The baked brie appetizer was lush, complex and very tasty. The French dip, and whiskey medallions were excellent. The service however was terrible, she only asked if we wanted another drink when she changed the tv channel. 45 minutes between finished app and dinner. Very disappointed

Great food in a pub atmosphere. Dishes range from the very casual to solid entrée. Interesting appetizers… I love the buffalo chicken rolls. Whenever we have friends or family in town, we take them here.

The food here is fantastic and the staff is very nice. The baked Brie is very unique and something everyone should try. The prices are fair and all entrees come with a salad. They are newer and still getting their act together. We waited a long time and they didn’t even have clean glasses for water. Once they get their routine down this place will be awesome! We left after our appetizer because they still didn’t have glasses and we waited 45 minute for it. Since the app was so good and the staff was so nice(they really were trying!!!) we got take out and the food did not disappoint! I recommend going during the week if you don’t want a long wait even with a reservation. I will say the food was worth the wait and we will give this place another try for sure!

Great cozy spot! Have enjoyed both lunch and dinner in the beautiful bar area. Lobster grilled cheese, salmon burger and the burger were all awesome ! Great wine selection and yummy cocktails too! The bartender, Bettina is wonderful and super knowledgable. She makes a killer martini and is super sweet to boot ! The warm atmosphere and soft lighting make this a great date, and we will definitely be back!

Perhaps we picked the wrong night to dine at Three Figs. They had the entire restaurant area blocked off for a party on a Saturday night and herded all patrons in and around the bar area for their dinner instead. The music was too loud. we were seated too close to those around us. it just wasn’t what I was expecting. Drinks were good. my jack and coke was potent enough… wife enjoyed her pinot grigio, For apps. my son enjoyed his chili. my wedge salad was made perfectly… my wifes lobster bisque was served way too hot she said… barely one piece of lobster in the soup. we went«safe and sane» with our«entrees»…my son enjoyed his tavern burger but was upset the top bun was smeared with mayo which he hates. My wife had the turkey burger… it was tasty but the arugula leaves tasted like weeds and she said were inedible. I had the dads dream burger. supposedly loaded with gorgonzola and onions. My patty had little of either filler… disappointing. My fries were below average… not crispy… pretty tasteless. servers were robotic and impersonal. asked my wife three times if she needed a refill on her pinot. never once asked if we were enjoying our meal. We will try again on a «normal» night when the restaurant dining area is open… and hopefully have a better experience.

3rd time here– good service overall Today had the Dads dream burger. Pretty damn good. Stuffed burger with Gorgonzola and Caramelized onions. Chicken wings are different but good. This place is 1 star away from 4 stars if they got a better beer list and slightly improve the whiskey offerings. I will be back.

A rare dinner date for us, we headed to this fairly new spot because it had come with a great recommendation from a coworker, and we’d have to agree! We were seated in the bar area directly across from the fireplace and with all the holiday decorations and dark wood, this was a nice atmosphere for a date night. We started with the buffalo chicken egg rolls – unique, nicely presented with the perfect amount of heat and kick. For entrees, both our dinners came with salads(try the house fig balsamic, it’s delightful) and we were brought warm bread with house made fig butter – if they sold this, I’d buy it. I had the prosciutto wrapped chicken – wouldn’t get this again, the prosciutto didn’t wrap and cover the chicken, it was more placed on top, also there was no sage to be seen. Matthew had the stuffed chicken rollatini – very colorful and nicely plated, he enjoyed this dish. Our server was super friendly and attentive and we had a lovely date night. Would definitely return, we’d love to come for lunch and next time I plan to save room for the apple pie egg rolls!

Always great specials but resist the urge to clean your plate. You must save room for the Apple Pie Egg Rolls.

We were in the area and found this little place. We started with the Iceberg Wedge and the Lobster Bisque. I enjoyed the Wedge. The lobster bisque was a bit different than we had at other places. We then moved on to some mussels that were over cooked. We finished our meal with the fried apple pie rolls. Overall ok food. The salad was the best thing. However, the service and atmosphere made up for the food. If back in the area would maybe stop by for drinks but not sure we order more food.

Amazing. The atmosphere is nothing like you can find in Central Connecticut. It’s even better than its sibling in Windsor. This review is based mostly on the bar, drinks, and atmosphere. Not food. Bartender on Friday nights really knows drinks. They don’t use sugary mixers, everything is fresh and delicious. Please make your bar area bigger, or create a secondary bar area in the back of dining area. Thanks

Love this place. Had a sitter a little while back and took the wife. It was excellent. Went again today with my dad to show him the place and have him try the Lobster grilled cheese. Loved it again. He went straight home and told mom he has to take her here. Only reason it’s a 4 star and not 5 is we’ve only had the Lobster grille cheese and the pulled pork mac n cheese. Both deserve 5 stars.

