Burger King

I came here today with my cousins. Everything was fine until we noticed shake placed on the counter. My cousin asked me if that was his. I told him It probably wasn’t because the shake was much lighter than what he ordered, which was Dr Pepper shake. Once all our food was ready. I asked the lady if the shake was Dr Pepper one because as I said it was lighter and didn’t look like the picture. She than quickly gets defensive and says «mama…mama we have to mix Oreo with the Dr Pepper». I mean correct me if I’m wrong but I have never heard of the Oreo and the Dr Pepper being mixed in this particular shake. I asked her calmly. Why it doesn’t look like the picture she just repeats herself without looking. I was getting no where with her. Honestly, I just said okay. I walked away with my food. I looked up the shake and found tons of pictures which were not what we got. I’ll add a photo. The picture on left with the obvious Oreo specks is what she gave us. The picture on the right is picture I looked up on Instagram. It’s a huge difference. The bottom pic is my receipt and what I paid for. I honestly got the feeling the lady in the front was being lazy and didn’t want to remake the shake. I should have just asked for a refund because it’s not what we ordered.

Rigo was the person to help me out at the drive thru and he was super sweet and taught me to order so that I get the best for my buck. The fast food world needs more people like you Rigo. It was also done in such a short period of time.

Bad people shelling out bad service… not a good combination. Very rude people, unkempt place and very «iffy» food. I really had to look into my burger.
All the nightmares about folks spitting in your burger comes almost true here.

I just came here for the fries and some Dr pepper! Drive thru was quick and easy. Price was expected. No problems whatsoever. Quick prompt service

This is my go to Burger King, not because it’s the best, but because it’s the closest to my house. I’ve gone here a million times since I was a young teen in middle school so I’m just going to give them the benefit of the doubt and hope that they read this review and never do this again.
We got two orders of chicken fries and an order of onion rings. We ate the first box of chicken fries and they were so hot and delicious, fresh right out of the fryer. So we’re the onion rings. Then we got to the second box of chicken fries and this lot was so freaken stale and disgusting we couldn’t even eat it. What is up with giving you stale ass food? I got chicken fries from another Burger King the night before (don’t judge) and the last few pieces were stale and gross.
I loovee Burger King chicken fries because they are so delicious and they are definitely not among the cheapest things on the menu so you can see why I’d be upset. Wasting food is one of my biggest pet peeves and I’d rather avoid it at all costs, but I could not even force myself to eat those stale ass chicken fries!
To Burger King management: please do not let your workers serve stale food! It seriously turns people off from ever returning to your establishment even if the other food might be cooked to order. Puleaze don’t make people waste food!

I usually come to this Burger King when I need a Whopper Fix every once in a while .
Its got plenty of parking. Its located by a few Hotels so People Watching can be interesting .
The food is pretty decent for fast food. Ill usually get a Whopper and Onion Rings There’s an LCD TV for entertainment .
This BK is usually pretty clean.

Just had a great experience at this location, not to mention it’s one of the fewest clean Burger Kings I have ever been to. The drive through, which I had plan to used was full therefore I decided to walk in and order since I was going to place a big order. My order consisted of 12 original chicken sandwiches and 6 med fries. The employees were busy so it took them a few seconds to finally turn around and help. Although as soon as they started helping me I received full attention and my order was made as soon as possible. Since the manager knew that I was going to take a while. He decided to offer me a free drink while I waited. Very nice and professional of him, I had to pass though I had been drinking water all day therefore I wasn’t thirsty. My order was ready right after, one of the employees even offered to help me carry the bags to my truck. Very professional once again! Definitely recommend this Burger King with two thumbs up!

Most of the time the service is good and the food comes fast. Sometimes they pack the wrong items though or completely leave out items. One employee, Marcela, needs to be fired. I’ve been visiting this Burger King for many years and she is the worst. She never smiles or greet you, says the minimum while making no eye contact. It’s not just indifference. It’s outright disdain for the customer. She just doesn’t want to deal with you. I don’t think the other workers like dealing with her either so I don’t know how she remains employed.

As far as Burger King goes, the breakfast sandwich was OK, as was the coffee. The problem is, the restaurant was empty at 8 AM, except for me, and the employees were shouting to each other in continuous conversation. In Spanish.
Very annoying, in any language. I guess you don’t need to respect the customer if he is the only one. You want a quiet breakfast and coffee? Not here, no way.

