Very appreciative for the friendliness, courtesy and professionalism of Lawanda. Though there were some minor issues with my unit, Lawanda was a pleasure to work with, along with her management team to ensure I had a smooth transition into a new unit. She is a great example of excellence in customer service and I am satisfied with my unit at this location.

On a very rainy day last week, I received a call from Brenda at Public Storage to tell me that she was concerned that the contents of my locker might have gotten wet due to a leak she discovered near a stairwell. I came over and she went with me to look at my locker, which was luckily, fine. She was so helpful, concerned, and courteous. She called me back to tell me that repairs were underway. I’ve used this Public Storage before and have always been very happy with them.

I have had used a 5×5 unit at this storage facility for about 2 years now (too long I know) and they have increased the rent about $ 25! The first time I was properly notified by email of the increase; but the last increase occurred without notification.
So when I paid my rent, it did not cover the full amount and then I incurred a late fee.
Be warned!!! They NO LONGER properly advise of increases of rent or when there is a late fee or balance like they used to!
The management at this location is slacking, and hoping to make sales goals in late fees!
