After last nights visit I’m shocked you guys have 2 and a half stars. I don’t think I will ever return this restaurant. I left all my comments on the Facebook home page.

Super busy, but it’s probably because they also run a drive through, which is awesome for us lazy or always on the go people. Foods great, my bf would get the half and half, fried rice and chow mien with Kung pao and sweet and fire chicken. I would get all fried rice with orange chicken and my goodness, the pacific chillie shrimp is BOMB and mouth watering. Their service is good and I didn’t get the managers name but he’s Hispanic and was awesome. He really stood out to my bf and I because he had such great customer service. Even though we were waiting on our food, he made sure we were taken care of, asked if we needed anything or wanted any samples and once it was our turn, he hooked it up. If I was working at any Panda Express, it’ll be this one on trinity because they have such a great positive manager. Keep it up guy. :)

The people who work here are too anxious to go home. They don’t close till 10 pm yet they lock the doors and close up the drive thru at 9:45 pm. F for service and the lazy employees.

It doesn’t matter what time of the night I go to this restaurant, they always run out of food mainly grilled chicken as they either make me wait longer or simply tell me they don’t have enough prepared for the rest of the night shift.

Start with the service. Not bad service but not good either. Wait times to order were ok. But the food was bland and tasteless. The fried rice was boring, the orange chicken was hard as a rock, and the black pepper chicken tasted like it began its life as mushroom chicken then they forgot it was black pepper. But the worst thing about this place is the filth. ABOLUTELYNOCLEANTABLES! I had to clean one myself just to be able to sit down and eat.

We have been to several Panda Express locations and we are usually satisfied with the food. However, we went through the drive through at this Panda Express and brought the food home only to open it and find that they didn’t get one item correct that we ordered. Eh, we live a bit away so we decided to eat it anyway. It was the worst tasting food we have had in a long time. I highly DONT recommend this restaurant.

Id rather give no stars. This review is based on multiple visits. The customer service is childish. Businesses in this area really need to do better. Is this what we have to choose from? These are the only employees applying for these fast food jobs? At worst case, in a rush I have tried to order the«Panda bowls». Why are they always only ¾ full. Almost no meat. Some vegetables. I’m posting pictures to validate this claim. This is ridiculous. If you can, go to another Panda Express(DIFFERENTLOCATION). If you like the food, YOUWILLNOT get your monies worth at this location. Unprofessional and without manners is the best I can say about the staff.

I don’t know why, but whenever we travel we always eat at Panda. It’s probably because we feel it’s consistent and safe. The one here in stockton was clean and the service was very good. It’s a good place to stop.

Nicest employees here and well prepared tasty food. The last time I went there they forgot to give me my teriyaki chicken but I can forgive them for it.

Had dinner here and the food was delicious. We ordered in the drive thru and it did take awhile to order and get our food. The gentleman who took our order though was very apologetic. We got our food and it was fresh so we didn’t mind the wait. DELICIOUSDELICIOUSDELICIOUS! 5 stars for the food and customer service. Even though we had to wait it was TOTALLYWORTHIT! The best Panda Express we’ve been to.

In terms of food quality, it’s typical Panda, but with the quality of service/speed, it gives you every reason to go to any other Panda Express in Stockton. 45 minutes stuck in the drive thru… I was in the area waiting for someone shopping in Kohls, so I decided to grab a quick bite… it turned into a 45 minute wait. I don’t know what was going on. If maybe it was a new employee working the drive-thru or just a lazy employee working the drive thru. All I know is, I was literally stuck as even though I wanted to get out of the drive thru, I couldn’t because there were 4 cars lining up behind me. It took 20 minutes for the car in front of me to place their order, the majority of the time I saw that the driver of that car was just sitting waiting for the drive thru worker to ask for his order. In the end, it looked like that car decided to cancel their order. As I drove up to the speaker, I was asked for my order, halfway through I was cut off, and the worker told me that the car in front of me was supposed to have cancelled their order, but decided to order something after all. So he immediately stopped taking my order and took the order of the other car. It would have been nice if he told the other car that they had to go around since they cancelled their order and basically vacated their spot in line. And of course, the majority of their food was already out by the time they finally took my order… Long story short, this franchise clearly has poor employees and management that cannot handle anything but the lightest crowds, and they stop cooking food well before closing time. I’ve gone into locations 30 minutes before closing and they cooked items as needed. This place simply stopped cooking too early. Go to the location on Morada Lane or by the Mall, this place is a perfect example of why the minimum wage should not be raised to $ 15/hour.

