Not that I hate this place but its a fact that they suck when it comes to their moral attitude towards customers. They need to know more about quality customers service so that the customers maybe satisfied.

On free cone day they failed to plan ahead by having extra cones. Once they ran out of cones in the mid afternoon they hung a sign on the door indicating that there were no more free cones. We had already promised our kids cones so we had to buy them just like the 40 other parents who showed up while we were there. About half of the parent who came with kids just turned around and left, some with their kids in tears. When we were in line we asked why not just offer the free ice cream in a cup, or just put a smaller amount of ice cream in a larger cone. They said the «owner will not allow us to do that». If I was the owner and I ran out of cones on free cone day, I would drive up to smart and final and get as many cones as I needed to make sure I wasn’t putting my customers in this situation.

False advertisement! Came to this location on «free cone day» and not only did this franchise not uphold to that promise, but they would not accommodate for the price difference. It was a scam to get customers to come into its location. Bad franchise owner. Go to murrieta instead they honored the request until closing!

Ok my first visit here went horrible. I didn’t like it at all because 2 of the 3 girls working there were rude (because it was 15 min before closing time and it’s never fun to get customers during closing time) so my boyfriend and I have still been going sometimes and it’s always tense in the atmosphere if one of those girls are working. but it always turns out good :)

We passed this place while driving through Temecula since we were visiting for our anniversary. It was a small place which we had originally thought there was food at this location for example burgers and fries but to our unfortunate luck it did not. The service was fast and friendly with a smile and we were really happy at how fast our order actually took to make… I think it took us longer deciding what we wanted than it did to make it! Overall this is a wonderful Dairy Queen!

Everything is good except for their cookie dough. I usually like ordering a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blizzard at other Dairy Queens, but somehow, the cookie dough here doesn’t taste good.

Unfortunately I have to edit my previous positive review. This location has REALLY gone down hill. It is in need of a major remodel, is not clean and the staff has changed. I love DQ, but I cannot visit this location again. Avoid this particular location… visit Murrieta instead.

My husband and our three children were greeted excitedly at the door by a young blonde girl and a taller red head. They gladly chatted with us and were exceptionally helpful, all the while making our dipped cones and blizzards. It was a friendly and professional atmosphere and we will DEFINITELY be coming back.

Eh. Came here with my sister and her fiancé after looking at some houses. Walked it, two young girls talking gossip. They took our order and everything but now I know a lot about everyone they hate. Just a bit unprofessional. I ordered a small chocolate lovers thing blizzard with brownies, nuts and coco chips or something… but it was mostly vanilla ice cream with tiny bits of chocolate. Not like what I remember the Dairy Queen blizzards used to be. So just eh.
