Very very overpriced ice cream, slow service by teens with attitude. Mediocre at best for taste. I go to Byrne dairy now. Better service, a LOT better pricing and better servings.

The portions are so small. My son ordered a sundae and the amount of ice cream equaled a ¼ cup for a $ 5 price! rip off. No reason to return. Should have gone to Gannon’s.

Carols polar parlor has so many different flavors of ice cream and cones. The possibilities are endless. I got the turtle sundae. It has vanilla ice cream with hot fudge carmel walnuts and whip cream and of course a cherry. It was so decadent! The gentleman at the counter was very fast and friendly. The prices are average. Although I feel like for the price the did give a small sundae. I also feel their portions are also smaller than at Pete’s polar parlor. I would go back though because the ice cream was delicious!

Too expensive. Ice cream just so so. Wish I would have just gotten a pint at the Wegmans around the corner. Better quality for way less money.

Amazing flavors, super clean shop and really well priced considering the quality. Everyone who works there is also super nice which is always a plus. Always stop by when I’m in town!

Variety, variety, variety. Great selection here! The menu has a plethora of ice cream shoppe staples combined with interesting summer treats(they have a variety of slushies, for example). To top it off, the menu even boasts a large selection(compared to most ice cream parlors) of low fat and/or no sugar added goodies. I had the low fat, no sugar added vanilla raspberry swirl and it was creamy and sweet(tasting). With a large assortment of both hard and soft ice cram flavors, aficionados of both states of the frozen dairy dessert will be pleased. And with plain cones, sugar cones, waffle cones(both plain, and dipped and sprinkled), sundaes, shakes, dips, floats and more… the only problem one will have is taking too long to decide on just one frozen treat. The seating is nice: ample and shaded with large table umbrellas. The problem here is that the seating abuts busy West Genesee St., so there is quite a bit of noise. My advice would be to try to get a table closer to the building.
