Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in 40 years. They can’t even get oatmeal right. I called to let the manager Jonah know and she just said sorry. Well never go to any McDonald’s again because of this.

Understaffed, they can’t handle crowds at all with one person at the till. They prioritize drive thru so people inside were all waiting around. I ordered a sundae only to have the clerk run off and make fries. I noticed a half made ice cream at the machine, a guy came and filled up one side with cream taking his time really slowly, then filled up the other side and then left. A girl showed up at another cashier so I said no one told me theres no ice cream how long will it take 10 minutes? She said in awhile and ran off. No one at the tills and pissed off looking people everywhere. They obviously forgot about me so I called for the manager who was working frenzily, Ive been waiting is the ice cream machine working now? Both she and the cashier had to get my order but at least I got mine, everyone else was still stuck there. Hire more people!!! Fast food should not be slow food, I almost asked for a refund.

Always out of ice cream. Drive thru lines take too long to get thru. Fries are soggy. Coca cola was watered down and limited ice. Do yourself a favor and drive a couple of miles to the McDonald’s on Rancho California road.

Went there last Tuesday at 1pm and got a Big Mac and cheeseburger. Both were awful. The buns for both of them were rock hard and both sandwiches were cold. There is no quality control at this location and I will not be going back.

I just ordered an Egg McMuffin. The sandwich came with no ham. This place sucks. The order is always screwed up! Go to Burger King!!!

Horrible service! They made my husband pull forward and park coz 1 dollar snack wraps wasn’t ready… This dumb guy comes out and says your orders the mcchicken and whatever… No it’s just snack wrap. He says yea whatever is in there! Wtf?! you dumb idiot.

This place gets the prize for the most screwed up fast food, or other wise, restaurant that I have ever seen. Not judging by the bad food which I already knew they had, but how screwed up our order was. Got things I didn’t order and didn’t get things that I did order. It was really bizarre. I have never seen such a disorganized operation. I asked the person in charge what was going on and she had little response(brain dead) and no apologies. This was on Saturday August 9 around 1 pm. The owner might want to know what a mess this place is(or not). Yes, I hate McDonald’s food, but the grand kids are brain washed and of course love the play land. Maybe next time I go here I’ll bring a picnic lunch and let the kids enjoy the play land and not buy anything at all.

Ok this is a little odd for me to rate a McDonalds but last night I stopped here at about 8:30 pm, ordered a #2 meal — 2 cheeseburgers, fries and soda The cheeseburgers were super fresh and hot. The fries were also super fresh and hot. I was really very surprised and happy. Way to go McDonalds on 79S!!!

We get Drive Thru food EVERY Friday for the kids(well used to anyway). Their Sprite tastes like water and they refuse to fix it. I was hoping they would be like most companies and try to maintain their equipment. I will be taking our business elsewhere. They need to learn a lesson in customer service.

My grilled chicken salad was at least two days old and french fries was soaked in cooking oil. I can now see why McDonalds is loosing market share since same thing tastes differently in different locations. Quality and freshness is not consistent ether.

My first bad Unilocal.Ouch I went thru drive thru on Saturday, I the guy at the collecting window was great. Pull up to second window, no greeting at all. :-(a must for great customer service. Pull over look in my bag and it’s missing an item. I go inside. Employee’s don’t even acknowledge the guests. Another ding. I literally wait at the counter am passed by 5⁄6 employees. Then finally i let them know my order was missing an item. Cashier informs the«department manager» she rolls her eyes puts item in bag and gives it to cashier. No apology or nothing. Disappointed I hope they understand the importance of not only fast food but great guest service ad well.

My son ate two spicy chicken sandwiches and French fries earlier today. Now he has severe food poisoning. When I called the manager tried to tell that food poisoning can take up to 24 hours to sit in; REALLY! I don’t need a young man telling me about the food poisoning. Based on what type of food poisoning it is, it can start within minutes to even days.

Ordered a mcrib from the drive thru and they told me to pull over cause they were still cooking it. I go in after 25 minutes and they forgot about it and start making it afterwards. The only reason for two stars is I ended up getting two instead if one.

As usual this McDonalds screwed up my order. I order a double cheeseburger, and what I got was a bun two patties and a piece of cheese. No ketchup, no pickles, no onions. This place doesn’t even try, the employees don’t ever pay attention to their job. I think I’ve received more incorrect orders than correct. Zero stars if I could. Yeah, we should definitely raise the minimum wage so that these dolts can get paid more. They should be getting paid $ 3/hr for the job they do.

This place never gets my order correct. Nearly every time I’ve come through the drive through I’ve had to park and march back in to fix my order. Now once again I’m waiting because they’re too stupid to get me a hamburger without pickles and 2 medium sprites. Manager just came out to give me the hamburger but still forgot the sprites for my twin boys. Arg! Jack in the box is a block away and they have NEVER gotten my orders wrong. Very frustrating that this particular McDonald’s seems to have VERY poor leadership. It may look nice but drive on!

I go through their drive they every day to get an iced coffee and usually an egg McMuffin. I really don’t understand how every single day the coffee tastes different, but whatever. If it’s too bad I take it in and get a new one. The thing that drives me crazy is the drive thru cashier at the window!!! She’s an older lady that barely speaks English so when she reads my order back to me, I have no idea what she’s saying anyways. I usually just nod my head. When I see her, I’m already completely irritated!!! Seriously at least put someone in the window that speaks clear English. Sorry if that’s rude but it’s the truth.

The upgrades look nice and the dining area is super big! However, the staff is young! But it’s mcdonalds. What really chapped me though was their, I’m assuming, supervisor yelled at the french fries guy telling him really loud, «Keep up on fries or go home!» I don’t know the guy or the supervisor. He could be the biggest screw up, but in my opinion, totally unprofessional! I would think to take him aside somewhere where the customers don’t hear and tell him what needs to be said!

I have to lower my review. Ever since they«upgraded» this McDonald’s I feel like it’s gone a little downhill. But only a little. I still love McDonald’s and not ashamed to say so. But very very disappointed that their play area is so tiny now. Also the drive-thru line seems to go slower now that they have two lines. I do like that they have the Drive-Thru club. I have taken advantage of their BOGO McCafe drinks deal a few times. :)

I don’t know what it is about any McDonald’s I’ve been to lately but it seems that they’ve all lost their customer service. This one they aren’t exactly rude but they’re definitely not nice or friendly. They are going through construction which might be making the employees a little edgy, and that’s understandable. Their service is still quick and efficient, but not very friendly.
