come back again soon and try everything else? Believe the menu – their burger is beefy, and their pulled pork sandwich is piled high and saucy. And here’s something that they don’t say on the menu but should – real fries from non-GMO taters. Thin, crisp, and real. And now, the biggest, bestest part of this awesome overgrown-kids birthday bash– DESSERTNACHOS! This monster is big, gooey, crunchy, and insane. Flavors multitasking everywhere and forcing your taste buds to do the same. Lord God King of Desserts. And don’t let that plural fool you – it is one giant tortilla with ice cream, caramel n choc sauce, cinnamon, whipped cream(unless I was hallucinating that part, which is possible), AND! AND! Cheesecake nuggets in cookie crust! Our waitress actually came over during this last part of the debauch to make sure we were still breathing and hydrated, refilling our rocket fuel w/o our even asking. Now that’s birthday style… I’ve got a pot roast cooking as I write this, and I’m dreaming of that dessert. Will my next trip there be as good? Oh baby, I hope so.

In this day and age, one is left far from wanting for a good buffalo wing. I dare say it is one of the most commonplace appetizers in the culinary world. Any eating establishment worth its salt will bring you a plate before your meal, should you request it. Why is it, then, that a mediocre wing joint such as Buffalo Wild Wings finds its business thriving when its wings are some of the worst around? I’ll tell you why. They had but one saving grace that kept customers such as myself returning to their tables. A single promotional offer that brings with it a promise of immense satisfaction. It was this and this alone that kept hungry bellies flocking to the doors of all the Buffalo Wild Wings across the nation. Without this golden goose, consumers are free to forgo this franchise in search of a quality wing. It was the Monday night unlimited wing deal. And with great malice and total disregard to the patrons of their restaurants, they have released this deal from our collective grasp. When Buffalo Wild Wings comes to mind, one thinks not of quality but of mass. There is no wing further from wild, I assure you. It is my contention that the only reason these wings were to be tolerated was because they were cheap. The menu boasts a large variety of sauces and flavors, but starry-eyed consumers beware: while their sauces may be many, they border upon the unexceptional. Cast your gaze elsewhere; to finer establishments that offer relief in the form of succulent, flavorful wing meat. Your options are many, all you must do is look. Do not waste a moment within the walls of this ill-fated franchise. Your days on this planet are numbered. Do yourself a kindness and don’t waste one eating wings at regular price from this unremarkable chain restaurant.

I am not always here but when I am in a mood for the best wings you will now exactly where to find me. The Asian Zing and the Mild Buffalo are both my favorite. Service is pretty good and the place is big with a great deal of Parking…

I have eaten at more than 3 different BWWs locations through out the US. Petaluma, CA… Lakewood, CO and Denver, CO each one of them were the same in service and food(very good) but I give this place in Staten Island a 2 star. (This is my 3rd time here and each time same issue) Waitress is very slow Food prep is nothing compared to other Buffalo Wild Wings I have eaten at. The wings were room temp and not even freshly fried. The sauce was barley on the wings. The chips and salsa was stale, asked for another one they repacked it with more stale chips I had to return that order. Management need to look into this ASAP 12/16/2015 Went back to BBW today and has amazing service thank you Mauricio for an amazing lunch and great customer service from Christina :)

Watching MNF or just catching up with a friend, this place has magnificent atmosphere. The waitresses really go out of their way to make sure there’s never a time when you aren’t looked after. It’s a chain so the quality of the food doesn’t vary all that much, but that’s not a bad thing since I find it all pretty agreeable.

Just because of that giant stupid machine«buzzer bee-ter» in the corner taking up all the room and knocking into the back of my chair I give this place 2 stars. I used to like this place back when they had a small gaming space with several games but now this monstrosity takes up half the bar area. Get real BWW, I need elbow room.

