incompetant staff, i was sold on a pretzel sandwich and the lady forgot it and nuked it in the microwave in front of me. yah i know its only carls jr but i cant wait until these people are replaced with kiosks especially when they want the minimum wage for flipping burgers to be raised to $ 15

I was so disappointed with this Carl’s jr. You know it’s not even that the customer service was all that bad it’s just that they have gotten so expensive I bought one spicy chicken soup Criss cut fries and a little black cake it all came out to almost $ 8 I couldn’t believe it it was okay my spicy chicken was kind of cold they really need to step it up and at least clean the area where people eat because you can tell it’s very popular for a quick fast lunch place.

I was about to drive on the freeway after a drop off in the area. I wanted a chicken salad. I have had good luck with Carls Jr. salads in the past. Not this time. It wasn’t busy, but I felt like I waited longer than needed. I got it to go, I like to listen to my iTunes while eating, when I got in my truck I was putting the dressing on and I noticed that the chicken breast (un-​cut) had a residue of BBQ sauce on it. It seemed as though they had repurposed a reject BBQ breast, scraped off the sauce and threw it on my salad. It was cold to boot. Previously I had always had nice freshly cooked chicken breast on my Carl’s salads. This was beyond disappointing. I decided not to take it back — who knows what they would do to my meat if I made trouble! Avoid this store at all costs!

IDK why corporate doesn’t shut this place down. They always get your order wrong, then give you attitude when you ask for what you paid for. Gives Carls Jr. a bad name!

Horrible service rude employees and the manager is just as rude I would not recommend coming here at all they always give u an attitude every single time it never fails and I have been here on multiple occasions

I have to say this is one of the worst food places I have ever eaten at. The employees are very very rude and do not communicate very well in English, at least to me! I have been to this location over 20 times do to it being right by my work and it’s never been a joyful experience. I stop going a few months ago and drive to a location that’s is 6.5 miles away which is an inconvenience on my lunch break. I figured I would give it another chance today and again a horrible experience. The lady Claudia who was pregnant is extremely rude (like usual) and always gets my order wrong! I will never go here again. The place was a mess and I have no clue how they pass the health inspection! I had my money refunded and suggest corporate do a surprise visit!

I am going to start this review by saying that the workers for this drive they are incompetent. When our order was being taken. The female taking the order could not properly articulate the English language. I asked her for a bacon cheese burger and she told me that they didn’t have bacon cheese burgers. THEY DON’T HAVE BACON CHEESE BURGERS AT A FAST FOOD BURGER RESTAURANT?! I asked her if I could just have bacon on a cheese burger for an extra charge and she gave me an attitude about it. I then proceeded with my order as I was ordering for my family, not just myself. I asked for a bacon Swiss spicy chicken sandwich and other items. At the window a woman with ZERO customer service skills by the name of Lucia or something like that asked me what I wanted for my drinks even though I had already told them through the speaker. I was charged for the my food including the bacon Swiss spicy chicken sandwich, when I got home it was just a PLAIN CHICKEN SANDWICH WITHOUT THE EXTRAS THAT I PAID FOR!!! On top of being polite and patient with the employees, and putting up with their attitude, I did not get what I paid for! I’m never returning to this dump again.
Horrible customer service and horrible food. How is this place still in business?!

What’s wrong with this Carl’s Jr?
This store is charging a fee of $ 1dollar for the use of debit card, buying their Famous Star hamburger of $ 3.92 is a 25% charge, this is ridiculous. They workers there aren’t explaining clearly the difference between credit card charge and the debit charge to its customers. They are so confused, and with a poor understanding of English is very frustrating. No wonder why Carl’s Jr and this store is going down. As a new customer, they will never see me again there

I would like to start by saying I wish I could leave a no star review for this place.
they always get the order wrong and they are rude about it. even though I repeated my order multiple times and he read it back to me correctly I still got the wrong order. the service is always slow in the drive thru and the location looks pretty run down. I love Carl’s JR, but not this one.
in addition, I went here one occasion and realized after I ordered that I had left my money at home. I only lived a few blocks away. I verified with the cashier that I would run home, get money and come right back. I specified to her that I would be bringing back a hundred dollar bill and made sure they would accept it, as most fast food places won’t. she assured me they would. so home I went, grab my money and drove back. I get to the window and a different cashier takes the money from me and then proceeded to tell me that my bill was fake and they would not accept it stating they don’t take bills larger than $ 20. I didn’t even want to argue with their stupidity so I left and went down the street to another restaurant that verified my bill was in fact real and got food there.
needless to say I will never return to this location again, too many bad experiences.

Although they did make everything right, they initially forgot all kinds of stuff and we had to wait while they fixed it. Furthermore, the place feels dirty and the lady who served us was filthy looking.

Unfortunately I was not satisfied with their costumer service, I’ve been to plenty of Carl Jr’s restaurants with great service but this place in particular had the slowest drive thru service and not to mention I was the only driver in line. Definitely needs more improvement.

I really don’t know how they can mess up a famous star with cheese but they do it every time. The burger meat tastes as though they cooked all the patties on one day of the week and burnt them to a crisp, then packaged and staked them for whomever orders. I’ve tried this place on multiple occasions and when I’m desperate I try again only to be disappointed.
Service: Drive thru experience only. Not sure why this is always an issue but it is. I order with no special instructions and still have to repeat the order at the pay window.
Ambiance: The location is situated on the corner catty corner to Sunland Produce. Parking is ample and the location always looks empty.
Overall this is a Carl’s Jr. to avoid at all costs.

Not one of the best experience pretty dirty salt shakers, napkin holders were dirty the tables sticky and bathrooms not up to par !!! The manager of shift was rude !!! I’m sorry but how specific can you be when you order 2 orders of the crispy tacos and the one thing he argued about was that if I wanted two «2» orders I must say I want four“4″ tacos because that is how they train the employees!!! Well okkkk on top of that all he said was that not at any time did he apologized!!! Carl’s Jr. Where do you find this people and if I ordered 2 orders of crispy tacos I assumed I would get 4 that’s just me I guess. I can’t justify it but the whole thing was a very bad experience I don’t recommend this place

My beautiful mama loves their biscuits & gravy. So this is the place for that. I usually get myself a protein lettuce wrap turkey burger. It’s awesome here for something fast.

I live close so I eat here on occasion… the food is consistent fast food what do you expect… My biggest complaint as with many fast food company’s the drink why do the drinks suck they are usually weak lacking in flavor. been drinking more water guess it’s better for me anyway. You would think the company’s that supply there drinks would assume more control over the mixing of their drinks

Service isn’t all that great the lady at register is rude and there is no napkins in any of the dispensers, I wouldn’t recommend it

Took us good 20 minutes to order and get the food. The guy taking the order was not comprehending what we were ordering and kept on repeating the wrong order. When we approached the window he was so rude literally gave the bag to us and didn’t even ask us if we cared for condiments.

Screwed up my order at the drive-​through window on a Sat night, despite my having repeated the order at the window. It would be nice if they actually LISTENED to what the customer says.
