I have ordered 2 times from this store, the first time was about the worst delivery experience possible. I am 4 months into the order and am still waiting on an in stock chair(not custom) that was supposed to be delivered 3 months ago. We took a risk and ordered another order(sofa, chairs, tables, etc) because the furniture is nice *but over priced and ordered again. We are only a couple of days into the order and the process has been terrible. One of the female managers and our sales representative told us they did not know how input a particular order so we should call the customer service number on how to do it. The customer service team basically laughed at the conversation and told us the order could only be done in the gallery and the manager should clearly be able to process the order. We were in the gallery and they did not know how to do it. We have spent hours in that store wasting our time and will not do it again. If you want to buy things on hand that you can bring home right away, the store would work. But anything above and beyond that I would not recommend. The staff gives you positive answer but then does not come through. Great furniture but you only live once and it is not fun going home upset with how poorly the team does not know how to run the backend.

Do not buy from here if you need it delivered. They only deliver between 12 – 4 and refuse to deliver after that. They use a contract company for delivery who are very rude and inconvenient. When I call RH to let them know they seem to care less. I already had a table that was set up wrong then when they repaired it a screw was poking out the top! and now to replace it they want me to take another day off work? Terrible customer service.

I have always loved Restoration Hardware’s furniture and ordered from them for the first time a few months ago. I ordered a bed, dresser, nightstand, and bedding. The furniture got delivered last week but when my bed was delivered the wood slates that my mattress lays on were missing. It has now been 2 weeks and customer service and the store manager have still not been able to tell me when the bed slates will be delivered and how they will be remedying this problem. I am currently sleeping on the floor with my mattress next tot he bed frame and literally have no space to even walk in my bedroom. One would think they could make a simple phone call to the warehouse or distributed and request that wood slates shipped to me but apparently they provide common sense solutions. I have made over 10 phone calls and sent multiple emails over 2 weeks and am still waiting on an answer. I would never order from this company again.

I think everyone loves Restoration Hardware, regardless of their personal taste in décor. The store is cozy and beautiful, with gorgeous tones of slate gray, espresso and white. Restoration Hardware stocks pieces that are large, industrial inspired and warm– as the name indicates. The staff is the perfect blend of «leave-you-alone» and helpful. I just bought a couch and three light fixtures here, all rang up on an Ipad while I lounged in a big, comfy chair. I like this new POS trend. They recently revamped the stores diplays, featuring more beautiful lights, crystal chandeliers, white covered furniture and plush, luxxe rugs. I will be rug shopping for at least one or two rooms here this week. Anyone who enjoys interior design should stop by here, even if just to look.
