The pizza, fantastic. The Service was great. The dining area, not so much. I know places get busy, but when every table is dirty and the trash can overflowing, well that doesn’t look good.
The gal did come out and cleaned the tables about 25 minutes after we sat down.
I would have given a 3, but upped my review to a 4 since they did finally come out and clean.
Again, great food and Service. I know we will be coming back. If they can keep up on dining room, this place will get a 5 from me next time.

Five stars every time! They have really done such an amazing job with this place, I love that I can get a gluten free pizza and put whatever toppings I like. All of the employees are so friendly and I feel very welcome when I come in, and they all seem to really love it here as well. Good job fired pie!

First time I’ve tried this chain! I had no idea what I was going to walk into. Some things I noticed!
1) Make your own pizza. Totally worth it if you know what you like. Not worth it if you have no idea what I ingredients taste poorly together… (awkward)
2) Nothing really but pizzas. No appetizers. It’s like a pizza version of subway.
3) Wine and beer!
4) Very flavorful pizza!
5) I took off a star because service could use improvement. I watched seats fill up and one dirty table with a half drank beer just stayed on a table for 45 minutes. Is anyone watching? Guess not.

Weird experience: making a custom pie with pepperoni and spicy sausage on one side and veggies on the other. Server could not get it straight! Tried every combination explanation I could think of: pepperoni, sausage on one side, both on the same side, etc. Finally, «veggie on one side» got it straight.
Pie was good and spicy sausage highly recommended. Crust is very thin and crunchy, if you like that. Many vegetable toppings are precooked, if that matters to you. Baking time is very fast.
Vegetable Salad was also good.
Overall good but not great. Try it once and see what you think, but no way is it a 5.

Fantastic, what a great combo of flavors. Great choices of pre-​made pizza’s and salads. They have one of those new soda machines where one can MIX the flavor.

The food is great, the service needs some managerial attention. 4pm we’re the only ones in the store and it takes us 10 minutes to order our pizza. Four employees and only one is helping us, she does one pizza while the other three stand and watch than she proceeds with the second pizza while the other three watch. I realize the store is new but if a customer is standing waiting to be served while ¾ of the employees are standing and watching me, I feel as if my business is not wanted. Maybe wait a few months until the customer service kinks are worked out. Also the parking may be a challenge, they have two parking areas the side of the building and the back. The side has a 30 minute limit and the back has a sign saying employees only. If there’s more than six people inside you may have to find a parking spot down the street.

Great value for delicious pizza! Excited to have one so close to home. Love the create-​your-​own concept – you choose your toppings, they construct it, cook it and voila! Personal pizza made to order! If you’re not feeling creative you can choose some of their creations. Salads are great as well. We will definitely return!
