Drive up is inconsistent. Have literally waited in line 10 – 15 minutes twice for soup order recently because of the car in front and the kitchen being short of help. Managers are there but do not direct the car to pull up and walk order out. Food is solid here most of the time but management/leadership is lacking.

omg!!! the worst. we have ordered from them 3 times and every single time they always forget something of our order, but this last time was the worst they forgot the drinks and our dessert than we call to tell them and the lady says they don’t have a driver and that they might have to just refund our money for what was missing when than we state what are we going to drink with our order than about 2 hours later they deliver our drinks which the ice tea was horrible no ice no nothing, and handed us a messed up piece of cheesecake! seriously never going to order again should of learned our lesson the first time, !!!

I’ve been coming here for years and now that summer is over I want to get back in shape so I’ve been changing my diet up a bit and running more than usual. I’m going to start stepping up my workouts in the gym as well and have a target weight goal in mind. During most of the summer I’ve been sluggish and traveled quite a bit and with that comes lots of eating out which I did with a great deal of gluttony! And I’m beginning to feel it in the physique. So determined to shed the weight which I’ve done successfully in the past I’m back to hitting my favorite salad and veggie spots! Jason’s being one of them! I have to say I’m impressed with the Jason’s in Sugar Land. Always clean with fresh ingredients you have a potpourri of selections. I always like to get the salad bar but if you’re craving a panini or hot soup they have lots of options! My kids love the sandwiches here. I have to say the salad bar here is really good! Always well stocked I love the cornbread and ginger bread mini muffins as well as the nuts etc that are complimentary with every meal! I’ve been impressed with the customer service here lately. The people seem friendlier and address you courteously. A nice change of pace when you discover this in a chain restaurant! Located in a nice center there is plenty of parking and shopping across the way as well. Right off the freeway it’s a short hop from where I live and always a great deal! This chain restaurant has got it right! Clean environment. Bright contemporary hip décor… friendly folks who work here and fresh fresh offerings! Keep up the good work!

What can I say? It’s Jason’s Deli. The food is definitely not gourmet, but it is consistently good. We went on a Wednesday around noon which was during the lunch rush. Although there was a line, they had 3 dine in registers open which made the line move quickly and efficiently. We ordered, filled our glasses, found a place to sit and within 5 minutes our food arrived at our table. I ordered one of my favorites, the California Club with a cup of vegetarian vegetable soup. For my drink I got the black currant tea. I have to say, I love that tea! I drink a couple of glasses of it while I’m there, then get a to go cup and fill it up without ice so that I can get as much tea in there as possible. When I get home, I enjoy it over ice in a glass. My California Club had plenty of turkey, well cooked bacon(I hate the undercooked, fatty stuff you get at most burger places.), a good sized slice of cheese, and leaf lettuce instead of iceberg. It came on a buttery, flaky croissant and was very good. The best part was the vegetarian vegetable soup. It was piping hot with plenty of veggies like carrots, corn, celery and peas. I love to get the complimentary little garlic toasts from the salad bar and put several in my soup to soak up the brothy goodness and eat. I topped off my meal with 2 of the complimentary gingerbread muffins from the salad bar. They have a lovely spice cake taste that is not too sweet and they are always incredibly moist. The deli also has free soft serve chocolate and vanilla ice cream, but I’m not a fan so I didn’t get any. Next time I just may have to try a small dollop of vanilla on my gingerbread muffin. When you’re in a hurry and want a tasty, filling meal that won’t empty your wallet, this is definitely a place to consider.

Stopped by this afternoon for a bite to eat. The restaurant was very busy — almost couldn’t find a table to sit at. The cashier that took our order smiled when she greeted us and was very friendly. The wait time was very minimal for how busy they were — and the sandwiches were hot and delicious

Service is great, but I think at the prices they charge I’d expect the food to be better. I might be back to try the salad bar, but I won’t be back for their sandwiches/wraps unless it’s another $ 5 off birthday deal kind of occasion. The free ice cream — yes, I know it’s free so whatever, but man was it slushy/icy.

Seriously didn’t think walking into this establishment that we were going to be treated as nice as we were. IMMEDIATELY upon walking in we were helped. Being that it was our first time eating at Jason’s Deli, I believe it was the manager, who was about to sit down to eat his own meal, over heard us discussing that we had no idea how to order. So he greeted us, walked us through all the steps! My father in law, my wife, and I were in the mood for something fresh, quick, yet tasty, and boy did we get just that. We all ordered the«Managers Special» which consisted in the one trip to the amazing salad bar, and a half of sandwich. I got the 9-grain bread with smoked turkey, my wife got the gluten free bread with turkey, and my father in law got the wheat & hot pastrami. EVERYTHING was fresh & tasty from the salad bar to the chips. HIGHLY recommend this spot to anyone. Very courteous, friendly, and clean. Kudos to the staff and managers for the training and running a very well put together spot.

They have one of the best salad place in Sugarland. The vegetables are always fresh and the salad bar is clean. I love the fact that they have a self check-out for salad bar. This is very useful during lunch rush hour. You dont need to wait in line. They also have a drive thru. You can order ahead of time and pick-up.