My new favorite in the area! The Chicken and Brie sandwich was AMAZING. Everyone in our group really liked their food. Very reasonable prices for the quality of food. I can’t wait to try more things on the menu.

Came here for lunch and there is only 1 waitress staffed. While it isn’t her fault, she was literally running around from table to table. When she finally got around to our order, I ordered a medium rare burger. Seeing that some good food could make up for an unsatisfactory visit, it wasn’t how I ordered it. I got my burger and it was well done and dry. If I were ever in the area again I wouldn’t be back here.

We chose here for our kid free anniversary dinner! Our waitress was so kind and attentive! Food was delicious… we ordered the Brie for an app and I was dead set against eating it bc i tend to stick with cheddar(ha!), however OMG was it the best ever! We also tried the lobster bisque which was more soupy than creamy and a little disappointing. The puff pastry on top though was tasty. Salads were ok if you like mixed greens; for entrees we had the filet which was cooked perfectly and melted In your mouth as well as the lobster ravioli which was creamy and loaded with lobster meat in the ravioli and on top! The white sangria was delicious and the dessert good: individual pecan pie and stout chocolate moose served in a beer glass. Yum! We were a little disappointed though in the atmosphere– very loud in side room, could hear every conversation and could barely hear our waitress. Was very nice however when we were the only ones left!

Fresh pasta! Yum. The shrimp scampi and bolegnese were great. Just needed a bit more salt.(Could be personal preference.) Our parents got the honey baked salmon and pork tenderloin. They enjoyed their entrees. The calamari app was so tender. The bread and fig butter is great! Definitely a keeper in our rotation. Oh the apple eggroll dessert is divine! We live in the new haven area but plan to allow time when we return from trips at the airport to dine!

Deliciousness! Quaint atmosphere with great service and unbelievably tasty food created a wonderful experience. The calamari with peppers, spinach pear salad with candied walnuts and Gorgonzola cheese and then chicken wrapped in prosciutto was unbelievably great. Josh was a great waiter!

My wife and I had brunch here for Mother’s Day. It was my first time, but my wife has been a handful of times. The vibe is definitely pub style, but the back area away from the bar I’d imagine is quieter even during busy times. It was fairly busy when we were there, but we were seated immediately even though we arrived early for our reservation. Our waitress was very friendly, and attentive. We ordered off the day’s brunch menu. The food was well prepared, and tasty. I was actually surprised by the amount of lobster meat in both my New England Omelet, and my wife’s Grilled Cheese. I was expecting quite a bit less for the very reasonable prices. They even made a Mac & Cheese for our toddler that wasn’t on the menu which was accommodating of them. They have full bar as well, and the drinks were well made(Sangria for my wife, and a Greyhound for me). We’ll be back!

I was here yesterday for my husbands company Christmas party, this was our 3rd time at 3 figs and I wanted to give this place the great review it deserved. The service was great, the waitress handled the whole room well refreshing drinks and taking orders. She made sure we didn’t feel rushed and always remembered our drinks. I had a blueberry vodka drink from the drink list and it was great! For apps we had the chicken skewers, calamari and buffalo chicken eggrolls, all of them are good choices but the buff chick rolls are a must have! They are amazing. Then there were salads and bread for the table. Both are good. For dinner I had the pasta bolognese which was really good with veal, beef and fresh ricotta cheese. It was a good choice but I will say that I was at Cabones in bloomfield the night before and these bolognese was by far better. Carbones is an Italian restaurant though whereas 3 figs is more of an American place. We will be heading back here for sure, I enjoyed the whole evening, ending it with the brownie dessert which was rich and calorie full too :)

Thoughtfully sourced ingredients make for amazing flavors and Three Figs has this nailed. I had the Kale Salad with Grilled Shrimp and it was superb. The portions are very large and the prices reasonable. People next to me had the Meatloaf and the Mac & Cheese and both looked fabulous. Was hoping they had Stone IPA on tap because I was in the mood for my favorite IPA but they did have a few decent craft selections. The Bourbon selection is thoughtfully balanced with Hudson Baby Bourbon as my stand out. My server/bartender was Jen and she was just awesome. I will definitely come back here if business brings me back to Hartford. Hopefully my friend Jeff Nelson(who recommended the place) will be in town next time. I should add that Three Figs is just north of the BDL airport so if your staying at one of the hotels there, check this place out.