This was a disappointing lunch experience to say the least. Our food took over an hour to arrive at our table and was not hot. Our food did also not come in its entirety as various elements were missing. In addition our drinks were left empty for over fifteen minutes. Our attempt to get our missing meal items took over 10 minutes and when they came, one of them was wrong. We can over hear the table next to us also experienced this same service. I’m not sure if this location is just having an off day or if corporate should consider visiting this location to check for quality.

Worst service. There are less than 20 seats at the bar, and 2 bartenders can’t handle it. Very disappointing. And, if you leave BWW a negative review the management will tell the employees, and they will find you on Facebook or Instagram and ask you why you said what you said. Super awkward!

This was just ok… The service was slow and the food was cold by the time we got to eat. The taste was on par with any Applebee’s or Chilli’s which to say anything are a dime a dozen. My experience was lackluster and disappointing after such a hype up from their advertisements and recommendations from those who frequent this chain in other states. I even tried their carry out service to see if that was any better, disappointed again. They do not have any warming devices to keep your food hot for pickup. Knowing that the pickup service is right by a door I would have expected this to be an obvious necessity. With that said again I received cold food, for the moderate prices paid the standard of food is at best sub-par. Given their location behind an Applebee’s and a Chili’s I should think that they would strive to out perform those two veteran establishments. If their performance remains unchanged then I fear the restaurant won’t last long. I hope my evaluation helps to improve what could be a fine establishment.

Good place to bring friends. On nights where a game is playing it may be really really crowded so be prepared. You can either sit yourself or wait to be seated. The burgers and wings are good here. Refills are free and you can get as many as you want.

Let me start by saying this location was great when it initially opened up. I’m not sure what happened as the months past. I have to agree with the other negative reviews — the service here is subpar, even when business is slow. I went in today with my boyfriend for lunch and there was no hostess to greet us. We waited maybe 5 more seconds and I noticed a gentleman in red(perhaps a supervisor?) at the end of the bar. He saw us, I walked towards him, and he made no effort to get off his seat. As I get closer, I ask if it’s self seating now and he responded with yes so I proceed to seat myself in the dining room. The hostess eventually comes and apologizes because she had to go to the back to get a pen. Our waitress, Alyssa, comes and takes our order — Small Traditional Wings with a Basket of Buffalo Chips, Queso on the side(Simple enough). Our wings come out, however, we were given potato wedges. The server acknowledges the order was for chips so he brings it back to the kitchen. We finish with our wings and the chips never came. Alyssa never came by to check up on us after she took our order. Boyfriend had to go find her and we told her to remove the chips since it took too long and to give us the check. She asks if we want the chips to go. No thanks. She brings out the receipt and tells us she«comped» the chips for us. How is it a comp if we never got it? Unless their system doesn’t allow them to remove the chips from the receipt??? She doesn’t come back to retrieve my credit card so we ask the gentlemen in red to take care of it for us so we can get out of there. My boyfriend is already ticked at this point and the gentlemen in red tried to ask what happened. It was already too late to make up for the poor service. All in all — good food but may take awhile, that’s if they haven’t messed it up or forgotten about it. You may also want to ask for your drink plus a refill when the waiter/waitress originally takes your order — you may never see them again during your meal.

Maybe my friends and I are a little obsessed with BWW(that’s an understatement), but our love of this has place has lasted for years. Long before the branch on SI opened, and even before the closest one in NJ, we would trek into Brooklyn for these delicious wings. It’s the«go to» spot when we all get together and want to catch up with food and drinks. Such was the case today at our«hometown» location. While our wives and girlfriends were attending a bridal party, we figured we would have our own male version of this. Of course, the choice was to go to BWW(was there any other option?) and feast on wings. We typically order more wings than should be allowed to and our choice of sauces is almost standard at this point — Hot BBQ(my personal favorite sauce — a nice spicy kick to BBQ sauce), Asian Zing(a close 2nd — a sweet and spicy treat), Medium(your standard buffalo wing sauce), spicy garlic(very flavorful), and sometimes we we will try their rotating sauce just for the fun of it. I sometimes don’t even remember that they have anything except for wings, however we do order the soft pretzels on the side and these are fantastic. They are served with mustard and cheese sauces and I highly recommend them to compliment your wing meal. My preference is usually bone wings, not boneless but to each his own. You’ll find wing deals on certain days of the week(check their website for your location) and tons of great beers on tap(standard beers, craft beers, etc.), If you’re looking for a great spot to catch a game, eat great wings and have a few beer, you cannot go wrong with BWW!