Panda express on Trinity Parkway in Park West Place shopping center. The hidden gem of Spanos Park. Nomnomnomnom. It’s gently tucked away in the shopping centers west side. There is adequate parking for your vehicles. Unfortunately at this time there is no valet parking. Date tip: Panda is perfect for dates. Kid friendly: Yes it is. I like coming to this location when my kids and I, go shopping in the area. The service is pretty good at this location and pretty well kept up. I do like they have a drive thru, but we haven’t used it yet. This location also has outside seating. The food is pretty good, it’s not the authentic stuff from the Homeland. But it’ll keep the belly full, until your next meal. My three kids just love Panda a lot. To them this is «Real Chinese food». We’ll basically get the broccoli and beef, orange chicken, teriyaki chicken along with the chow mein and rice. The food has never been under or over cooked, when we dined here. Btw the Orange Chicken is too die for omg omg. The décor is cool, tables and chairs. Yep that’s all, I need. The ambiance is out of this world, when I dig into my food. I feel like I transcended too a far off place. The 36 th chamber of the Wu tang Clan. Where everyone is Kung foo fighting. Bumping that«Cream» whoop whoop. They’re not stingy with the sodas, so you can get generous amounts of refills at your pleasure. Nestled around the soda station is where you can get your napkins and straws. I’ll be back like Arnold. Sincerely VD.

I absolutely love when I go into a restaurant and and greeted with smiles and hellos. Juan made my visit very enjoyable. Had to wait a few mins and immediately offered to comp me a drink and some Rangoon for my wait. SCORE! Not that I was complaining about the 5 min wait. I’d gladly wait longer and will definitely be returning to this particular panda. The owner should be proud of his employees here

It was good, more people working and that helps! We were served fast and our food was hot. Everyone was happy with their meals(3 of us) 2 triple entrée meals and one double entrée meal. Only 2 complaint would be that the cream cheese rangoo’s could have been hot instead of warm. I have an issue with food that is suppose to be served hot isn’t served HOT! Second there was ALOT of trash in the garbage cans. I mean spilling over the top a lot. With so many people working someone should have taken out the trash. Again glad to see more people working and food served hot.

Went here for dinner. First time using drive thru. There were two card in front of me before I got to the ordering box. It took 14 minutes before I got to the box to order. I ordered a family feast. The worker who took my order sounded polite. I got to the window, paid and waited for about 5 minutes for fresh orange chicken. The wait was not too bad considering I ordered a family feast and the worker was polite and friendly. $ 30 for three large entrees and two sides… Why not?! It’s cheaper than purchasing them all individually and fed 7 people.

I just came in to order some food and waited over five minutes in line by myself to be helped. The to go person took three or four orders and nobody at aknowledged me. Ashley was cutting something. Told be it would be a moment. It was 5 moments. Now I’m sitting outside on the patio and all the chairs are chained up I know Stockton is bad but come on it’s a good neighborhood

I’ve only had Panda a couple times and this was my first time ever going into the restaurant.(Other times it was actually catered to us for events). I told the staff I had never been there and instead of welcoming me in and making some suggestions they just left me to figure things out on my own. In their defense, I suppose it’s pretty straight forward, but I would have liked that personal touch. I ended up with Chow Mein and the special limited addition meat, I think it was chicken something. The meat was great, but the chow mein was not cooked through and was a little crunchy and dry. The fortune cookies are great though, I think they have more vanilla flavor than regular fortune cookies. They also had some special tea there that I would have loved to try but they were out. I’ll give them another try, it is fast food. However, there are plenty of great, fast asian restaurants I could go to, I don’t have to visit Panda.

This is the worst drive-thru I’ve ever been to! Every single time they’re out of something and you have to wait at least 10 mins!

Service is slow, they’re understaffed. I don’t blame the employees, I blame management. Went back twice since, same staff, same problems, but they try…