This is not a very good Burger King. I mean, Burger King tends to rank pretty low for fast food restaurants in most situations… but this one really isn’t good even by their standards.
The worst part is if you go to sit outside you won’t find out if your food is ready… they’re not giving you a number to tell you. So if you don’t go back in to check right away, that means it’s spent more time under the heat lamps than it would otherwise.
But it’s not all terrible. It’s still a burger, and burgers are greasy and good most of the time.

DO NOT SHOP AT BK DELIV​ERS​.COM! This service is over-​priced and the food comes cold. The driver called me twice to try to find my home because he was too stupid to find my apartment building which is on a major thoroughfare! When he finally did show up, he brought the wrong order. About a quarter of the food I ordered was missing and when I complained, it was finally brought OVER TWO HOURS AFTER I ORIGINALLY ORDERED THE FOOD! Also, the food comes with enough packing materials to fill my garbage can for just one meal. The waste is mind-​blowing!!! I will NEVER ORDER FROM BKDE​LIV​ERS​.COM AGAIN! and I doubt if I will go to Burger King to get food in person based upon the lack of decent service and overpriced and inedible food (the fries were cold and horrid!).

Service is quck and food tastes on par with all other BKs I have been to.
They even have the new coca cola machine that spews out different flavors of drinks from one fountain.
Peach iced tea is legit too.

I have to admit it !! I go to Burger King… lol … This place is quick and i usually go through the drive thru.
My all time fav is the Chicken Sandwich ! with the Super size fries. ooops that the other place ! lol
After a busy friday doing the usual errands I barely have enough time to grab something to eat. Burger King handles this for me fast !
And Im off back to work happy :)

If you want to understand metaphysics, eat a Whopper.
The Whopper exists outside of time and space. It is just as delicious in Sunnyvale as in San Francisco or Fort Worth or Norfolk or Anchorage. It always looks the same, tastes the same, has the same texture. In 1989 or 2012, it’s the same Whopper. You can count on it. No one has ever changed the ingredients and made a «classic whopper.» There is only one Whopper, that Whopper is perfect, that Whopper is mine right now.
So right now turned out to be 1:00 pm on a Thursday, and I found that as soon as I expressed a desire for it, it appeared instantaneously. That’s metaphysics.
Burger King is celebrating the 55^th anniversary of the Whopper by selling it for 55 cents. That’s actually 60 cents for us Californians, because we have a sales tax, which shares the wealth, provides benefits for the public, and generally celebrates the prosperity of Burger King and all its customers.
I went even further, ordering the Whopper Meal with cheese for $ 6.93. I was richly rewarded by the same smoky taste, the same meaty texture, the same moist sauce and crispy iceberg lettuce that enchanted me in Mountain View 23 years ago.
I don’t ask who enjoyed the Whopper before I discovered it. I don’t wonder why it took me so long to find it. I don’t question calories, carbohydrates, sodium, or genetic engineering. I savor it just the way it is. As the masters say, «be here now.»

Bad service ! Il never go there again

Went in earlier for a quick bite. There were 3 customers waiting for their food, 2 didn’t look too happy… apparently they had been waiting for a while.
This older lady took my order. She looked annoyed when she didn’t hear my order the first time. Finally after I repeated it — Chickn ‘n Crisp, she confirmed with Spicy Chicken. Had to correct her just in case.
The burgers are good, in my opinion better than McD’s. But come on, get the service better, maybe even just a bit.

I know fast food is bad for you but sometimes we just want to stuff our faces with greasy goodness that is bad for us.
I choose Burger King as one of my fast food pig out spots. I like the BK Veggie meal with onion rings and a Dr. Pepper. YUM! I really come here for the veggie burger. They use Boca burgers and the burger is pretty good. It tastes similar to me cooking one up at home with me having to turn on the grill, pull apart lettuce, slice up a tomato, and deep fry my own onion rings. I am usually lazy when I eat at BK and that is the main reason why I go there in the first place. :) I admit it.
My family enjoys the milkshakes and the breakfast croissants too. I order off the value menu if I order breakfast. I like the french toast sticks. Don’t forget that they make a cheese and egg croissant for those vegetarians too.
Happy fast food eating… nom nom… now to run off that grease or maybe not. I told you I was lazy. ;)

I won’t hate on this bk. I have always had quick and courteous service, my food has been fine, and the drive thru has always been quick. I don’t go inside but apparently the clean restrooms are something of local legend.