I’d give 5 stars because their food is amazing, the place is clean and it’s in a convenient location! However, customer service isn’t always great. The wait time for just picking up food can be very long, but if you have time to kill then it’s not so bad. Overall, great restaurant!

Second trip to this location Mixed reviews The reality is that Staten Island can be a cess pool The clientele that this location attracts can be hit or miss. When there is drinking involved a fight can and will usually break out. That being said I would not take kids there after 7pm. The service is decent at this location, I have found that sitting at the bear gives you an advantage when it comes to service Love their boneless wings Asian zing and medium buffalo sauce are my favorites Free refills on soda are a plus

I’m always here picking up wings on their specials day. The order takers does a great job taking the order & also verifying it before I leave with the order. Only problem is they guys preparing the order in the Kitchen don’t give enough carrots or caries, There wings are better then other places I know. There seasonings are amazing. coming in and staying sometimes I wouldn’t recommend anyone. Because no one overlooks the parking lot. I got rob in this lot already over $ 3000.00(be careful, they don’t even have cameras to help you). Management didn’t help either. I was there for only 2 hours enjoyed drinks & more wings during a good game.

Walked in and sat down. I looked at the menu and saw items like«first down fries» «homerun cole slaw» and«2 point conversion meatloaf» you get the idea. Sidenote — I did see first down fries listed, the other menu items I listed was part of my wacky imagination. Its another chain joint trying to emulate the bro sport experience which is in itself corny. If I want some OSU dropout slurring to me why«Sanchez is a douchebag» I’ll get alcohol poisoining in a dorm instead. Long story short after the bored attractive waitress in the obligatory football jersey took my order for Onside Kick Recovery apple fritters we just left.

Love this place! Their build your own burger /sandwich is the best! But you know I’m here to talk about THEWINGS ok. so their sauces definitely fit the temperatures they describe on the menu. I personally love spicy food so I usually get the blazin wings but the last time I went I decided to get the mango habanero and that was the best decision I have ever made! They are sweet and HOT trust me when I say hot lol. Their potato wedges are very well seasoned but the cheese makes them really heavy and undesirable. Corn dog bites. ehh although they were good they were crispy and I would prefer something softer. like an actual mini corn dog. The only reason I won’t give this place 5 stars is because it seems like the employees have some fraternizing going on n their drama was very annoying to my experience by the bar. I love that they bill guests seperately on the check.

As you can assume by the name of the place, the wings are stellar. They will give you whichever piece you prefer and allow you to mix sauces(there are a lot to choose from). I usually like honey BBQ and mild. The service is also good. They have many big screen televisions if you’re interested in watching the games.

*This review is based over multiple visits and pretty much the last* This place really gives other BWW a bad name. The service is absolutely terrible. I’m pretty sure a requirement to work there you have to be half brain dead. All the workers look confused and or miserable. When placing your order expect that half of it will be messed up and or missing. Don’t expect refills on your drinks because the waiters half the time are no where to be found. It feels like the place is always understaffed because the servers are always running around like mad men/women. Wings: ALWAYSDRYASHELL!!! THEREISNORESONWHYTHEWINGSARECRUNCHINGANDTHEMEATISCRUMBLINGINMYMOUTH. They do have a good long selection of sauces and seasonings. Burgers/wrap: I hope you like salt. They over salt the hell out of everything. Really unenjoyable. If you order fries, except only half a handful. Mixed drinks/beer: watered down isn’t even the word to describe the mixed drinks. And they always seem to run out of the good beer. Perks: they do have a great atmosphere. TVs everywhere.