We had not been to Jason’s Deli for a good while and decided to revisit. I have to say we were pleasantly surprised at the menu changes and available items. It seems Jason’s has many healthful options for sandwiches, soups, salads and other food types. The salad bar looked fresh and clean. Considering this was a late afternoon, a fresh, plentiful and clean salad bar is saying something. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. The Manager’s Special is a great deal that consists of half a sandwich, a cup of soup and chips of your choosing. The roast beef and provolone perfectly hit the spot. The beef was tender, nicely flavored and had no fatty or stringy parts. It was quality beef. The provolone was nicely melted with a mild flavor. It was served on a French roll that was crisp outside and soft inside. The au jus complemented this perfectly. I was pretty hungry so, I ordered a cup. of the broccoli cheese soup which was very good with lots of little broccoli crowns and cheesiness. I’m told the meata-balla sandwich was also a winner with soft, well seasoned meatballs, a nice, rich marinara and delicate mozzarella. This is a sandwich I’ve had before at Jason’s so I can believe this. The baked potatoes are also good choices. They are huge and you can have them filled with the meats and/or other toppings of your choice. I am often reluctant to try fruit flavored teas as they are often artificial and sweet. Although I love teas(and coffees), I just cannot stand sweet ones. The black currant tea caught my attention so much that I had to sample it. It is a naturally flavored tea which has the full bodied taste of currants without the sweetness. I was more than happy to fill my cup with this. Jason’s also has free soft serve ice cream. We got our order to go and couldn’t resist sharing a cone while we waited. No, it isn’t premium ice cream but it’s free and it isn’t bad to have while waiting. The service was very friendly and the guy made sure our orders were correct before he rang us up. The wait for to go was not long at all and the food was not and fresh when we opened it up at home. I did notice the drive-through menu is more limited than the eat in and to go menu. This is probably limited to the quicker to make foods to allow more efficient service in the drive through. It’s hard to believe we hadn’t been here in awhile. With the service and good food we enjoyed this past visit, we will be sure to return sooner.

My favorite little lunch spot. Healthy eats along with a few things to indulge in if you’re in the mood. Less than 10 bucks goes a long way here for lunch. Reasonable prices, fresh food and a great value all the way around. And free ice cream cones! The staff is very polite and respectful too.

This place is pretty consistent. I love the Manager’s Special option with half of your sandwhich, chips & soup of your choice. Staff was friendly and there is plenty of seating. I love the outdoor patio option on nice weather days.

I was quite impressed with my sandwich here. Got a ¾ lb pastrami sandwich for less than $ 10. I“m not big on the chips, but the sandwich was more than enough food that I didn’t need them. A bonus is that they give you free soft serve ice cream.

My usual here is the managers special with the deli club, chips, & fruit which is always good but today I actually looked at the menu and noticed the hot corned beef sandwich so I decided to try it with the chicken pot pie soup. I ordered it on a croissant with provolone and the corned beef was so flavorful! I liked the soup. There seemed to be an equal amount of ingredients… chicken, carrots, peas. I’m just not a fan of potatoes with the skin on but that’s a personal preference.

This place is amazing. I’ve had food catered from here before but today was my first time actually going inside and sitting down for a meal. It’s a lot bigger and busier than I expected it to be! The menu is pretty decent and I feel like there’s something on there for everyone. I ordered the santa fe chicken sandwich(came with chips) and it was priced for $ 7.99. The portion was huge(I just ate half) so it was definitely worth the price. I love the options that they have here. They have a huge salad bar(which has TONS of stuff), 3 different types of iced teas, FREE ice cream, and 2 different hot sauces to choose from. The service was pretty quick for a busy Saturday and the food was delicious. I couldn’t help eyeing the people around me that ordered stuffed baked potatoes. they looked so so so amazing and I’ll definitely get one the next time I go there. This is definitely a new top spot for me. They also have a drive thru which is very convenient :)

I ordered for pickup at this location; the manager special. When I got back to work I realized not only did they not make my sandwich the way I ordered, but there was no side salad, so all I had was half a sandwich. I called and spoke with a manager who apologized and offered to either refund my money or deliver my food the way I ordered it. I was hungry and this was all I had for lunch so I chose the food instead of the refund. She also explained to me that normally when someone orders for pickup they make their own salad, but if you would like to you can request they make it for you when you place your order. Not only did they make my sandwich correct, but they brought me a whole sandwich and a full size salad; and they gave me some free cookies! The food was really good and the sandwich was still nice and warm by the time it was delivered to me. I give them four stars because they really went above and beyond to take care of one customer.

My favorite thing I like to order is the California Club. When I have events or fundraisers, they are my go to place to get boxed lunches and catering services. Fruitlatter is way over priced. Whats so unique… There is a drive thru!!! Yeah, that’s something I haven’t encountered at other Jason’s delis. love it and use it often. Short and sweet. :)

I have had mixed experiences with Jasons deli, I don’t tend to suggest it when friends and I get together for lunch, however, I don’t over rule it when someone really wants to go. I’ve tried the alfredo/carbonara type thing and it just tasted weird, such a bizarre flavour that isn’t nice. Last week I tried the baked potato and while the potato was lovely, they threw on what seemed to be an entire bag of cheese and the chicken is flavoured and I don’t care for the flavour. Perhaps I should just stick with the salad bar, none of my friends seem disappointed with that!

Quick and easy but very average. If half stars were an option, I’d probably give them 3.5 stars. This is an easy place to get a quick meal, but it is what the name says… a deli. They used to have a more extensive menu, but now that the menu is smaller, I had hoped the quality would have increased, but not so. The restaurant itself is fine but the tables could using a better cleaning between patrons. The red plastic glasses used for drinks are all nicked and scratched up and don’t come as clean as they should. My club royal was ok but I asked nicely for no pickle and received it anyway, which is always a problem because pickle juice gets everywhere. The best part about Jason’s deli are the free and plentiful gingerbread muffins. Those things are like crack and I LOVE them. Also, there is free ice cream for dessert, so don’t order any. The gingerbread muffins are essentially a dessert too. Jason’s deli does an easy and quick party platter in case you need something for a meeting or very casual get together. In my experience, people are usually happy with the quality of their party platters. This location has an outdoor patio that looks onto the beauty of the parking lot, and on this day, it was freezing inside so the patio was a nice option.
