Grazers – Beyond The Burgers

The food and service was fantastic. My husband and I shared our meals because everything was so good! We had the the southern fried chicken sandwich and the VT steak and cheese. It was so good! P. S. Berry martini is AMAZING. can’t go wrong. Definitely try this place out.

Walked in on Saturday post Thanksgiving around 2pm. Maybe 5 tables were finishing up and one other small table looking to order when we did. Waitress was attentive and burger menu extensive but OMG getting meals out took over 40 minutes! Almost empty restaurant as we waited for meal. I HOPE Grazers has their timing act together by Christmas or they will get crucified on Unilocal.About the burgers– all were good, not great. A little over cooked for a medium but tasty. There should have been some explanation about the ketchup. The one on our table was spicy and not what one of us wanted on their burger. Had to search tables for a different colored ketchup and tested before putting over fries. 2 beer selections were out but to be expected I guess after busy wknd. I will come back bc I’m local and love supporting local, but folks you got to up your game in the kitchen backend.

LOVED the Mac and cheese, and the fried cheese curds which came with a deliciously semi-​sweet tomato sauce. Got some cocktails too, it was all super delicious.

Nice place with good local fare. I had the fried chicken sandwich with a side salad. The dressing and greens were fresh and delicious. I tasted my son’s soup (tomato bisque) and it was really yummy too. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the ketchup bottle on the table was gooey and plugged so I couldn’t try the fancy homemade stuff they were bragging on. They were also out of several things on the menu & The ambience was a bit flat. But the food was very good.

I again went with friends and the general consensus was «we came, we tried but not going back». I had the salmon burger and it looked like fish but had no taste. Friend had the beet burger and she said it didn’t have any beet taste (she likes beets obviously) and that it was a sort of grilled/​fried bit of mash. ??? Huge bun! why does the bun have to be so high that you can’t eat it? Isn’t the inside the important part? Other friend had a beef burger… OK he said. To me it is harder to make a non-​beef burger great but then this is part of the deal if they are on the menu. So many don’t want beef any more. The outside deck is very pleasant in the summer.

Incredible burgers, shakes, atmosphere, etc. don’t miss this one. The macaroni and cheese was good too. Try the wings.

Pls only eat burgers here do not order anything else ! Ate a nasty salad which was mainly just arugula. The wait was very long given that there were barely any other diners. Only decent thing was the pleasant servers.

Decent burgers but the slowest service I’ve ever experienced. Didn’t get menus ever. We had to get up after 20 mins and get them ourselves. We weren’t noticed for another 20. With no water, no orders taken. It took an hour and a half to get our food with 2 orders being wrong. We passed the time swatting flies inside. Waiter was nice but overwhelmed but rest of staff was checked out, you could see clearly that there is a major management problem. The experience was so painful it was almost entertaining.

Great to see a few trendy favorites on the menu such as beet arugula salad and truffle fries but this place does them exceptionally well! So glad we walked in! The burgers are inventive, fresh and ingredients are grown locally. One bite and the quality of the beef is evident. Loved everything about this place! Lance made us feel right at home. Great find!

Bartender was so friendly and her recommendation for the Strawberry Fields hard cider was spot on. Poutin fries were delicious. Enjoyed my Farm burger with garlic aioli very much and appreciated it being offered in a lettuce wrap. Buttermilk dressing on the side salad was just right– not soggy.

Just not good. Sat outside on the attractive patio on a beautiful summer evening. Flies were everywhere and the staff did nothing to acknowledge or address the problem. Our order was taken and drinks served promptly. Then we waited. Over 45 minutes for three burgers and one salad. Surrounded by flies. And the waitstaff just avoided us, knowing how long we had been waiting. Finally the

A great selection, we tried four different burger choices between us, all excellent! The fries are great also. I highly recommend this spot.

It’s a mid-​Tuesday afternoon, the rain just stopped and we’re looking for lunch. We tried one of the adulterated milkshakes and decal of the local IPA beers — all great. I had the Grazer burger with onion rings. Both were delicious. Our family also had the truffle fries, sweet potato fries and caprese salad. The menu had quite a few choices…
Service was prompt and our server was very friendly, checking on us several times. She also brought our check promptly!

Good burgers, good beers, good salads! Lots of flies on the outdoor patio, which is weird. Service was attentive but most of the staff *appeared* to be miserable. Enjoyable and affordable.

Perfect place to grab a bite in the center of Stowe! Salads and burgers are great! So is the beer and cider list! Atmosphere is nice and outside seating available. Service is quick and friendly!

So the place was only open for 2 weeks when we stopped in. We made reservations for 20 people. We were seated as soon as we arrived in a semi private room off the main area. Our waiter, Jason, was absolutely fantastic. He handled getting all the drinks, appetizers and meals out in a reasonable timeframe. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and that is about impossible for a party of 20. The grilled chicken add to the salads was a good call as the salads are a little small if you are doing them as an entrée. The hamburgers were all very good, cooked to order and served hot. The sweet potato fries were terrific and should not be missed. We were in town for the one night, but I will return if we are in the area.
