This place is great, but sometimes they might be short on chicken or out of biscuits because someone either takes a big order in the drive thru or there still in the oven cooking but there’s always an explanation to everything. You should come here now! It changed a lot!

Filthy store, bring paper towels to drain the fat from the over seasoned chicken. Do not eat here! I am sure that they couldn’t pass a health department review. The best part of the meal was the reconstituted frozen corn.

It’s 1pm on a Monday & there really wasn’t a crowd however upon driving through, Mira salib rushed our order and failed to give us our complete order. She gave us our order, closed the window asap fast enough so we couldn’t even ask for ketchup or hot sauce which she should automatically supply. Why can’t you ask if we wanted sauce or at least give us the chance to tell you what we need before closing the freaking window. We let it slide and drove home, went home and found out she didn’t even give us our fill order, so I called in and she just tells me to come back and get it and she’ll give me two large orders of nuggets? Waste my time and gas for $ 3 wow you’re amazing Mira. This branch needs improvement. Should avoid if you don’t want to waste your time.

It’s a typical KFC. It’s a bit expensive, but if I want fried chicken, it won’t fail me. The other night, i had a major league craving for fried chicken. Came here, and my craving was satisfied. The chicken isn’t amazing or wonderful, but it gets the job done, and what else can you expect from KFC?

I came to try the new Nashville Hot chicken. Boy what a disappointment. I could barely taste any heat whatsoever. The overall texture of the chicken was good . This location is very small with only a couple tables for dine in. Most do take out or drive thru. I could give four stars but with the hype of the new flavor and the big letdown they get three. I’ll just stick to the original recipe.

This place sells reheated chickens, who knows how many days past, it’s so saggy it shreds apart and the meat is almost dark(The Walking Dead Chicken) .There is no quality control in this place, this place used to be descent. Better go to Popeye or El polo. The date was Dec. 62015, 7:19pm.It was a male cashier at that time(but the invoice name was Daniela Rivera) and he is picking the chicken from different areas, which I know he intentionally sorted out and gave me the bad ones, so evil. You are probably asking yourself why is this chick giving KFC5 stars, is she crazy, did she click the wrong thing, is she a giant fatty who can’t get enough grease and carbs? Nope. This KFC has the best customer service I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant, actually they even beat out a lot of sit down places. No matter when we have gone the employees have been nothing but polite even on holidays when no one wants to work — you know like 4th of July, Christmas Eve, Halloween, etc. If you have to wait for your meal they offer you a drink, out of extra crispy they tell you how long it will be apologize like crazy and throw in another piece of chicken if you don’t want to wait. Little things like this keep us coming back. Whomever runs this KFC does a great job with customer service, I hope the employees are well taken care of. Oh and the food is good too, always hot and our order is always right!

Just went through the drive thru for lunch. I ordered the $ 5 fill up box with chicken. And that is the only reason for the second star is how tasty the chicken was. But they didn’t put the chocolate chip cookie in the box! How difficult is it to put 4 items in a box? Apparently very, after reading other reviews and how they forget some things. Not good! It’s even printed out on the receipt every single thing that should be in the box, yet they fail. Go next door to Chipotle.

This KFC is just like all the others I’ve been to. They get my order right and my popcorn chicken is nice and crispy. The colonel keeps making darn good chicken. Go extra crispy if you’re going for the bucket.

Food is good customer service is horrible I don’t understand why people act like they are forced to be there. There’s lots of people looking for work at least smile and pretend you enjoy your job if not stay home. This girl at the drive thru today looked like she’s been on her period all year she was a B rude and everything that comes with it won’t be coming back here anytime soon.

Wasn’t even able to get food on my lunch break because they literally took up my lunch break. I get up to the speaker to order my food which was a famous bowl with a side of Mac and cheese and the lady tells me «hold on one second» well one second turned into 10 minutes and I left. Any ways I won’t be returning to this location anytime in the future.

Went to drive thru, not busy. Simple order; hot wings, chicken tenders and mashed potatoes. Got home, no potatoes, cole slaw instead. Called them and they asked if I really needed the potatoes now and then I told them I was on my way back, since they were most of our dinners. Went in and was stared at by the employees since I didn’t stand in line. Girl at counter passed me off to a male employee who then made the girl working drive thru help me. No manager, no apologies, no offer for fresh hot chicken. Just«here’s your potatoes.» Save yourself the hassle and go to a different KFC.

I’ve been in there twice. The staff were friendly enough but both times they ran out of extra crispy white meat chicken. How does a chicken place run out of chicken? It wasn’t at the end of the day either. Both times were in the afternoon –before lunch. There’s an El Pollo Loco across the street. Going there next time.

I came in 2 hours before closing time and the girl had to check and see if they have enough chicken for me to order a 16 piece meal. Then they told me it would be a one hour wait if I wanted macaroni and cheese with my meal! I left went to the 17th and Grand location and they had no problem filling my order. In case the owner of the Tustin location wants to address this issue it occurred on August 8, 2014 at about 8:55PM.

Hey, so this is the third time we have been here and the order is ALWAYSWRONG! We ordered hot wings and bites. The order came in two different boxes and they were both hot wings. Geez, why can’t they get it right. We either need to find another KFC or just find another place, maybe POPEYE’s. I mean 3 times people!

It is what it is. You don’t go to KFC if you’re expecting gourmet food. You don’t go to KFC if you are on a strict diet or are trying to stay away from fried foods. You don’t go to KFC if you are afraid of heat lamp food. If you do, then you will probably be disappointed. This KFC has all the same food as any other KFC. Sure it may sit under a heat lamp for a bit but I have never had their food get to the nasty heat lamp level. Their crispy chicken is delicious, their sides are tasty as ever, and their dipping sauces are the perfect compliment to their chicken. I gave them 4 stars because their service was a tad slower than it should have been. Like their old slogan said, it’s «finger lickin’ good!»

I eat so much chicken that I should be growing pin feathers by now. And chicken on the cheap? That will get my attention everytime. Recently, KFC started to run a commercial that exclaimed«10 pieces for $ 10». So Thursday night I drove here before heading home to pick-up dinner and on a poster in the driveway it states«10 pieces for $ 10 Sundays Only». I was crushed, my wallet sighed and I went through the drive-thru and purchased the 8 piece meal with 4 biscuits and 2 large sides for more than twice the price I wanted to pay. Three stars for opening up this location again because if I really wanted to eat KFC, I would of had to drive to Santa Ana for it, but I really wasn’t willing to go out of my way just for bazillion calorie deep fried food.

CLOSED, This place has closed. As soon as El Pollo Loco moved in across the street next to B of A, I knew they were doomed. Within a block, Albertson’s sells fried chicken, Vons does, and Sprouts sells rotisserie chicken… all of them taste better than KFCIMO. There is some remodeling being done, so maybe they’re leaving or just getting a face lift. I hope they’re gone and replaced by something like Church’s or Jim Dandy(probably not JD — they’re in da hood and OC is too stuck up to appreciate great fried chicken, Oh well I can dream…
